Return policy is terrible if you’re building a house and buying equipment over time. Purchased a pair of high end speakers. Turns out they don’t fit in the ceiling and are completely unusable for me. Tried to return but was denied as I was “out of the window” I was willing to take store credit as I still needed to purchase 2 more televisions and a subwoofer. We purchased all of our appliances and most of our A/V equipment from them so youwould think they would be more accommodating. Most sales organizations try and work with you. It’s little wonder that retail is suffering.

This place is Amazing the salespeople there are awesome.
