Excellent facility. Clean and organized. The staff are professional and friendly. Great environment. The quality and experience is fantastic. Ive had two collisions repaired by them and will highly recommend to anyone with any vehicle and any type of damage.

After a small collision, my insurance company recommended Ray Brandt for the distance closest to me. Now, after being taken care of so well, I will recommend everyone to this location!! Was told repair would take 10 days. Actually took three weeks. Work done is fine, but repeated unmet promises of delivery were exhausting. First time we used Ray Brandy Collision Center on Airline. Doubt well use them again.

They are good about keeping you in the loop of whats going on with your car and are super friendly. I picked my car up today, and was super pleased with the way its running and how clean it it. Wow. I had the roughest time dealing with all of the issues with my car accident. I had never been in an accident and had no idea who to turn to. When I placed a call to Ray Brandt Collision, Mr Paternostro told me to bring my car in when I was ready and Belinda would take care of me. When I walked un, Belinda knew it was me and I didnt even tell her my name. Belinda then had Valerie assist me with my vehicle. A big huge thank you to Valerie for providing excellent Customer Service. Her vehicle knowledge was incredible and I felt confident that I was going to be taken care of. UPDATED REVIEW**I had my car repaired by Ray Brandt Collision and found myself underwhelmed by the repair job. My initial review was on this experience. Although it took a bit of communicating back and forth, Belinda had me bring my car in to check out the work that was done. Upon looking the car over, she immediately apologized for the service that was done and was set on working around my schedule to repair the area with my complete satisfaction. Im not quite sure its realistic to expect any business to perform at perfection 100% of the time. However, a lot is to be said about a business that takes accountability when a job misses the mark the first time. The customer service at this location is incredible. They kept me updated on my repair and on the schedule around its completion.Belinda, I am grateful for your attention to detail and for upholding high standards of service.
