I always love the items Target carries. Yesterday I was standing in line when the person in front of me walked away. Another cashier opened a line and asked me to come with her. The woman who walked away jumped in front of me. When the cashier told the woman that it was not her turn, this idiot got upset so I let her go ahead of me. The monitor saw what happened and opened up another register and took care of me. What customer service. Thank you. Wish I knew her name to thank her personally.

This Target is like a mega super Target because it’s connected to a Mall and a AMC theatre. It has 2 levels in the store most of the food items are on the second floor along with electronic Dept. Both levels have clothing, there are elevators as well as escalators to use and you can even use the escalators with a shopping cart! The lines are very long though but the do have a five station pay area so you don’t need a cashier.

Had good price on item I was purchasing. Curbside pickup was well organized, clearly marked area to pull up, easy use of app to alert store I was on way to pick up purchase, and store employees were very friendly and helpful to load up my items in vehicle.

Decent store with great selection of products and a friendly layout. Food section is located on the top floor and its very good. You will find quality and some deals as well. Food court is ok. Nothing special. Checkouts are slow most of the times. Plenty of parking outside.

My entire family and a majority of my friends and their families have all Stopped shopping at Walmart, no longer watch any national sporting event, buy Coca-Cola products, nor shop at any store or company that is in support of the Great Reset either.

I just received an email regarding my pick up order. I should have received 8 dresses and 1 pair of jean shorts. I was given a bag that had 3 dresses and 1 pair of jeans shorts. I tried to call the store at 10:04pm, but they were closed. Im extremely concerned about my missing items. Im hoping the clerk did not pick up all of my bags. I will call the store in the morning.

Yes, the cashier Maria was extremely helpful at check out. None of my items rang up as the sale price listed the the target wheel app. She went back and price matched all my items after she had already rung up everything. Saved me close to $70 bucks.Thanks a lot

I love this location! For one it has two levels and the items are easily found. I feel like a kid on the escalator lol. One drawback is the lines! There are never enough open. Besides that, this is an awesome store!

I exchanged an item at store, for the same T-shirt I have been told I need to pay 2$+tax extra because of deal. I agreed to pay the additional amount and they were supposed to charge 2.8$, Instead they charged me $12.45 with out refunding my amount. The area to pick up your online order is directly in front of merchandise. It is hard to keep your place in line while people are browsing goods adjacent to the main ingress. On the plus side, I saw 4 teens steal a scented candle while I was waiting for my online pick up order. The two teenage girls looked like Han Solo in A New Hope. Their boyfriends sporting bushy haircuts resembled short Chewbacca. They were seen cruising away in their millennial focus.

This Target is the most run-down, nasty target that exists. The employees are more interested in playing on their phones than helping customers. And whatever you do, don’t you dark ask one to help you! They will roll their eyes and stomp over to the area. This Target sucks and is lower than Walmart on the class meter.

Does anyone know if they started serving popcorn 🍿 and Icees again at the target stores.

Disappointed in mens clothing selection

Three stars, really 2.5 but I cant give it .5. This Target isnt up to par with others. Probably because it is 2 floors. It just doesnt flow well. I recently stopped in at the one on the westbank which is nicest. This isnt a comment about management or staff but just the facilities.

Everyone is much more helpful than other places where I shop. Today Ishopped at the pharmacy and also in the regular store. All the pharmacists are great. When I first arrived, there were too people there before me that the pharmacist was working to serve. There was another gentleman working in the back. I was waiting for a couple of minutes when the new pharmacist explained that she was the only pharmacist on duty and the man in the labcoat was an intern and could not help me. I was grateful that she told me because I would have gotten irritated that he wasnt coming down to help. Because she had acknowledged me and kindly explained, I was more relaxed and didnt mind waiting because I understood.I also purchased a sweater in activewear and a pajama set in loungewear. When I checked out on the second floor, I had pulled up my 20% off discount in Target Circle but could not figure out how to get to the bar code. The Associate was wonderful and helpfully showed me what to do so I could get my discount.I am so grateful to everyone for all their help.

How can one Target not accept returns or exchanges but the other one can !!???, the people behind the return register don’t have a clue of what they are doing,. First time in my life I hear that you got to wait for the money to clear out of your bank account to be able to exchange something!!??? Really worst target ever!

Love target, but cant give five stars. Yesterday I went and there was moldy produce with flies swarming. Particularly the watermelons. Dont buy produce here, but everything else is fair game. Did find the furniture selection to be lacking as well.

The item I purchased was located near the wrong price otherwise I would not have purchased it. I was conscientious in selecting the correct item but could not find a scanner in the store. When I was checking out I learned that the item was $15 more than I anticipated. I didnt want to add more work to frontline workers responsibilities so I went ahead and purchased the item.

Pick up was easy. I ordered online and it was available within two hours. I was in and out in less than 10minutes

It was so easy to order via the Target app, and pickup was just as easy - the app pretty much walked me through this first time on mobile order!

I love the Target. I do believe this Target and the movie theater are the only things holding this place open. All of the quality and merchandise you would expect from a Target. Employees are friendly. Everything is neat, clean and well organized. They do have bins for electronics recycling and plastic bag recycling.

Just stoped at the target in Metairie location. It was completely horrible! Had little kids running around distributing the store and destroying the place. This is my go to store. Except Im there so much!

I shop at the Target in Metairie quite often and always have a good experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. But today was even better. Lynn was working in the men’s department. She was busy straightening up and putting stock away. I asked a simple question about jeans. She stopped what she was doing and walked me to the Jean section and asked questions and had me try on several pair (which she would have to refill later). She was so friendly and professional. I thought the days of that kind of service were either gone or you had to go to a high end men’s store. I was so pleasantly surprised.

Easily the worst target. Waited 45 mins of someone to open a case so I could get AirPods.Shout out to every employee that just walked pass and whispered I ain’t got a key.

I placed an order and in two days it was ready for pick up. Thats what I call promptness.

I love this target it would be perfect but there was no sanitizing wipes for the shopping carts, that’s very dangerous during the pandemic. We also have gotten Anthony 3 times and he had been absolutely great and helpful!!

Love this Target. They have a fairly good stock. They only reason for my 4 star rating is their hours and stocking issues. In Michigan all Target Stores open at 8 am which is very, very convenient. Also when you ask a clerk here about stock they seem clueless. I love cross training in all businesses. It provides for better service. Target could learn from this. Otherwise I really like shopping here.

Was just delighted with the service I received. I came in looking for an ice cream maker attachment and two store employees tried to help me find it. when it couldn’t be located I started to leave but they kept looking and found it before I left the parking lot! I truly appreciate it they’re going above and beyond to help me.

I order a Nespresso. Came to pick it up and the pick up line was chaos. No order at all in pick up line. When I received the item, my item was packaging was completely damaged and looked like a returned item. I asked if I could grab another one and the lady said yes. I went to the aisle and saw 6 brand new ones. I grabbed one and went back to customer service for the exchange. Customer service said I could not exchange it cause I have to wait 24 hours before I was allowed to. So I had to buy the second one and come the next day to return the other one. I was treated very poorly and will not shop at target again.

I love Target but this store is poorly managed, there were no sanitizing efforts being made for baskets and there was also no social distancing taking place within the store. I find the workers there to be surly and unhelpful except for the cashiers who are always delightful. I could not wait to leave the store and get my hand sanitizer.

I love Target but this store is not very organized, the shelves are almost always empty, especially the pharmacy and baby dept. In the food section a lot of products are expired. A bit disappointed.

Store is a mess. Noticed lots of items were out of place and a lot of the price tags on the shelves did not match what was on the shelf above them. Many items with damaged or opened packaging, clearly returned items are just being thrown back on the shelf without being checked. Bought a 3 pack of t-shirts that looked unopened, but when I took it home and opened it, it was missing one. Felt like I was at Burlington Coat Factory in Kenner.

The web site only allows you to buy 3 of an item - I needed more. The only way to order more was to go to the store and wait patiently while someone at the service desk orders them one at a time on their iphone. Youd think a store would want customers to buy multiple items.The item I needed is also stocked by Home Depot. Target was a buck cheaper but the hassle wasnt worth it.

Why do you need the bare code of you have an id to retrieve your items?

I come in the store to buy Gold brick eggs for Easter and grocery shop. Didn’t have any. Globalism at best. Left with nothing. No local awareness.

Clean, associates are helpful, usually the stores are well stocked, and checkout is quick.

Target on this place is even more awesome, aside from its wide variety of good stuff, because it is connected to the whole mall where theres a variety of stuff, from shoes, watch and phones store and repair shops, the dollar tree store, Bed and beyond shop, lots of movie theaters in the Cinema and few food stalls.

My order was there when they said and the young lady got my information and then she went and got my package and i was on my way no problems and no long wait . thanks target

The absolute worst! You can’t even call them to see if something is in stock because every line you try to connect to it constantly ring. I tried to call guest services twice and the second time I called it rung for like 3 minutes until someone picked up to hang the phone up! Then I drove up there and called the store while I walked in and noticed that the phone was ringing on silent. Pathetic customer service

Some of the employees act like they don’t want to be there. Every time I shop there, the morale of the management is terrible. Every time I ask for help, I am made to feel like a burden. This Metairie location has become a lot like your typical Walmart store. Restrooms always need attention!

Came to pick up a book this morning that was a special release to Target. The book should have been on shelves, but was no where to be found.Waited 15 minutes for the department person to finally appear. Upon searching for the book, he discovered he did not have a stock room key. So he disappeared to find the employee with the stock room key. Upon finally returning, he informed me he could not locate the book because of all the freight, so I asked for a manager. ONE FULL HOUR full later, I left with no book. It showed 20+ in their stock but they could not locate it.
