Still waiting on finance manager for Buick to call me back. Told me I need gap coverage was not true, quoted me wrong price on extra coverage. Then they don’t put ceramics cleaning is what I think they called it on itemized receipt. Which the cost of the car does not match what I was told or what they showed online. After almost two weeks still haven’t gotten a call.

All great except I wish they would have let me know that there was an electrical problem earlier in the week and they were a day behind before dropping my truck off. I had a short time to find transportation that evening and the next day. This is a big deal when you live nearly an hour out of town.

Chris at Crown Buick GMC was more than helpful. Crown did an amazing job. I live in Ponchatoula and I was originally trying to get my car fixed at Ross Downing in Hammond. After getting an original quote, and waiting over a week to hear from Ross Downing, I contacted Crown. The service department at Crown received my vehicle, located a transmission, and repaired and returned it back to me before Ross Downing even attempted to call me back. Crown’s price was over $400 cheaper than the price quoted from Ross Downing. Thanks guys yall are the best.

As always the attention to our needs is fulfilled, We had an issue with the air pressure that was the reason we were bringing the car in, it happened that an oil leak appeared on the driveway which I felt needed someone to look at. The appointment was made the next day after the call in for service and the filter was adjusted and the tire pressure was caused by a nail in the rear tire. Since there is construction everywhere apparently i managed to roll over one. All was completed in the one visit, great job. Thank you

This has got to be the easiest vehicle I have ever purchased. I worked with a great salesman named Todd Kehoe that made my experience working with Crown GMC extremely easy. Very responsive and helpful me being 3-1/2 hours away from the dealership. Started the process first thing on a Monday and by Tuesday afternoon I was ready to complete the purchase. After arriving at the dealership and test driving the vehicle I was in the finance office signing papers and gone within an hour. Extremely friendly staff seemed like a well oiled machine. Got oil change, tires rotated and a recall notice checked out. Took courtesy ride to work, vehicle ready quicker than I could get back. Truck was ready and lined up for when I got back. Easy and quick.

I made an appointment to get my A/C looked at cause it wasnt cooling and to get an oil change they forgot to change my oil they had my vehicle 12 hours and still didnt get my oil change done and I had an appointment for 7:30am. and at 4:30pm the oil change still wasnt done and they had a very nasty attitude with me and told me they would take it out of rotation I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership again they always have a nasty attitude when I come here!!!!!!

I walked into the certified-pre owed delearship building and I had to ask for one of the many people sitting down to help me. The guy I spoke to first was not very helpful at all and sent both my girlfriend and I out the building and across the road to go look at a truck he recommended in about 90+ degree heat. We never found the truck since he wasn’t willing to even accompany us to the vehicle. Absolutely awful service!!!! I showed up as a walk-in customer to have a simple coolant flushed performed and was told I needed to make an appointment.I made an appointment and showed up at the agreed upon time for a less than 1.5 hour task and was told I needed to leave the vehicle over night.Poor customer service, I left 2 messages for the service manager and have not been responded to in over 1 week!!!

I took my car to the service department for oil change and tire rotation this morning, when I was driving back home I heard a strange noise and I stopped to check only to realize that on one of the wheels none of the nuts was secured, I could literally remove them with my hand. When I returned to the dealership to complain about what had happened instead of offering me an apology, the guy was rude and told me that mistakes happen. A “mistake” that could have put my childrens lives and mine in danger is unacceptable.
