Unfortunately, I have been wearing hearing aids for 27 years. Fortunately, my first experience was with Hearing Aid Express and to this day, I remain a loyal, committed customer. Dr. Erika Porter, at the Mesquite location, keeps me up to date with the latest technology, is always available for questions or concerns and has helped me achieve my highest quality level of hearing in the past 27 years. As you can tell, I love these guys!!

Very comprehensive hearing test. The hearing aid devices work very well. I went back a couple of times. Once to have volume increased, which I was told is normal for first time wear, and once to have them tuned to hear higher notes better. These can be customized to increase sensitivity to various sounds that you may not be able to understand without devices.

Hearing Aid Express took excellent care of my mothers hearing aids for over 4 years. Dr. Porter was always very kind, caring, and patient with my mother, who had the beginning stages of dementia. Sometimes it was very challenging, but Dr. Porter handled it better than I did! I can only give the highest recommendation for this office.

I want to tell the whole word how FANTASTIC Dr. Porter and the Hearing Aid Express office in Mesquite is. I have been driving from The Colony to have Dr. Porter work with me on my hearing aids for many years! It is at least a 45 minute drive and quite often an hour or more because of traffic. It is WELL WORTH the time investment to see Dr. Porter. She has solved all of my problems over the years. Shes patient with my vagueness and truly understands hearing problems and how to make them better. I encourage anyone who has a hearing loss to see Dr. Porter and Hearing Aid Express in Mesquite.

The service was great. Took about a week or so to get them and then adjusted. Really lime my new ears. Didnt know what all I was missing.
