We had the most horrible experience at this place today. We went at about noon. There were only about 6 tables with people at them. It took 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge that we were seated. The waitress took our order. We got part of our drink order. Never got the coffee we asked for. When we received pArt of our order, it was over cooked and cold. We asked for our toast and the waitress said she would bring it. 10 mins later I went up to the register to tell them to bring it, the waitress said “ I told you I would bring it, just wait a second. Someone brought the toast which was cold and hard as a rock. The waitress..who was also supposedly the owner came to our table and got smart mouthed with us. I told her to get out of the way we were leaving. Left our cold meal on the table, went to the register to pay and the guy told us we didn’t have to pay. You do not talk to customers like that. I have worked customer service and I would have lost my jobs if I talked that way. This is the third time that we have had poor service and poor food there. Will NEVER go back.

Good service, food is okay. The raisin bread was the highlight of the meal. If you come definitely give it a try. The fried chicken with the chicken and waffles was good but the waffle was not. Some of the meals are very small portions and others are huge, not really consistent.
Sorry to say very bad service ! When we finally got seated we waited and waited and waited and it was not crowded or busy No one ever came to our table after 20 mins we decided to go some where else . I let the person at the register know why we was leaving all he said was ok sorry. Yea their sorry alright. Never again 🤬🤬
This was a hidden gem. It felt like having a home cooked meal. The breakfast food was delicious and the homemade salsa was great. The staff is friendly and was not bothering you during your meal.If you get the chance stop by and grab some breakfast.
Food was great! We purchased the pork chops with eggs and corn beef with eggs. All the items were steamy hot and delicious and reminds you of an old school diner with a friendly staff....if you looking for a good breakfast/brunch spot this is the one! This is the definition of homestyle food and service!
Just went to the restaurant the open signs flashing. A young woman ran up inside the restaurant locked the door and giggled.I called to inquire and they said the restaurant closes at 4. As it was not 4 I inquired again and was informed the owner said to shut down the kitchen at 3:30 which is the time we pulled into their lot.Sad sad to see the enjoyment in the young girls face to lock us out. When we returned to our car she came back and visibly unlocked the door.Will never spend me money there again.
Worst food ever. Bacon burned leather, like jerkie, Completely unchewable. Toast cold and breakable, like a cracker. Home fries not done,, hard.. all in all, worst breakfast ever!

We were a group of 7 and 2 others and I had bad meals.I had 3 Tacos and they were the worst I ever had.The chef if you can call him a chef put the meat in the tacos and some cheese on top of each one. No sauce on them very dry .They were placed on a metal z like tin and the tacos on it.Then he put the Pico de Gallo on the plate, not enough to put on each taco.A scoop of sour cream was on the plate.These were the worst tacos I ever had.Did not enjoy them.2 others were unhappy with their meals. One had California Breakfast and she ate two forkfuls and did not eat anymore it was so bad. Left an entire meal on the plate.Another said he had chicken fried steak and he also did not like it.The other 4 I did not ask but saw one who had pancakes and did not finish them.All in all, we will not come back to Scrambles.
Please please please increase the width of your your pork chops to more than a millimeter and a half. PLEASEEEEE!
Worst experience ever, they charge you in advance the tip, they charge you a fee for credit card payment, the cashier is a young rude guy, the orange juice is very low quality, really bad experience. Never ever come back again.
Ordered the California breakfast and a side of grits to be delivered. The California breakfast was inedible. The ‘crispy hash browns’ were not cooked or crispy and full of grease. The grits contained no butter nor was any included with the order. Very disappointing.

I was getting my car serviced across the street and thought Id try it while I waited. I walked in and almost left but Im glad I didnt..... ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!! Im on Keto and I got their Scrambles Loaded Omelette, sub everything else for sausage links and it was the best omelette Ive ever had. Definitely coming back
The food is great. But today I ordered delivery. Abd for the 4th time they did not follow order notes and or left something completely out of the order. And instead of sending another delivery they just tell me I can come get them! That defeats the purpose of delivery?

Today I ordered through Uber Eats and they messed the ordered completely up. We ordered 1 pancake breakfast, 2 chicken and waffles, 2 extra patties, salsa and the California breakfast. What was delivered was 2 pancake breakfast and the California breakfast. I called at 8:11am and a young Hispanic female answered (she claimed her name was Maria) I told her what happened and she started speaking Spanish to someone else and then said Well we can remake it and you can come pick it up. I said maam if I was able to pick it up I would have originally came. She said well we cant do anything about it and you need to call Uber. I said it was a mistake on yall part. I asked could I come get it another day and she said no. I asked to speak with a manager and she said she was the manager. I asked her name and she gave 2 other names besides the first one (Cita and Chasity) She said look I said what I said and Im done talking then she hung up. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. No customer service and a very rude employee. I see where another Reviewer said they told them to come get their order that was incorrect. The reply back on that Reviewer was next time we will give you excellent service. Smh. Unbelievable. I guess this is something they do mess up your order and do not care

Took almost 50 minutes for a chicken fried chicken steak and catfish sandwich. Both orders were wrong. Catfish was fried not grilled. Chicken steak wound up being beef.
Weve been going here since they were on Town East. Everything weve tried has been delicious! From omelets to chorizo, and chicken fried steak.

We drove All over looking for somewhere different to eat breakfast and came upon Scrambles. We both had omelettes they were awesome and fresh and not greasy!!! And they followed through with table spacings. We will try again.
Very good we ear at Scrambles quiet often under the new management. It is better than the other owners.

Ive recently visited this restaurant and was really happy with my choice. Their food is delicious, fresh and the portion size is really big! Plus, their waitresses are attentive and friendly. The price is also good for the quality of the food and the attentive service.Id recommend the fried chicken sandwich for lunch or the California breakfast! These are my favorite :) definitely recommend this place :)

Service was good. But Scrambles owns the honor of the WORST migas in Texas. It was served as tortilla strips and a little cheese. I had added jalapenos so it resembled bad nachos. I did not ask but they did remove from my bill. I always eat local and will continue to do so, but Scrambles is forgotten...
Horrible food tastes like dirty grease it was cold and the bathrooms were filthy overflowed toilets .ate there numerous times before and was satisfied, but never go there again its a heath hazard

I love this spot! They offer splendid food, they have a rich menu, The chef in that place is a real authority in the kitchen, I like very much trying all their dishes. The dishes are consistently tasty, the attitude towards the clients is efficient. I frequently visit this restaurant and I not even once was discontended. I recommend it to all.
Horrible service came in sat down was brought a menu 20 mins later after having all three of the servers walk by and stand across the room looking at us taking people drink and food orders that came in after us and they were only 60% capacity so we left will never go there again

Excellent service, our waitress was friendly and welcoming. The food came out quick and it was hot. However... the food was not very good. The omelet tasted like they used Kraft cheese food slices, the coffee was terrible. The hashbrowns tasted like the grill hadnt been cleaned in a long while, rancid oil taste.They had a sign that they were under new management, I hope they focus more on the quality of the food they serve.
The service is very quick here, we walked in and were immediately seated and got our drinks within like 5 minutes. The food was ready quick and the environment was very homey, in a good way. Everything tasted very good and was served with a smile. Would definitely reccomend, 10/10.
We had our first visit here today and it was great! Food was tasty and great in portion. Our waitress was Sarah and she was wonderful! The chef got my order wrong and she did not charge us our coffee and our daughters plate. She didnt need to do that. Anyway it was a pleasant experience and well be back!
Cold eggs. Burnt bacon. No manager onsite. Waitress could not understand my order or simple requests. What used to be a really good restaurant is no more. Husbands hash browns and eggs were cold. His bread came out 14 minutes in to our meal. Will not be back. I truly give it not even a star.

Great food. Even GREATER owner ...Victor, is such a wonderful caring person. My family has been going there for many years now. When my family needed a friend the most, Victor was there for us. I had a brother pass away and we had no money. But, Victor gladly and selfishly came forward and gave the keys to the restaurant to my family as well as had the cook fix lots n lots of food. All so we could have my brothers memorial service there in the place he loved so much. It was so sweet of a gesture to do this for us and he never had to do it. But, thats the kind of person he is. And the waitresses and cook are also great. They take care of you here and the food is AWESOME !!! Gotta love it !!

They completely messed up my order forgot half my food the pan fries and the gravy were virtually tasteless menu isnt correct ( ordered big country omelet does not say ham on menu but was loaded with it and then they tell me thats how it comes) and all the manager wants to do as argue and pretty much tell me its not her problem. Highly dont reccomend this place at all if I could give less then one star I would. Dont waste your money!!!

Breakfast is wonderful. Be sure to get the yummy raisin bread toast. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming here. Definitely making a return trip. Just get in early as they close by 4pm.
Best pancakes ever. Served pipping hot. Came here after a long seating wait at cracker barrel. Im glad we left there and came here. Only 1/3 mile away.
UNDER NEW MGMT. They need more cooks to get the food out in a timely manner. The waitresses are all over the place with no direction or assigned areas to manage/wait on. We had 3 different waiters ask for our order. We got our food in about 30 minutes and there were people still waiting on their order when they placed their order before ours. Food was cold and the OJ tasted old.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had the grilled pork chops and eggs all cooked perfectly. They had a cake that looked so amazing that I took 2 pieces to go. I heard it was good as my wife ate both hers AND mine. Ill definitely be back.
Service was poor, nobody is really running the show, you seat wherever and all the tables are dirty. Seems like no one knew what was going on.. everyone along with us, in the restaurant had messed up orders. Moral of the story they can do better
My family came to eat at this establishment with high expectations, but the lack of Management and organization skills left a bad taste. Even under new Management, training of all the staff could improve. The cooks could improve with the food quality. The food was rushed and so the flavor wasnt there. The host could improve with knowing how to seat guests, spread the customers amongst the servers, and help create or take apart tables. Servers could improve with preparing with busy and slow bursts of guests.As former large restaurant employees, we can see how this restaurant could improve and be better than they are currently.
Scrambles made our T.O.U.C.H experience one to remember our future leaders were served an awesome meal with great service food was cooked to perfection. Wait staff and owner were absolutely awesome. Lots of full stomachs and happy faces. Thank you Mr. Holland. We will be back!😁

The bacon was so bad it made me sick. It was clearly cooked HOURS ago and just left out not even under a heat lamp or something. The French toast was burnt, we never got part of our order, and overall it was extremely unpleasant. I literally went home to throw up because it made me sick. I’m so disappointed.
Normally food is great, but this day everything was cold when it arrived at the table. We noticed alot of orders waiting to be taken to the table when we arrived, but did not put it together until our food was slow and cold. Normally the food is great, but they looked to be short on staff that day.
Robin made my day... I almost forgot my drinks she ran outside and saved the day... The food was really good as well I got the grilled chicken and eggs.... The hash browns were a little under cooked but everything else was awesome...
Ordered medium steak and over medium eggs. Got well done dry steak, over easy eggs, dark fried plain potatoes seasoned with Lawerys and coffee in a dirty cup. They wait staff was nice so I left them 20 bucks. Went next door to Waffle House and got properly cooked steak and eggs.
My wife and I were excited to try it. Had never been before. Hostess could not look up from her phone to greet us. We were standing right next to her. After a minute she looked up and said hi. We just stood there waiting to be seated. Finally we just started walking away and then she saysoh, you can sit wherever you want. We just left.

The cook Miguel is the best thing going at this place. Everything he cooks is delicious. Besides the 1 Korean waitress the rest are pitiful, not on time at 6am, dont answer the phone & there memory short.
