My vehicle has been there 4 months. The general manager, Richard Finley, lies with such sociopathic ease in his dealings with cuatomers and becomes belligerent when approached. This perhaps would not be of concern were vehicles not routinely is his body shop 3-6 months. Yet, this dealership has no competion within 150 miles. As such, Paretti need not modify their systems or processes and is one bereft of accountability. As a result, the corporate culture is cancerous and will continue to metastasize unabated.
My car been in this shop since July 16 until now thats 28days and counting because my sunroof glass need to be replaced and they said its on back order. I have a 2013 Jaguar XJL. The manager Josh and the body service advisor Casey never have a answer on when will my glass be ship or deliver. Its always I dont know and we have no way to find out because its coming from the UK. I think thats some bad communication between US and UK. I will never buy another Jaguar and I cant wait to trade this car, so I want have to deal with this bad customer service again.
