Prompt, friendly service with delicious, hot donuts right off the conveyor belt! 😋

This Krispy Kreme location is a joke. I received donuts that werent fresh at all. The normal glaze on top of the donuts were poorly prepared and they were thin donuts that didnt last 2 days. Normally, when I buy Krispy Kreme donuts there good for almost a week, especially when I warm them up. I could have saved gas, time and money by going to a local donut shop in my own home town. Dont go here!!

Ordered my doughnuts via the app and drove to the store to pick them up. I arrived early in my order was already ready. The service was fast. The location was clean. The cashier was really friendly. I got a great value because I used the buy one get one free offer. My donut was everything that Krispy Kreme advertises their doughnuts to be.. soft, flavorful and definitely full of glaze.

I dont understand why other locations Ive walked in to but still havent been able to go in this one. I dont go often but every time in the last 6 months, its still drive thru only. Done with this one.

Its always something at this location. Its after 6 and although the light is not on, Im told the doughnuts are hot. Lies! They are sliding around the box and look dry and withered to the point I thought they forgot to put icing on them. When I questioned the freshness and look, Bens first response was do you want your money back.... I sure do, and Ill keep on by the next time I want a doughnut.

I have come to this location 2 times and both times highly disappointed. It is absolutely the worse Krispy Kreme. They dont have hot glazed donuts, their donuts are doughy and taste nasty. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Allen location you wont be disappointed.

Not sure if the workers are lazy or something, but both times we have came over here, they are closed early without warning. It does not come up online that it’s closed and we make the far drive all the way over here for nothing. They have confusing signs on the door saying to go to the drive thru but then they put cones to block off the drive thru. My guess is that they just don’t want to work or are understaffed but it would be nice to know, but they don’t pick up when you call them either. Krispy Kreme is a great franchise but save your time and money and don’t opt for the one in Mesquite.

Drove all the way out here cuz it was the closest to my house. Even called to make sure they were open ... got there and they’re closed. Been here twice and they’ve been closed both times and never answer the phone. Says updated hours are online which is NOT true at all. They are definitely not open until 11pm. Went at 7pm and they were closed

This is the closest Krispy Kreme to me. When I come here the light is on, donuts are hot & good. Today I arrived @ 10:30 am light was off donuts were not hot. No problem because Krispy Kreme donuts are good whether you eat them hot or cold. I ordered original glaze donuts as well as lemonade glaze. The lemonade donuts were so horrible I gave them to my neighbor & forgot to take a picture of them.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I rarely write reviews but this kind of practice is unacceptable for any business. My first visit to this location and had a terrible experience. When I reached home and opened the box I was surprised and very disappointed to see that only 6 donuts on the left side of the box was normal sized donuts and all of the other 6 donuts on the right side of the box were noticeably smaller in size and height.

Not sure about taste, as I purchased 1/2 chocolate/glazed, for The Caretakers at my moms Memory Care. I purchased donut holes for mom, however, since it was almost lunch time, I decided to offer to the usual staffer at the front door, The Screener and she accepted. So, I can give a 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for getting order correct and nice, courteous staff.

Its only 5:08pm and online it says the store closes at 11pm... they said they were closed, but we smell the doughnuts cooking.... and its national doughnut day! How could you be closed??? Plus there were workers inside, just sitting around eating... tried to call to ask when theyd be open but no one answered... I mean, youre not busy 🤨Highly disappointed.

Worst store in Dallas!!!! Been there 3 times in two weeks. No galzed donuts. Showed up at 77:15 a.m. Donuts werent made. They open at 6. Wow!!!!

The donuts are great...however, both times I have gone drink orders were horrible. First time machine was broken. This time wegot 2.diffrent drinks, one was a smoothe and my daughter said it was so sour she couldnt even drink it. I got a frozen latte but it was served hot over ice and not at all sweetened . Maybe crew needs class on how to make beverages???

This was my go to donut place. They changed management. They tried to give me a cappuccino that was sitting for an hour. The old management always made the cappuccino fresh when I arrived even if I was late. I had to persuade management to make fresh. Think I will start going to Shipleys.

Donuts from this location are rarely see fresh. Also I witnessed an employee handle money and then use his hand to get donuts without changing his gloves nor using paper.

Went There To Get Donuts This Morning and Nobody Was At The Drive Thru Taking Order Said It Opened at 6am I Had To Leave. I Love COMING Here but Today Was Not Good Customer Service.

Everything said they were still opened and they are closed and long gone. Its only 8pm guess we will have e to come back some other time.

In California my Krispy Kreme donuts were always fresh and warm. I havent purchased any in years and I decided to get some. The donut holes and donuts here were not one bit warm or fresh, and it took a long time to get old donuts. Also my credit card was compromised 2 days after me using it here. I havent used it anywhere else. I wont be coming here anymore. Now I see why it took so long to get my card back. Ive never had my account compromised at my usual local mom and pop donut shop nor have they EVER given me cold stale donut holes or donuts.

We always go to Krispy Kreme. My grand kids love it. The people are very nice and very helpful !!😊😊😊

Bad customer service.The man taking order offer us 12 dounts for 5 dollars because they had a deal. He asked us what kind did we want, we picked two different donuts. Once we got to the checkout he then said oh its only for just glazed donuts I feel like he should have been clear about that when he mentioned the deal. I also asked for a frozen latte and they did not make it frozen just put iced cubes in it. I mentioned I wanted it frozen, the staff just replied oh we dont have frozen.

I live 20 mins away and every time I come to this location the machine is down? I lived in North Carolina for 6 years and never had this happen. Seems really odd this always happens. 🤦🏼‍♂️

I visited Krispy Kreme on the other day normally my experience with them are pretty good the reason theyre getting a two on this visit was because I forgot my app when I made my purchase and I told the young lady and she said because she had already cashed me out that she couldnt do the app so instead of being knowledgeable about the app and telling me that I could use my receipt to add it in she just told me she couldnt do it but then beyond that I have tried to add my receipt since then and the store number is not working in the app so thats a really big major problem so is the app really legitimate and also I feel the employees should be more willing to help you get your points when going and purchasing from their establishment

Came here at 7... theyve been closed since 5 despite the store claiming to be open until 11. I know other people have run into this problem for the past few weeks, not to mention the likely hundreds of other cars that have been rolling through the drive thru with no one to take their orders. Please update your hours or stay open for at least 4 of the 6 hours you claimed to be open.

The donuts are not as I remembered. They are thinner and smaller. They are chewy, almost tastes like they werent cooked all the way. I will never visit this establishment again. But, the staff was courteous and friendly. Staff great...donuts not so much.

I ordered a dozen assorted and a dozen original glaze doughnuts expecting at least room temp doughnuts, but was confounded when I received a box of doughnuts that obviously came straight from the fridge. I understand business is slow because of covid, but the smartest move to make to ensure quality control is to make small batches every hour instead of making them all in the morning and putting them in the fridge and selling them cold and soggy throughout the rest of the day. Above all, I am glad I ordered directly at drive-thru, because on the app it shows all menu items available and when we got to the store they had limited menu items.

I recently found out about the Hot and Now sign. When you see this neon sign on, you can purchase a dozen glazed donuts for $5. So guess where I was at last night?? Thats right! At the drive-thru getting my donut fill.

Great service and lots of variety. They have retail items here too like mugs and cups. Make sure you come when the sign is lit up and theyll give you a hot fresh donut.

Not hot as the “hot” signed advertised but they were warm and delivered the sugar rush needed. Took the drive thru attendant forever to answer...but the trip was worth the wait.

Stay away from online ordering . The event which started at 6PM and ended at 8PM. I started by ordering online via krispykreme.com ordering 1 box of regular and 1 box of filled. Shortly after I was finished ordering the phone ring, and a young man informed me they did not have the filled. I told it was just fine to do two regulars. And an hour passed and no donuts. I called back to the Galloway store as the receipt instructed me to do. I spoke with a lost young man who was clearly not trained in the art of communications. He 1st said its still here and this sounded like the same young man who changed the order to 2 regulars. And said he didnt know and did know. Basically he was talking in circles. He couldnt confirm or not confirm, and I assume he thought that was okay. I asked to talk to the manager, and she was just as dizzy. She said someone came an hour a go, and that all she know is two Mexicans picked it up, and she couldnt do anything and did not know who it was. She state and I quote We just give them to people who ask your name. Yet it was order through their website not Doordash or Uber. She acted as if I was suppose to track the donuts down and play Scooby Doo. The entire staff their seems untrained in the art of customer service or how their business works with online ordering. And then they hung up while I was talking. I called back and they did not answer. And on top of that they charged me twice. So I could not call the Galloway store, because the employees were playing games with the phone. Playing with a customer who orders regularly and spends 32$ each time. I was out of 62$ and treated awful, and exposed to workers who do not care about their job or they do not know how to do it. There are people who are laid off due to Covid who really need a job, and these people are driving customers away with incompetence. And also the Door Dash never came, so it was a group of incompetent people who couldnt deliver 2 dozen of donut, They lost me as a valued customer. I found a number online to try to get it straight I shall see if my money is refunded properly. The day is better, but night crew is unprofessional and lost.

2nd time to order online from this location in Mesquite and for the 2nd time we received the worst looking partially raised donuts imaginable. 1st time we called and were given the excuse that not all batches turn out the same. It depends on the baker on duty. What a crock since the point of a franchise is to have the same quality and same experience no matter what store you visit.

I placed a pick up order and when I got there early in the morning, found out they didnt have any glazed. She did give me a refund (hence the 2 stars) and I was able to keep the chocolate donut part of my order. They actually could of kept the donuts. They tasted day old and stale. When your picking up donuts for breakfast and they are horrible, its very frustrating. Ill stick to the mom and pop donut shops from now on.

It was my first time here and I ordered a medium iced coffee, however the size of the coffee seemed like a small but since it was my first time here I didnt know and they still charged for a medium. Donuts were good though.

If not for the drive thru line, I wouldve assumed this location was closed. According to Google it was closed but I believe thats only for walk ins (I forgot to ask). Id promised my kids donuts so we waited patiently in the line and were pleased to find that there was a special yesterday. Buy one dozen glazed and get a second dozen for $1! The service was quick and the guy at the window was patient with me bc I didnt know about the special and thought he undercharged me. Well definitely return for more donuts!!!

There isnt a Krispy Kreme where I live so everytime my mom and I have to travel for my doctors appointments weve made it a tradition to stop and get donuts. The people are super nice, the donuts are amazing, and they were great with accepting my service dog.

Tried Krispy Kreme for the first time today, and while they are good, they werent hot and fresh. They tasted better than many donuts Ive tried, but I really only enjoy fresh warm donuts, so unless you get here early in the morning its really nothing special.

I usually go to the greenville location....but was working in this area and man this place was traaaassh 🚽💩🗑️🚮.... Never been here before so I wasn’t familiar with the menu!! I looked up the menu online and I found something that I wanted. When I went to go order it the lady said we don’t have that we only have what is on the menu so I looked at the menu and they didn’t have the fillings on the menu !! She refused to let me know what they had in the store and she said read the menu she told me to read that menu three times she was so rude and then I pull up at the window she gives me something I Didn’t even order and then tells me that that is what I ordered I was so upset I just drove off never will I return

Im the person who hates glazed donuts. I dont want icing liquid sugar or anything on one and I only like plain cake donuts. I dont know how your GPS thought I was there. My opinion doesnt count here though because I dont like donuts....this place is always packed with people who adore Krispy Kreme. They are hot and fresh and beautiful...I just dont like them.

My son went to this location to get his free dozen donuts as a graduating senior this afternoon, May 19th 2020. We know this location has been honoring this deal because a family friend went earlier in the day and received his free dozen. When my son went there this afternoon to get his free dozen they told him they were not doing the graduating senior deal. What??!! We know they are...why would they tell him otherwise?! He then proceeded to purchase 3 dozen honey glazed bc he drove over an hour to get to this location and didn’t want to leave empty handed. I am so frustrated with this location not honoring a deal that is not only all over social media but that I KNOW for a fact they honored earlier in the day. I tried calling the store and the phone not only rings off the hook but sends me to a Verizon message saying the number isn’t valid. What in the world??!!! So frustrating.

Bad experience! They didnt give me the correct order or even the correct price! Once I told her it wasnt the correct order she just said oh we dont have those but she had already charged my card & had already gave me the donuts! I was in a hurry & just didnt want to argue so I just left! Very disappointed with the service & with my order!

The General Manager is not professional and disrespectful. She does not treat her staff equally. She dont know how to create a schedule to ensure there are enough employee working to support the business. She text employees about other employees, who does that. This explains why the turnover is so high. Worst manager I ever known. Parents do not allow your young teens or young adult children to work at this location.

Went to Krispy Kreme donuts and they were good. 10.77 a dozen but well worth it. They were melt in your mouth delicious. We also got the strawberry lemonade and it was good but kinda sour. I had to add two packages of sugar to calm down the seriously sour taste it had.overall a very good experience the donuts were warm and tasty and the lemonade good but kinda sour. Spent overall 17.49

Went here early morning while theyre hot and ready sign was on, we received a fresh Donut for my girlfriend and I, it was absolutely delicious as were the original glazed and chocolate glazed that my girlfriend and I ordered. The chocolate and 2% milk are a little pricey but definitely pair well with the purchase. The staff was very friendly and happy to assist.

First time coming to this location and I won’t be coming back. My husband Hot Chocolate large was cold and my cappuccino was tasteless and cold it tasted like a water down coffee. No flavor at all and cold. It’s 42 degrees and just wanted something hot 😞

The hot fresh donut sign, when lit, no longer means a few donut with purchase. When I inquired about it, the young man had no idea and the older woman begins the counter said they had not done that in a long time. When asked how long, her response was 2 months. The last review that said they did it was 3 weeks ago. I will NOT be back, and will drive out of my way top go to a farther one that still does this.

The lady was really nice and offered me a still-warm glazed. You cant beat that. The Rewards program gave me 2 dozen for the price of 1. Maybe you can beat it.

Doughnuts taste are awesome but when staff handles you the towel to clean your table and turn around to get on the phone big customer No-No. The place is filthy plus staff that doesn’t want to be there. We ask for ice coffee the young man server made a mess and didn’t clean after himself. The young lady at the counter was even worse with upset face because she got to get out of the phone. Thanks God the young man in the back making donuts knows what he was doing. Best bet go to another location. Their donuts are great.

Drive thru is horrible and after a certain hours at night they turn off all the lights giving the impression that the business is closed. Inside the restaurant service is okay. But their donut is excellent no matter what.

Drive thru experience here was quick and easy. Service was friendly and clean surrounding outside. Donuts are really good, super sweet though (but I guess donuts are supposed to be sweeeet). I wont be ordering the donut holes though, didnt taste as good as the regular glazed donuts; they were dense and did not taste as good.

Great place to get hot fresh donuts. Watch for when they turn the light on, which means that they are making donuts.If you are lucky enough, they will offer you a free hot fresh donut. Apparently we weren’t that luck this time, as they didn’t offer us any. We did buy two dozen though.

I love Krispy Kreme donuts I just wish they were closer to home. I do enjoy them when I get a chance.
