Horrible experience. I went in to buy a wig. I reference another store. The owner got mad started cursing me. She followed me to my car in raged. I called the police. I was informed they were called often and that she has a problem with Arfican Americans. This is the demographic she is selling to. Do not go here. You work to hard for your money and respect is a must.

Under the New Ownership and the New Management, their customer service is super nice, they treat customers with respect and they are very polite. I highly recommend this store for any beauty supply products.

They dont carry La girl Pro and their prices are a tad bit higher than most Beauty Supplies for one.For two I will never shop here again.The lady told me in the middle of my shopping that she had to go to the bathroom so I needed to hurry up and pay so I can leave.I had about two more things that I needed to find, but before I could even do that, she snatched all of the stuff out of my hand and rang it up.Then, she proceeded to yell my total over the counter.Needless to say, I did not give her my hard-earned money and I told her that I would not be coming back.She screamed at me saying that she does not care and to get out of her store so she can go to the bathroom. Unbelievable. Please whatever you do, do not come here. There is literally a Beauty Supply right down the street from here which will give you better service than this

The manager its very polite and friendly. You get plenty of questions answered regarding brown skin girls hair. I didnt believe it at first, now this is the only place I go... Thanks ladies at Sarah beauty shop!!!

Not only are they racist, but extremely rude as well. My friend went in and was told to shut up and that she needed to listen to her. Then she tried to tell them bye, as in go ahead and leave my store. Save yourself time and money, go somewhere else. Their wigs aren’t what they used to be. Also looking from past reviews she seems to call the police on almost everyone that walks in if she doesn’t like them. Ridiculous way to manage a store.

The women who owns the store in here is a racist!!! She told my sister to get out as soon as we walked in the store . I asked her why and she said she didn’t want to have any problems and I told her that there was not going to be any problems . I told her we we’re simply going to get what we need and leave and she proceeded to harass my sister . As I was trying to explain to her that she was overreacting and there was no problem she called the police then tried to run outside and take a picture of my car . Since we did not do ANYTHING wrong me and my sister (who is black) waited for the police. I called our mom to tell her the situation and she came up to the store with my boyfriend and my sisters friend who was already at the house with her . They came to wait with us because this women was lying and telling the police all kinds of crazy stuff she then called the police to say she was in danger for her life and we were blocking her entrance (which we were not) my boyfriend is military and my mother works right next to the police station and none of us have ever been in trouble or had a criminal background. Needless to say the police came and completely disregarded the statement that she was in danger and called the backup off after we explained the situation . He walked in and came back out to tell me and my sister since it’s a private business he will have to criminally trespass us since she does not want us coming back ... WHICH I WOULD NEVER DO ANYWAYS . Please do not come here, she is racist and very disrespectful and rude !!

Customer service is horrible here I didnt know you had a certain time to make a purchase I was treated so awful here their attitude is always bad I would rather go across town from here on out then spend my money here they lost a customer I see why you guys barley have any business look at how you treat people and you need to really upgrade on your hair and on your wigs geesh terrible terrible terrible it was also very warm in there today hello summer is approaching get it together please lesson learned!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me say that I have been a customer since the store opened over 6yrs ago. I use to live in mesquite 5 mins away from the store. I moved to Grand Prairie 4 yrs ago and I still to this day drive from Grand Prairie to mesquite just to purchase my hair and hair products. Saras has the best prices and great quality of hair as well as a variety of brands. Not only are the prices on point,but they provide awesome discounts and Sara and her family are really sweet, kind, caring and helpful. They provide EXCELLENT customer service. Sara is very informative and KNOWS her products. Ive tried several other beauty supplies in Grand Prairie as well as surrounding areas such as Ft Worth, Arlington, Duncanville, cedar Hill, desoto, oak cliff and yes even the infamous mega store Jennys and still no one compared. Saras always has what I need, and ill continue to make the drive frm GP to mesquite because they are truly worth it....Thanks Sara
