I wish I could give 10 stars! These guys came through for me like Superman just as I was about to give up. I called 3 hours before I needed him and just like that he was there! I needed my glass taken off and put back in and it was effortless I didn’t even feel nervous. Five minutes to remove a 4ftx8ft commercial window and put it back in. I think the guys are magical unicorn 🦄 heroes sent from heaven and I’m so eternally grateful to them forever thank you thank you thank you 💜

I made two appointments to meet for an estimate, before other about both. I had to call him both times and ask if he was still owing over. If that is any indication of the work then I would hate to try it.

Ultra Glass (Mario) was excellent. We would hire them again in a heartbeat! He replaced old patio doors with a slider. The new doors did not come with the hardware that it should have and without being asked, he found the hardware online, ordered it and set up another appt to install. Mario was very punctual and honest in his pricing and much lower than the competitors. We had gotten several price quotes before going with him. He was professional and honest on timing. He updated me when needed. We received our frameless shower in two weeks and we are very happy with the product. The quality of the glass was thick and nice. Also he uses a credit card processing for the deposit which makes it feel safe instead of taking cash. It was been a pleasant experience and I finally got my frameless shower that I have been wanting for 10 years.

I actually telephoned Mario on the afternoon of 7/30 to schedule an appointment for a window repair at a property that I own in Saginaw.
