Took my Cadillac to Charlie after dealing with an idling issue for a while. He took the car and did a series of things to find out what was wrong. He was willing to take parts off and gave me options to control cost. I left them on because the car ran great. I havent had any other problems. Honest guy.I had a recent problem and took it in on an unrelated problem. I was happy with his advice and have yet to make a decision.

Self righteous in his high chair of auto repair he stands (Charlie). Whoever so asks him a question from reason that takes away from his “expert knowledge “ he will strike down upon them with condescending banter as he is the only one who knows how to do anything car repair related.I can tell that this place does an amazing job at profiting on those that don’t know anything about vehicles. First time here. I had two oil leaks that speedy missed or just didnt tell me and charlie got me in looked at my car and let me know what was wrong. They fixed it in a very timely manner and was amazing throughout the whole process..i know ill be returning YALL ARE THE BEST!!

Worst mechainc service Ive ever experienced! They didnt fix my truck properly the first time, then the second time they didnt repair all the wires.. they didnt even use rated wires on my truck to fix a starter(simple job) then they told me that they wouldnt reimburse me for the unsatisfactory work.

I came in needing repair work a while back. I live in Houston, was on a trip to New Orleans, and my car broke down in Metairie. I brought my car in Friday morning and needed it ready to return to Houston before they closed on Saturday. At first they said it would not be ready until Monday because they needed to order some parts, but with a little persistance on my part, they were able to turn it around in a day, and they did a good job.
