Very warm and welcoming bunch of people. Allyson resolved my issue within minutes, and even sold me some earbuds. Her customer service is A-1. Mikayla is the worst manager ever!! She is the manager at this store and she is not helpful. These people don’t know how to treat others or know that they work in a SERVICE industry. Our experience with the manager was so poor I can imagine how worse it would be with a regular technician. Save your money and go somewhere else. Also they claim to be open on the weekends but are not. They have the gates down and close Saturday and Sunday.

They wouldn’t let my husband come in with me (I really need his help choosing a phone), nor did they have any phone displays. So don’t waste your time coming here. Just buy or update your phone online, or go to Best Buy where they are not breaking up couples, AND have phone displays! And are still within CDC guidelines.

In and out. Got there at 5:52. They close at 6:00. I had been jacking with Apple and another Verizon store all day - a waste of time. Thought I would try and get lucky and went to this store. These guys fixed me up in 10 minutes! Great service!

Horrible customer service, I went in today to buy a replacement charger for my phone. Had a security guard open the door then close it in my face. Never have I had a door closed in my face. They expect people to wait outside in the heat when they could allow them to social distance at 6 feet asper CDC. But that was not the case in this location. Also the manager could have worked same as a rep and assisted me but instead choose to wait until a customer left. There were only 4 people in the store with 6 service counters . Nothing was on display also they had a low product options. I needed help with my phone they were unable to help. I left and went to the location of of 75 was treated well and Service rep. Aaron went through my phone with me at that location. Was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely not recommend the Mesquite location.

Horrible experience. Poor customer service. At the end of the day you are supposed to make the client happy and do what you can to provide the best service. They were rude and did not care to listen to what I was trying to say about my broke phone. I will never go here again. I went to the Verizon store in Rockwall and they fixed what I needed with my phone with no problems.

This store has horrible customer service, as the lady I spoke with sounded like a rude black woman on a powertrip that is the reason certain stereotypes exist. This is sad since its a corporate store, but there are other corporate stores in the area and Im definitely willing to drive further to get a better customer service experience. I realize the associates cant guarantee promotions over the phone for existing customers until the customer is in store and they can see account specific details, but telling someone I cant tell you if we can give you an upgrade deal unless you come in versus Come on in to the store, Im certain we can get you some kind of deal is a far cry different. FYI, the associate at the other store is also black, so this isnt about race as much as its about a difference in personality.

I cannot speak for all the Solution Specialists, but Jeremy at the Town East in Mesquite, Tx location rocks!! I have been going to this store for about 5 or more years and have dealt with Jeremy 95% of the time. He is knowledgeable, proactive and very personable. Anytime I have an issue, he can usually resolve it and he always lets me know about what can lower my bill. As long as he is working there, I will never go to another location or provider!

The rudest most conniving sales repsI called today and spoke to AllisonI requested info on specials/deals on accessoriesShe told me they had a few, then acted like it was a chore to tell me what one of them was, and had to pull info out of her. I told her at the end if the conversation that she wasnt very helpful, to where she sarcastically replied Im sorry you feel that wayThe last time I purchased from here the rep sold me an accessory deal but lied and said one of the 3 items was included, come to find out it wasnt so he along with manager approval charged me for a more expensive item. I caught it, and the rep went to the back office 3 times, each coming out of the office handing my receipt back to me saying he fixed it, but didnt give me money back in return. I had to finally ask him how he fixed it if Im still paying more for the wrong items than what he had put in my bag.Devious!

On a consistent basis! over the previous 4 and a 1/2 years, I have received better customer service from McDonalds then I ever have at this Verizon store. Literally making me feel like slamming a double shot of cuervo and slamming my head into a brick wall 6 or 7 times and then trying to think of an answer myself would probably be smarter than expecting quality customer care at this location.**AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!*

Twice went in to update my name and address change and they werent able to make the change despite my proof with documentation. The customer service over the phone couldnt get it done either. I was told in the center I couldnt change 3 of my lines to prepaid and keep the 4th on regular billing cycle but I called customer service and got it done. I asked repeatedly to get my phone number listed as account holder but it never got done until I called customer service but even then it mysteriously always changed to one of my other lines and I know for sure that person wasnt requesting the change because I paid the bill every month. Left Verizon disappointed by their service, bad signal, and high rates. The only thing they did right was being polite.

The employees at this store seem to only have interest in you if your buying or upgrading equipment. Ive been with Verizon for over 15 years and every time I need technical help they seem to drag their feet and tell you to pretty much do it yourself. Only reason I dont switch is because their cell service is pretty reliable, too bad I cant say the same for their employees. If you get decent cell and customer service with another carrier do not bother switching over to Verizon .

Worst Verizon experience I have ever had. Went in for an upgrade and to manage my devices. After waiting for 10 minutes to be helped, I was told because my iPhone isnt in PERFECT condition they wouldnt give me my upgrade. My iPhone is used but has no cracks, works properly and has no major malfunctions. Other than being used for a year its in great condition, always kept in a case. In addition, they were unwilling to renew three lines to a new 2 year agreement so I could get new devices and replace the old tablets we werent using any longer. Left in the absolute worst mood, called Verizons customer service line and was given my upgrade and a bill credit. Amazing what can be accomplished when people are willing to work. I have been a customer over 10 years and one trip to this store made me want to cancel service. Thankfully the corporate line made it right.

We have had a relatively large account (6 phones) with Verizon for approximately 3 years; switched from Sprint and AT&T. I was excited to see my former Sprint sales person (of 10 years), Jeremy working at this Verizon location. He informed me he made the move about 2 years prior. He is absolutely the most helpful guy and can answer every question. He is patient and will work with you as long as it takes to meet your needs. Sounds like from other reviews on Google, Verizon needs to clone him! Thanks Jeremy! Robert at this location is also terrific and very helpful.

Had the worst experience there when into do a warranty exchange and I know how it works. The first time I went in the lady was willing to do a warranty exchange but I will have to leave my phone here so I decided to come back I went back two other times. And they had 1000 questions for me all I wanted to do was a warranty exchange. Customer service is great but this store sucks and I feel like they were only treating me like that because I was a girl .

Terrible service! I tried to make a payment with a female representative and she would not assist me because I didn’t had a Texas ID with me, I showed her my Consular Registration witch I been doing for the past 2 years, then she went to the back with another associate and his suggestion was for her to send me to the payment kiosk. This is not right! I won’t be coming back to this location and won’t be recommending this to non of my family or friends. I honestly felt discriminated. I am not asking for money/new phone, I was just trying to pay you money! Ridiculous !!

I got a new phone and have been a Verizon customer since it was Primco (20 plus years). I was disappointed to find that they can no longer transfer my information from one phone to the other. Actually they can still do that but it takes a lot longer because they dont have the machine to transfer data, etc. quickly . My associate, Allyson, was excelent.

The Sales Rep (Sal) that I dealt with was great! He then ran my credit card on the IPad for my cell phone bill. The IPad went down so he then ran it on the computer which double charged me. I have been waiting for my refund for over a week after calling Verizon a few times. Verizon can take money off of your credit card with ease but seem to have a very hard time refunding it back.

I came to this store all the way from Ennis Texas because their customer reps are rude. And the mesquite representative named Tamisha was even more rude than the ones from Ennis. I did everything myself and all I asked was for her to open the sim port and she didn’t even help with that. I had to get someone las to do it for me. If you do go to this store I would suggest not asking her for help.

Read all fine print and ask lots of questions, do not take their word for it. They are shady and trying to make a sale. Also less than four months old iPhone stopped working (no calls in or out), they claimed it needed to be replaced and was unfixable. They were more than willing to help me file a claim and get a refurbished phone for $200. Funny went to Apple store, iPhones have a 1 year warranty. Apple fixed in in 5 minutes. Simple upgrade and hard start caused by Verizon software.

Went there to purchase a SIM card. A friend gave me a mobile hotspot and I just needed a SIM card. They would not sell me one or give me one. I went to Walmart and bought one but VERIZON WIRELESS would not sell me a VERIZON WIRELESS Sim card. They have to see the device in order to sell you a SIM Card. RIDICULOUS. DONT GO TO THIS STORE!!!

This guys only care about their commission, dont even bother to go there and try to do anything else but buying or upgrading because they wont help you at all. To them thats like you are wasting their time and possibly a sale from the next person that gets to the store. Salvador, or Sal like the badge said literally gave me a post it with the verizon customer service and told to call them because he wont be able to do anything for me, after telling me excuses that didnt make sense and telling me that he can help me but if i go back on the 23rd when my billing cycle ends REALLY????? I bought a samsung s6 edge from this store less than a month before, i had some issues in my phone ( its touch screen got froze ), and out of all the verizon associates software update repair and all the other repair stuff, my phone didnot give any progress, and she told me the only thing she could do is do a phone replacement for me. And talking about the phone replacement, they are only gonna send me a used second- owned phone. i have only used my new phone for less than a month before, and i dont think i deserve this second- owned phone . we all do hard work not to deserve this type of service. sorry to say this but i had the worst experience with verizon & samsung within a 6 year frame. i have wasted my entire day by walking into samsung stores & talking with verizon people. WORST PLACE TO GET A PHONE & 100 % i dont recomend to buy a s6 with the highpayment, and then deserve this for the companys phone manufacture defects.

I had an issue with my phone . I went for assistance and the people were rude and didnt help me with my issue. She gave up on my phone and called the 1800 number and handed over the phone to me. I never had a bad experience, and i been with Verizon over 7 years. Most the employee are using their phones, and dont care of people waiting for assistance. Waited over 45min

Worst Verizon store. Associates go out of their way to avoid helping customers. Had to drive all the way to downtown Dallas to find a store that would help me do an alternate upgrade. I have come in many times and never received decent care. I will drive to the Dallas store every time I need help from now on. I suggest anyone else do the same.

Am I in a doctor office or wireless corporate store? Walk in an told right away to either sit and wait or come back another time ... Not my issue this store is understaffed .. As I look around the employees dont look like they are in any rush ... There are several people sitting around wishing that they choose to do anything other than sitting in a wireless store waiting and waiting ... I hope corporate does see this and do something about this
