This company shows up 2 hours late and does not have the courtesy to call just leaves you waiting!!The young man that showed up was tired abd did not want to work. I had to help him dump the boxes!!He also did not finish the job. Had to have another person come which meant sending someone to be there and that cost me additional money.I paid him $850 out if the 1220 he was charging me .He did the work in January and did not send me a bill until 5 days ago. That tells you how disorganized this company is! The storage place recommended them but please DO NOT USE THEM!! They are sloppy, slow and very expensive!!!

When I arrived he walked out, dragged out a can to collect my papers, chatted happily, charged me half of the otherwise best price I could find, and I drove away. I contacted the company on the weekend, through their website and was simply amazed at the speed in which Reggie communicated back with me, on a Sunday which I was not expecting. Monday morning I spoke with him on the phone and it was like talking with your neighbor, very friendly. A friendly voice picked up the phone to take my call. He explained I could meet the truck at one of the stops the truck was making in central Phoenix or they would stop by home. He even offered to work me in if I need the shredding done the next day. The driver called to let me know he was on his way. He was friendly and their price was reasonable. Great service experience.

SUPER professional and super great work! You can’t beat having one of their trucks pull right up to your door! I had close to 40 boxes of old documents to shred. The truck showed up outside my office and the driver gave me a call to let me know he was here. He rolled up a big trash can, dumped the boxes into it then into the shredder they went! It was all finished in about 15 minutes. Professional and efficient! I would absolutely recommend them!

Excellent service! We had a very big shredding job (274 boxes!) that included a lot of labor since all of the boxes were stored in the basement...and no stairs! The technicians were very professional and nice. They worked extremely hard. The cost was substantially less than what I was quoted from other places which was an added bonus. When the other shredding company with which we had scheduled an appointment for 9AM failed to arrive, we called Cutters. Our people were in front of our mini-storage facility guarding our hundreds of boxes of sensitive material. The other shredding companys representative told them that they did not schedule appointments and they might need to wait on the street until late afternoon. But Cutters stepped in and handled the job in a timely and effective manner. We could not be more appreciative and impressed.

I had used a shredding service several years ago and now I needed to get some sensitive documents destroyed. So, I called the old number which was answered by a company with an unfamiliar name. The person explained that they had bought out the old owner - that they were a big company - and they even had offices in Ireland. So, I asked what about their pricing and when they could come for an on-site job. The person explained that he did not know all that but would turn over my information to a sales rep who call me in the next couple of days when he had time who would set up my account and answer my questions. He told me when they could come and that Jake would be driving the truck. Guess what? Jake showed up on time. Amazing experience! I had over 200 lbs of paperwork from the past 20 years to be shredded and could not have asked for a more stress free experience. I met the technician Josh at a site near me and he took over everything from there. After a few minutes the shred was over, I didnt have to lift a finger, and they saved me an incredible amount of money compared to what I got quoted by other shredding companies. He announced who he was, announced the company he was with and shook my hand! Thoroughly impressed! He was polite, courteous and very professional. He understood that he was representing Cutters, despite whatever was going on behind the scenes with trucks it wasn’t transmitted onto me. He took the time to view the areas where the trucks would be set up, wasn’t rushed or annoyed. He then politely explained that he would need to go fill up the truck with fuel and would be right back.At this time another “kiddo” showed up and again – he was very polite, courteous and professional. It was not unrecognized by many of my co-workers that these young gentleman were trained to be professional and respectful while out in the field.
