Slowest delivery ever. They have 6 doors and only use one to unload even if there are other doors open. When I got here there was two trucks in front of me. Finally the next truck and I have been here 3 and a half hours. I think the workers must be drinking on the job. The only explanation why it could take so long to unload trucks. Pack a breakfast lunch and dinner you will be here waiting for quite awhile.
Sat delivery. 2 trucks ahead of me. In a door fairly quick. Only guy working said Im putting stuff away as I go Uh boy..last load of the week somehow always goes like this...ps..the Blair st entrance is actually east of the facility (a little bit) kinda narrow as well..be advised. Go in drive to the back (dock doors on the right) go in door that says employees only its the only one I found..Three hours from arrival time to completion
This guys were fast, be here by 6:15 and line up they have 2 designated door for receiving. Was done by 2 hours after arriving
I have to say - the delivery guys from Southern Eagle are always nice but I got Ronald today, who works the Metairie area, and he is particularly organized and patient. An overall very nice guy to work with. He delivered a very large order to our store and made the process as easy as its gonna get. 💯⭐
FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!!! NO APPOINTMENT REQUIRED!!!Gate opens at 5/530 am. Receiving starts unloading at 6am. If the gate is open you can go inside the property. Drive around back and line up along the fence. Receiving entrance is on the left side of the docks. Once the seal has been broken put your paperwork on the back of the trailer and back into any open dock. GET HERE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE!!!FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!!! NO APPOINTMENT REQUIRED!!!If trucks are already lined up along the entrance be courteous and dont just blow by them as if they are not there. Have some Profesional courtesy to your fellow drivers and dont cut in line.
Sweet they took me a day early only took them 2 hours to unload me
Extremely well organized facility with detailed instructions for visitors and an extensive practice of social distancing measures in place.
Very slow to unload.10am appt. Well over 4hrs before we even docked. Alot of lost time.
Truckers - easiest way to get here is to take the Williams Blvd South exit then left onto Airline (US61), this way you wont have to cross lanes of traffic to enter. When you leave, hang a right out onto Airline, then a left at Causeway. Saves you time waiting for traffic to clear.
Slow you will sit at the dock door for at lease 4 hours before they start to unload one pallet off every 30 minutes plan on wasting your whole day there
It was good
Be prepared for a long wait to unload.
Very long line bring lunch with you. Waiting for 6 hours and not on a door yet.
I LOLed when I read all the reviews. It mostly has to do with their delivery guys. As a business, it isnt amazing but they take the orders early in the week and delivery towards the end of the week.Honestly, finding good workers is tough. So I wont hate but its good enough to receive and delivery so they are solid business.
Quick and efficient
FCFS - Gates open at 5:30 a.m. . Unloading starts at 6am . Turn left and go all the way around to the back corner, choose available dock door, slide the tandems to the rear, open your doors, place the paperwork & seal on top of the last pallet, back up & go to sleep, you gonna feel that earthquake very soon.
Place is super slow on unloading
Delivering loads here sucks. Forklift drivers are extremely slow. First come - first serve, try not to get passed up. Will never deliver here again.
Fcfs monday thru Saturday until noon! Yes, even on Saturday. Fast unload and friendly service! Had a Monday appt but I got there Saturday and they unloaded me with no questions asked.
Went 4 interview nice people
Took a fair amount of time for them to finish loading my trailer and was difficult to figure out where to go because they dont normally have outgoing shipments for otr truckers (I was picking up a load of pallets to return to budweiser). Mostly they do receiving and outgoing for local delivery only.
Not bad. Nice staff, in and out in 1.5 5hrs.
Also Budweiser warehouse. Parking on the street for three or four trucks. Gates open at 6 a.m. . Turn left and go all the way around to the back corner receiving
Awesome place great customer service. Hope to be back soon.
My family and I were on a vacation in New Orleans riding the street car when we had to get off the street car cause one of your cars was blocking the tracks, so my 70 year old mother, my wife and our 3 year old twins had to walk 3 miles back to our car, my twins loved riding the street car and they were heart broken when we had to get off, your people needs to beware of where they park, the vechile plate was N335400 car number S249
Spent almost 3 hours today, seems the one person unloads, and conducts traffic control.
Need a stop light at entrance us 61 is a busy hiway takes forever to get out because of all the damm cars
If you deliver here plan on three hours 45 minutes of that will be waiting on a supervisor to sign the paperwork ....after all what else have we to do but wait on them
