I must first admit Im high maintenance! Natasha is amazing! She has, first of all, a very healing touch and loving energy. She is very professional and OMG best lashes Ive had (and Ive had them 6 months with a few different people since I travel frequently). She may not respond to phone calls immediately because she is managing very successful business. She does, however, get back to you professionally. Be a bit patient. Its Worth It!

She resurrected my lashes after someone else did bad job. She did a full and made them look better than new. So nice great space good music one of the best lash experiences Ive ever had

Terrible service! I had an original appointment for 1:15 which I arrived 10 minutes early to only be told I couldn’t be accommodated after trying to pick my appointment back and never given a return phone call. To top it off calling the salon several times leaving voice mails with again no return phone call. I’m all about supporting small business but this business I would not support! My appointment was never cancelled nor rescheduled. More information is on their Facebook page under reviews. I highly recommend staying away from this place. If you notice all the 1 star negative reviews seem to be fairly similar.

Not as good as I hoped for $150... Short twisted and choppy, looked like cheap falsies. Really wanted to love this place. I give up on lash extensions.

I will never give my business to Wink Eyelash Bar again! The service is terrible. I called atleast 20 times over the course of 2 days to book a eyelash appointment, but the owner repeatedly ignored my phone calls. Finally, when she answered she had a attitude and insisted that she couldnt book the appointment because she was driving. Theres no reason a paying client should have to blow up her phone in order to book a service. Never again!

Back Story:I originally booked with Wink in 2015 for my wedding in April 2016, but unfortunately my fiancé deployed and we had to postpone the wedding, which ended up being on February 17th, 2017. Typically when changes have to be made with a vendor that cross into another year your original deposit can forfeit. Not with wink! Natashia (the owner) was very understanding and accommodating with our situation and I didnt forfeit my original deposit from 2015 or pay an arm and a leg to make the changes. She fully supports the military community and tries her best to accommodate her clients!Makeup Trial:On February 15th, 2017 I had my makeup trial for my wedding. Lemme first say how beautiful and well maintained her makeup studio is. Such a relaxing environment to receive services. She asked me if I had any idea as to what look I was going for as she wanted to accommodate what I wanted. She made very useful suggestions and the end result of the session was phenomenal. I looked and felt so beautiful! I had full confidence that my wedding party was going to look amazing on the 17th based on my trial and my interaction with her.Wedding Day:On February 17th, (wedding day) I had a few things go wrong with the wedding party and I came to the studio slightly stressed. Natashia heard me out and comforted me. My bridesmaids were of all different shades and Natashia honestly SLAYED them all! They all looked soo amazing with the high quality airbrush makeup she uses. Our contract stated we were to be done by 4pm, however we got done a little early at 2pm and the limo wasnt scheduled to come until a little later. Natashia let my whole wedding party relax in her waiting area even though she stopped taking clients after us since we were her main clients of the day. She didnt have to let us do that at all. She has a general concern for her clients. I havent experienced that kind of generosity in a while.Overall:No matter the event you will not be disappointed with Wink. The kind of professionalism and care you will receive is beyond compare. Natashia is phenomenal!

Had a groupon i purchased on 11/13/16. made the appointment via phone with owner 11/14/16. tried to call and email to confirm 4x. no response. i finally went there to confirm (appt last week of december). appt is there but REFUSE TO TAKE THE GROUPON. good thing i checked. will never give this place any business sad to say. was so looking forward to this service in the neighborhood. too bad. owner complained about the groupon business, said there were too many requests for appointments, duh, then dont sign up for the service. no restrictions to listed on groupon or told on phone. made them up and told me i had to pay full price. not cool at all.
