If management would coordinate the delivery and pick up process the way that Walmart and HEB have adapted, this would be one of the most premier places for drivers to want to deliver and pick up. But since they think that a mediocre mindset, a mismanaged delivery and pick up system, and the like or not attitude atmosphere amongst this workforce,Pepsi is less of product to me then jelly sandals.OH!!.. dont let me forget to remind everyone that it is not a well maintained facility. I look at the corners and edges of every place I go, even my own living space. So that is where I noticed the workmanship attitude towards organization. And this place does not care if product leaks and sticks like glue to the floor, no one will ever clean it properly or even acknowledge it.**SO DRIVERS**..tell your broker to book elsewhere,this company will have you sitting AND NOT PAYING RETENTION**

This place just all depends on what time of the day you arrive and how busy they are. I have not had really any problems other than just having to wait at the truck stop if they are too busy to accept you. If you load or unload at night probably have a better chance of not waiting so long.

They need to learn how to load trucks, they leave to much space between pallets and infront and behind pallets. thanks yo them i had to fix 8 pallets, 4 hours doing that cause the receiver said its not their job to help out and it wasnt their fault. disappointed

Very small entrance and very little docking space. Very crowded. intake guy pretty cool. the system they use is very flawed though. Bright note I got unloaded a day early and fast. Very good forklift operator that unloaded me. Those guys should get paid more.

Ladies and gentlemen is better to be a patience person because you will need to be in this place I had a delivery at 6pm ..Came at 5:45am check in He told me to go to the truck stop that he will call me when he has a door open so I went time pass came again guess what ?He totally forgot about me finally he gave me a door at 11:15am Omg worse part no work number for this place or they don’t answer calls … Dispacher couldn’t get any response from them neither so be aware.

Absolutely the worse experience ever ... Waited 36 hours just to load... Then it wasnt the correct load.. then waited another 4 hours to reload ... Horrible place !!!

15 hrs to get loaded, arrived at 7:30, I was sent to fuel city to wait until they call and assign me a door. I waited until 9 am, it took another two hours to get loaded. I get to the drop off facility, six pallets wrapped were broken down . Load was rejected, pay an outsider a lumper fee to fix 6 pallets before they accepted the load. Truck was also overweight. I will never ever pickup a load from this facility. Ruined 3 days of work. Not worthy.

Come on 4 days still waiting for a lumper just becuse the loose plastic wrap and with out any air bags in load come on yall can do better than that

My delivery was at 10 AM and I checked in at 9 AM. After I checked in, they told me they dont have a door, so they sent me to Fuel City truck stop. After that, they called me at 2 PM. When I went back to the gate, they made me wait on a long line for check in, when they had already given me door 31. I had to wait one hour on the line. They unloaded me at 6:45 PM. They messed up my work day. Even though they emptied so late, the staff said they were doing me a favor. Im never coming back here no matter how much Im paid. Avoid this place.

Drivers avoid this place9 hrs to get loadedThey don’t even wrap the pallets properlyThey leave too much space and pallets shift due to poor wrapping and no bags on the sides, I was told I would have to fix that my self, I also had to reschedule the delivery for next day because they didn’t want to deal with it at night

I had a better experience than most, probably because I read the other reviews, and went over the top to be extra respectful and polite to the guard gate employees. Was in and out in 45 minutes (unloaded in 30mins).

Had a 1300 appointment. Got there at 1230. Sent me to fuel city to wait for load. 1530. Still no call! I wish I could give them negative stars!

If you wanna take a 10 hour break here, its an awesome place to get loaded/unloaded i have watched drivers after us come and go in under 2 hours. Still here wating to get loaded. You have to go to a truck stop up the road to wait for a call for a door which takes hours. This place is very dysfunctional. If i could give zero stars i would

For the First time people delivering to this location, the truck entrance is off of big town blvd. But for my First time delivering there, arrived at PepsiCo at 530a, got checked in, had to leave offsite to park to wait on a dock opening at Fuel City Truck Stop then 60 minutes later. PepsiCo called and gave me a dock number and was out after 30 to 45 unload time.

Fast check-in but it took 4 and a half hours to get to a dock door. Got there at 12:09 pm didnt leave until 6:34 pm. Excuse they gave me because I was 9 minutes late. Yes technically I was late but in my opinion still shouldnt have cost me all that time. My advice dont be late. Better have a strong stomach if you visit the restroom. Very strong oder. Floor covered with water and feces on toilets. On that last photo no tilt protection was add. Only one was put in tail of trailer. Only Pro: 50 cent 20 ounce sodas from vending machine.

I checked in 5:50pm on 20th September and I was told to go and stay at fuel city was called back in at 6:48 am on 21st September after 12 hrs and 58 mins.just getting out now after loading .very horrible place to be..messed up my second pick up.

Pepsi pfg is hit and miss. Sometimes you wait hours for a door.sometines they give you door as soon as you make it. Usually unload immediately in like 150 to 20 minutes at this location off of i30. The Lancaster location takes hours and the young yung lady at the gate is very rude, but up in dallas its not the case. Giving it 5 stars because of the speed to unload but taking 1 point away because they make you leave the premises and park at a truck stop if they dont have an open dock door.

Pepsi is an excellent company to work for with competitive wages and flexible schedules with awesome benefits and great leadership, but like every company it has its ups and downs and its pros and cons but I believe that you will love working for PepsiCo at the end of the day

So I get rear-ended by a Pepsi truck and the Pepsi driver took off theres a hit-and-run I flagged him down on the highway and he said that he didnt even notice that he hit me but it was right in front of him thats why I was at Pepsi

We were suppose to get unloaded yesterday.We were sent to a truck stop and told to wait for a call. We got the call to unload this morning at 5:30 am.We get there and was told if we didnt have a stall number we wouldnt be able to go in.People that work here are rude and fail to realize that if the product doesnt get delivered to the facility they wouldnt have jobs.Maybe with all the complaints they have on reviews you think something would be done but I guess everyone just wants a paycheck so they dont care. Thats what management is for to make sure things are getting done properly.Mistakes will happen no ones perfect.The company may not be yours but treat it as it is and maybe there would be better service.You represent the company you work for.

I love it when u see all negative reviews from drivers, and then employees say, great place to work. Kinda seems you dont work just collect a check. Lazy useless and brain dead employees

This facility is needs new management and a different philosophy / approach to getting things done.. It consistently takes 4-6 hrs getting loaded here. This is WHY... No one is WORKING!

Took 4 hrs to get loaded. Seems to be a recurring thing, so dont be late because you will probably get detention. No on-site parking, they send you to a truck stop a couple of miles away. Truck entrance/exit is off Big Town, better to come from 80. Seemed to be nice people.

Just be patient. They are my a living the best way they know how. You will get loaded or unloaded when time permits

Been waiting at Fuel City for 4 hours and counting.

As with many of the other reviewers. This place is ridiculously slow. I arrived at 1230 for a 1300 appt. Was sent to the truck stop, called to return at 1930, loaded and rolling at 2130.If your coming here, pack a lunch or grab a Snickers bar, youre gonna be here a while.

Easy in & out distribution place. Not a whole lot of parking but if you are getting live loaded they want have you there long.

12.5 hrs to get loaded and there was plenty of people working. I had 18:00 appointment and I was there at 17:30 they sent me to the little truck stop up the street and then called me to a door at 01:00

Drove in from St. Louis and arrived at 12:45pm I had a 2pm appointment was told to drive and park at the Fuel City Truck stop and wait for call it’s now 7:30pm and still no call for a door as I’m out of hours on my 14. Bad service and no point in having appointment times if they don’t go by them. But if we arrive late they might work you in for later that day if not rescheduled. But I guess that’s how PepsiCo runs their business because my past 3 loads from PA to MO to TX have all been for PepsiCo and all have been unpleasant. Update 11:35pm and still no call to get a door. Update 12:20am I finally get a call for a door 12:43am I’m in the door

This place to unload is a joke...told they didnt have a door for me...had to go to the nearest truck stop and wait for a phone call...meanwhile there was plenty of spots to park on premises...SMH

Tried to call to talk to anyone. I never reached them on the phone. When I went there in person, I only spoke to the woman at the front desk, however she couldnt help me in any way to speak to a HR person. How does a company even operate if you cant speak to anyone that actually knows something? However, I will say the woman at the front desk was somewhat courteous 🤷‍♂️

Be Prepared to wait, i came at 4:30 for my appointment & they made me go to fuel city to wait for a call! They called me at 5:30 to come to the dock & now it’s 8:30 Im still getting loaded. This is by far one of the slowest places & if you have something to do don’t plan anything because u will be there for a while!

Check in on site. Not enough room for outside carriers to wait for a dock door to open. So youll be guided to fuel city truck stop (a few blocks away) to wait for door to open. Then theyll call you to return. 1st in at 1500, wasnt completely done with whole process until 2100. Missed appt time to deliver same load. 👎👎

Drivers, please stay away from 4532 Highway 67 East Mesquite, TX 75150. They will have you go to a Truckstop. Nothing organized there. Only one lane open for over the road drivers.

My fellow truck drivers, no overnight parking, show up exactly your appointment time, they’ll send you to a near by local gas station, it’s not even a truck stop, but they call it so. Don’t even try to push into the heavy traffic, save yourself energy and time. The worst place you can ever be. I hardly right reviews but when I do it I mean it.

Horrible operation for truckers, unprofessional and not staffed properly. Waited for over 11 hours to be loaded after going back to security check in twice. Tge load was still not ready and took them two and a half hours to get loaded. HORRIBLE

You have to have an appt time, but always have to wait hrs before you get a door. First time was 2.5 hrs, second time was over 4 hrs. Missed my next pu.

Never had a good experience with pepsi. Waited on a load that was supposed to be ready ...over 10 hours later they start loading, Im an owner op. They paid 50 bucks stand by, thats like a slap in the face. Next time sat for 9.5 hours waiting to get loaded ...no stand by was paid. Not impressed with pepsi

Was there to pick up a load,my appointment was for 2000,got there at 1915,they said that they dont have a door for me then and to go to a truck stop, worse case scenario they are going to call me with a door in about 2 hours!They called me at 0100,then they didnt start loading until 0200,got out of that hell hole at 0315!STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Had 0900 appt to be loaded. Arrived at 0800 and line for check in was to the street. Check in guy was friendly at least. Got checked in about 830, backed into door at 845. Real tight lot. It’s now 1115 and only just got the red light. Can tell I will be here a while.

Hmmm. My appointment was scheduled for 200pm. I arrived to check-in at 1230pm. Told to go wait at nearest truck stop, which is Fuel City, because there are no docks open and no room to park on site and they will call me when they have a dock for me. Received call with dock number at 258 pm. Had to pretty much wait for 15 minutes to get to dock because there was a 57 ft trailer sticking out across from the docks that gave another driver all kinds of trouble while he was backing up. Make sure you bring you backing A-game when coming here because it does get pretty tight.

This place takes a lot of time to get you loaded. It took me 4hrs. Managers should pay attention to their employees to get them to work in a decent time for truckers can leave having a good amount of hours to take these loads to get on time.

I have a appt for 1pm delivery i check in at 12:30 I am instructed to make a u turn and go wait at fuel city for a phone call. I go check back in at 230 they say we haven’t called you please go wait at fuel city 3 pm still no call. So I just went to Elfenix! Not sure how they stay in business takes 30 min to get in or out and even turn around safely with axles to the back.

The first time I delivered here it wasnt too bad. Maybe 2.5 hours to leave after arriving. Today 27 July 2017 however is a different story. Appointment at 2 pm got to shack at 130and they will call me. Well as I am typing this it is 6 pm and nothing. I called them twice and they said they will call me as soon as they have a dock. I just hope I get done before tomorrow.

Good friendly people. Problems (1):...Entrance / Exist Gate is in a bad spot. Two roads merging into the main road in front of the gate. Dangerous, accident waiting to happen there. (2) They dont have stage parking for drivers. (3) took 2 hours to unload. (4) Too manny trailers in front of the loading / unloading dock, to dock.

Friendly people but slow at getting you loaded. Checked in for a 1600 appointment 30 minutes before appt time. Told to stage at truck stop a mile away. Didnt get in a door till 1800. Didnt get till after 2000. Make sure you have plenty of time before going there cause there is no on site parking.

My appointment was at 6 am it is 1034 am not in a door yet
