The store is always clean and the employee I met today was so very helpful

The store employees are very diligent about noticing that the lines are becoming too long and will open additional lanes. Jolie took the time to open up a lane for myself and my daughter even after someone cut in front of us. For such a busy location this Target is my absolute favorite and I prefer to go here over any others!

Stop by the Optical Dept to ask if they repaired scratched lenses...One question. Two females. Very Immature. Barely answered my question while trying to go into a sale mode. Customer service has definitely gone to the dogs...who would probably do a better job.

Doubt I’ll go to this location, looked online for a console that shows 2 at this location. One employee was helpful assisting trying to find it. I hate the fact I wasted an hour driving to be told by another employee that it shows that have some in stock but none available but no answer why they are still available online. Calling multiple times to different departments with no answer. Feels like I’ve been lied to plus wasting time with a round trip to target.

A great location if youre shopping early before the mid-day rush

The cashier named Wendy was extremely unprofessional and rude to me when checking out. She belittled me and made me feel un-welcomed in her line when attempting to use 2 eGift cards that were available in my Target app that I received as a birthday gift.

This place has the right name. Your shopping experience here will be super. This is big box retailing done right. The entire store is neat, clean and orderly. Something you rarely see at the competition.Wide spacious aisles. A ridiculous wide selection in every department. Hadnt been to a Super Target is forever. Had forgotten how extensive the food and grocery selection was.This store has it all. If youre in the area you wont regret stopping here to shop.Friendly staff and ample checkout lanes manned by a real cashier. They didnt go overboard with the self checkout like some stores have.If Target builds more of these in key markets, and run them the way this one is theyll give Walmart an absolute run for their money.

Employees are very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and the clearance items are items I am looking for and the price is good.

Used to love this target specially after the remodeling, but today I was racially profiled resulting in harassment by their team members. So upsetting and sad.

I enjoy shopping at target for all my needs and use the target circle benefits every time I come here to purchase items. Today I came across a great deal or so I thought, came to purchase gifts for an 18month old and saw a great offer until I opened the app and was extremely disappointed. It would be very nice to know if an order is online only or not on all these cards set about the store beforehand.

Dont have to get off my vehicle, took less than 2 minutes to receive my items once I checked in on the app stating I have arrived.

Their security girl i believe her name is stephanie, she is the only security person i have ever met that greets everyone in the store and is always smiling and being nice to everyone that crosses her. She was extremely nice to me and my husband and i wish there could be more security guards like her and ontop of that she was very helpfull in telling us how to get a gift for our daughter!!!!! Target please put more people like her !!!!

It is close and convenient. Clean and well taken care of.

Due to closeness and store type we frequent this store often though the service here is a bit slower than were used to from the Rowlett location. Overall staff friendliness and general cleanliness is good with decent stocked selections in the grocery department.

So this Target has the closest Capital One ATM so I can withdraw money so I HAVE to come here to withdraw cash. Well the ATM only lets you withdraw in Multiples of $20 and I was trying to get smaller bills from customer service and have them break a $20 dollar bill as well and they refused and said they can’t do that here when I was able to do so another time I came. I felt the head representative was very rude to me and probably a little prejudice. Who knows.

You can order groceries and pick them up within 2 hours.!!!! :-) Also the people are very friendly and they bring out your order really fast!!!!! :-)

Very organized, self checkout now available. Not enough cashiers throughout the day. Personally I like people interaction, instead of machine checkout.

I have always preferred Target over Walmart. Target definitely takes care of their image and shows they care about their customers.

Online it showed they still had full stock of a keurig coffee maker so I drove an extra way just to make sure they didn’t run out by the time I got there and when I got there they were all out & I asked for assistance and nobody bothered to even go check in the back to see if they were still some. I checked online again and it STILL shows they’re fully stocked. What a waste of time energy and gas

I want to say a huge thank you to the evening shift employees! My 9 month old got his foot caught in between the buggy bars and my mom and I couldnt get him out. The managers and some employees and other customers all helped chip in to free him. Just took a bit of lotion. I want to say thank you so very much! During check out the cashier sneezed all over items. She sneezed multiple times and appeared a bit pale; as if she was ill. The other cashier behind her was also coughing up a storm. I would not recommend this Target because who knows what other employees are ill and touching customer merchandise. This Target needs to enforce screening protocols to protect customers and other employees.

One of my favorite Targets! They have quite a selection of natural cleaning products which has helped make the difference in trying to make my home more pet friendly 😁 They also carry a ton of vegan options which for someone like me who has a love/hate relationship with cooking it’s affordable and convenient! My addiction 😜

Very fast order pickup options, I never have to wait long for someone to bring my order to my car. Staff is always friendly and outgoing, and the store is always well kept.

I recently ordered a cake from Target I did not even know they did cakes. Well my experience was absolutely amazing! Erica is the best baker there so please ask for her. My son wanted a fortnight cake. I ordered the cake toppers from Amazon & Erica @ Jose did the rest. I had the best experience and I will be back.

Customer service provided by the sales associates and the cashier were simply outstanding!! Maurico helped me get school supplies for 106 students. He looked in the back to locate unopened cases when they were available. I did not want to empty displays to purchase the large numbers of supplies for the students in my church. the cashier, I believe her name was Holly, (she is new and her name was not on her badge) was so very through and patient with the tax exempt status of the order and the coupon codes that I was able to use as I am a teacher. I have been very pleased with the customer service I have received at the Mesquite store over the last 3-4 months I have shopped there. Truly outstanding associates.

Great store, Lots of products, the bad thing is that there are some beggars outside in the parking lot, scary for familys and young Moms.

Very easy to order And pick up

I am so disgusted.. there were RATS running around. I stepped on a roach. The restrooms were gross... Employees werent wearing masks.. One of their employees called me fat behind my back while i was getting chips. i was so horrified and embarrassed..

They had my order ready promptly zero waiting.

It is always a pleasure to shop at Target as a rule, and this store specifically is a great store. Very friendly staff who are always so helpful. I went sometime back to purchase a baby gift on the baby registry and re-discovered how friendly, organized, clean, good prices.Tiny bit far to be my neighborhood spot..unfortunately..

Target has Great Customer Service & Elegant finds.

Because the customer service staff was amazing. He retrieved a basket, cleaned and sanitized the basket, and loaded it with the product that I ordered. He was friendly and courteous. He was really on the ball and even approached me as he saw me walking up to the counter.

Bought this game from Target, I asked the lady if I could see it and immediately charged me and I really didnt want it but just bought it anyway, other than that store is good.

I did a pick up order and called the store and said i was here for curbside and without an attitude the representative said i can still help you let me get your information and i will be right out. That was excellent customer serviced

The restrooms were very dirty. ALL the soap dispensers were empty. The hand dryer was broken.Many customers had no mask and some employees were wearing their mask incorrectly.

Victor was life savor. He went in the back and found a cd for my child. This was huge since her stuff was stolen and I am trying to redo it. They had what I was looking for.

I had been searching and searching different stores for a Target exclusive Star Wars action figure and didnt turn up a lot of luck. I called the Mesquite, TX location this morning in the hopes they would have it and was put in touch with a VERY HELPFUL gentleman in the toy department who knew exactly what I was talking about without having to check, he even described it to me! He was willing to put it on hold for me, so I popped in a couple of hours later on my lunch break and left with the toy I have been wanting for months! This would not have happened if the Toy Department employee had not been well-versed in the products in his area, or been willing to assist me with putting the item on hold. Even the Guest Services employee when I arrived to pick up the item knew who I was, what was waiting for me, and shared in my excitement (because who doesnt love Star Wars?!)! A thoroughly pleasant experience, thank you so much.

This family loves Target. The clothes selection is wonderful for all family members. I was at the store the other day, I don’t necessarily like going to the Mesquite store but go there for popcorn and ices it’s easier to shop with the kids if they are occupied. They have Carmel popcorn and said they were out of the butter. No one wants Carmel popcorn for the kids. Better yet Rockwall bring back popcorn and ices.

We always receive excellent service and most of the staff knows our family by name. They are extremely patient and they work with us on finding some of our special items and deals we usually get on them. The entire staff is so pleasant.

Their order online and pickup at the store sounds good in theory, but lacks execution. They have a nice sign up front that designated parking for delivery but no sign specifying what to do when you got there. After waiting 5 minutes with no action, I called the store. Seemed like an unnecessary step but whatever. After I got someone from grocery who kind of knew what was going on with deliveries, I got my stuff. You guys need to work on this to streamline it a bit.

Store exceptionally neat and clean.I had birthday gifts to buy and I walked over most of the store trying to get ideas. The Ailes are wide and merchandise neatly arranged so you can see everything. There is plenty of parking with handicap spaces.

I bought by online and picked the item in store and the customer service it was really nice and fast.

Too many young employees with nonchalant attitudes in the Returns section . Rowlett location is way better.

This store has lazy workers, with attitude. Management needs to get retrained themselves then retrain workers down. I never have had such a negative experience in target ever in my life. New dolls (Rainbow High) are coming out and i asked an employee at the electronics desk if they had any on hand and they said whatever we have in the back is whats in the shelf, very rudely. I perceived to ask another employee they said the same thing, rudely as well. Didn’t even scan the barcode for me or anything. Went to another Target in Rockwall, Tx and they were more than happy to scan the barcode and i was able to find a couple of the dolls i was looking for. Mesquite Target Employees need to be retrained and evaluated.

The convenience and ease of online shopping was great! While everyone else was scattering around shopping, I easily walked up to the counter, returned an item and picked up my online order within 5 minutes. I was ecstatic! They also offer Drive up service if you dont want to go into the store.The customer service was efficient and the paper bags that my purchases were packaged in was a nicely added little touch of the holiday. Definitely will use the app again.

As quick as I drove up, the team member was at my car. I keep telling my family and friends how wonderful it is.
