First visit to this warehouse if wine and definitely not the last! A big, well stocked store with friendly staff and great prices. We meet a couple from Mississippi whod come to stock up! The website is easy to use and I was very grateful for the aisle number information out I would have been there for days when I visited! Like I said, Im going again soon.

I love to do craft cocktails at home! So sometimes some really hard to find ingredients pop up in them. I went to two other places before visiting Total Wine and there it was! I love this place and have been back multiple times since. If you are looking for something and they don’t have it it probably doesn’t exist!

Not only do they have a great selection of wines, liquors and beers. The have GREAT selection of cigars, too many to choose from. Its kinda an adult liquor attraction...YOU WILL ENJOY 😃

I went to this location for the first time and as soon as I walked in I was amazed. It has everything you could possibly need when it come to wines and liquors. Tommy greeted me at the door and was so nice he asked me what I was looking for and suggested some new wines for me. Everyone was so pleasant that I came into contact with until I got to the register. I feel that the cashier could have been more welcoming and patient with us. She made us feel like she didn’t want to be bothered which is why I gave four stars. Overall I will come back because the store was beautiful there’s more for me to try and overall I had a good experience I would recommend giving this location a try.

We live three hours away and we come here every couple months to stock up. Pretty much everything you want and if they are out of your specific brand, knowledgeable employees (we had Ben in the whiskey section) recommend others just as good or better. Easy to get to, easy parking.

Amazing place to find different varieties of liquor. They got pints, medium and big bottles. Get what ever you want at a lesser price. The price is less when compared to any other liquor stores.

I went in today for the first time to purchase about 1000.00 worth of champagne, wine and liquor for my sisters 50 birthday party. I was pleased with the stores selection, but not overly impressed. Wanting to be a good steward of the alcohol budget, I shopped around and compared prices with a smaller place I had been to earlier. The prices were slightly less expensive but mostly pretty comparable. What was different was the way in which I was followed and monitored as I made my way from section to section. Ive experienced shopping while black before but this was something else. The all too familiar undereyed stares, several swift passes on adjacent aisles, radio communications to describe the direction I went in next and the tell tale swift look away hoping not to make eye contact, was way too much for me bare today. After the fourth or fifth pass by the same person I decided to leave. Needless to say, I will never set foot inside this place ever again but more than that, with all the progress weve made, we still have a long way to go.

Had a wonderful experience. The environment was very clean, spacious and had a wide variety of wine & spirits. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They helped me find everything I needed. There were tasting stations and I found a new Bordeaux to enjoy. This my new go to place. I would recommend to friends.

Have been coming to this store since its opening and the customer service is incredible matched with prices to match every budget and the biggest selection Ive ever seen from any liquor store. I love this place! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of an experience during checkout. It’s worth mentioning that masks are required due to COVID 19. When checking out, a guy came back in to ask the employee if he had left his cell phone. He didn’t have a mask on and was all in my personal space. Super irritating!! Anyways, back to my review! I’ve been wanting to visit since opening day and decided to arrive at 9am on a Friday. I thought there wouldn’t be many guests there but I was wrong! The store is huge and has the best selection I’ve ever seen...and there’s a separate cigar room with a huge selection as well. I spent about an hour here and still didn’t get to look around like I wanted to. I needed some items from a locked case and was able to push a button for assistance. 10 seconds later, a staff member arrived. Now that’s great customer service! Every staff member I came in contact with was great and they all seemed to enjoy their job. The prices are very fair and you can order online for pickup. I believe they deliver in certain areas also. Upon leaving, the other guest and I looked at each other and said “that was fun!” Needless to say, this will now be my go to place for keeping my bar stocked at home.

The selection for every type of adult beverage ranges wide, a plethora of pleasing potent potables for purchase will be found here. be it wine, hard liquor, liqueurs, beer, that silly seltzer or various mixers you may probably find the one you want here... and if you cant find it, the retailer is stocked with friendly and helpful humans that will assist you in your quest for a little drinking fun, or the simplest of inebriation times, or if you really need that hangover. a large assortment of cigars are available if tobacco is needed to help calm the nerves. dont drink and drive, if you live in the vicinity, i hear tell that they deliver.

Was not there for wine so I didnt exam that section. It was a grocery store size shop and I would guess it was 2/3 wine so it looked like a good selection. I went for the liqour store and they had a very good stock of Bourbon. Also had a nice and well stocked cigar humidor. We came home and enjoyed a drink and cigar on his back deck.

Quick stop in for some wine glass charms for a family party. Very impressive business, lots of associates on floor to help locate things/brands and answer questions. Very crowded!

What a great place for all the alcohol in 1 place! Its about time the New Orleans area got a place like this that has reasonable prices.They have just about everything for your wine and spirit needs.The staff was very friendly and several employees asked us if we needed help and helped when we asked. It has Its own parking lot so that isnt an issue. The only issue is potentially spending too much on wine!

Most of the total wine employees Ive encountered were very nice, pleasant and always attentive. This is what I am used to in all the stores Ive been to. This time, the woman at the first register did not fit that. She was rude and acted like I was taking too long, rushing us through. Then she couldnt answer my few questions. I had to come back in to the customer service to get my questions answered. I hope she is having a better day today.

I called a month in advance to order a keg of beer for a party I was planning, I was assured that the keg would be there on the date of my party. Out of an abundance of caution I called a week before the party to confirm that my keg was going to be there and was once again told my keg would definitely be there and that I could pick it up on the day of the party. When I went to pick up the beer they didn’t have it and acted like they had no idea what was going on, in spite of them having my order on file. They then claimed they could call the distributor and get a keg “hotshotted” to them, but then said they couldn’t get in touch with the distributor. They they offered me a discount on a keg of beer that I didn’t really want, but with two hours until the party I didn’t really have a choice. I will never shop at this store ever again. I did everything in my power to ensure that I would get the keg I wanted, and they still somehow messed it up. If you ever order from Total Wine and More be ready to not have your order when you go to pick it up.

Total Wine has changed the retail landscape for liquor stores across New Orleans. Somewhat similar to a Costco of alcohol, Total Wine is a Disneyland experience. Huge variety on shelf in every category; the biggest and most robust selection of rose wines. Tremendous bourbon, amaro, and liqueur selection. Not to be missed are the non-alcoholic offerings: garnishes, snacks, a great breadth of bitters, mixers, and cordials. Theres even a good choice of glassware and bar tools. I enjoy and learn something every time I visit.

I stopped in today to buy a bottle of champagne. I asked a young woman named Eva or Eve about Moet Chandon Brut. She used her price gun against tab, said, yeah, were out of it. I milled around in area, for another brand 15 minutes. She returned with a case of my request, didnt offer, I asked for one bottle. I then asked if item sold by case, to which she replied, Yes, but theres no discount. REALLY? I said, why would I need a discount? I can afford a case if I wanted. I will never shop here again. Issue I had is I called for a product. The lady said the product existed and then I drove from deep in New Orleans waaay to Vets only to find the product is in the system, but not in the store. The 3 stars is because they have a huge collection. Like bigly. The staff is very diverse. Some are very knowledgeable. They are right there to help. Most of the staff are wearing masks. There was a stock guy infecting his co worker and another one working in the curbside infecting his coworkers. Other than those 2 gentlemen everyone else was properly masked. I mean there was 1 below the nose customer. I would go back.

Everything you could want or need in a liquor store. Staff is plentiful and eager to help. Small airplane bottles of many different kinds are available, near their larger counterparts, for purchase offering a great way to taste something you are curious about without committing to a whole bottle. They even have a small cigar room.

This was my 6th time going to total and I am happy with all phases. Instore shopping is amazing both for the product range and the helpful staff. Ask any questions you might have and you will have an answer. Pick up curbside could not be better. Trust me when I say you will have a satisfying experience whichever way you choose.

I imagine that theres a great vault of truth somewhere in the universe and its shaped like Total Wine.I can spend hours pouring over every aisle. The staff are helpful and knowledgable. Theres always a surprise in some odd liqueur or liquor. Its a place that enchants. Human history is just a history of getting intoxicated and this place is a monument to that truth. Im shocked it took as long as it did to get here.

On my first visit I was a bit overwhelmed, but all the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff made it a breeze to find just what I wanted and discover a few new favorites.

Visiting from Arizona & have been having a splendid time, this place was the first time we occurred anyone rude. The man Javier was super sweet & helped us find juice, rum & tequila! We was very friendly aswell! Upon checkout, however, the cashier Erica was very extremely rude and made the time unpleasant. She not only sighed several times while checking us out, she eyeballed me up and down from the start. Then when it comes to purchase she asked my husband for I.D. My husband is hard of hearing and didn’t hear her the first time, so then she proceeded to raise her voice and demand I.D. We had no problem, giving her our ID as my husband even had it out ready for her. Again, he’s hard of hearing and to be rude and unprofessional by raising your voice, instead of politely asking for it again, is beyond me. Other than that, the store is very clean & enjoyable to walk around!

Not a single employee offered to help me. Yet, I was watched the entire time I was in the store. As well as, a lot of children was unattended everywhere in the store. Then, at checkout I was refused the sale, based on bias. I would never recommend this store to anyone, especially a person of color. They may not leave alive… I know I barely did.

Today I stopped in with a coworker to purchase a few bottles of wine and a few bottles of liquor. We chose total wine knowing they would have what we wanted. We found what we wanted but decided to look at the other selections. We were looking for a certain American whiskey, but didnt realize we were looking in bourbon and not American whiskey. We asked some shorter very displeasing looking guy who worked there where it was. He showed us where to find that section and whiskey. Now here comes the fun part. He decideds to try and educate me on this Boyrbon that is made in Colorado. I corrected him saying it was a bourbon mash and that only true bourbon come from Kentucky. He said that was not true and decides to tell me any whiskey can be bourbon. I am a former product specialists in food and beverage from fine dining in the French Quarter and that he was wrong. He rudely walked off and said we have to disagree.How do you say you employ specialists at your business if they dont even know what they are selling. This was unprofessional rude and disrespectful. Now I see why people would rather call me on my cell phone and ask my recomendations rather than take your employees advice. Please educate your staff. And remember, total wine is new to town. People in New orleans know more than most people about alcoholic beverages.

HUGE! I had to ask for help finding two things I went in for, because there a ton of signs for the bigger/more common categories (like bourbon or chardonnay) but I was looking for a boutique white varietal (viognier) and an aperitif (Lillet Blanc). It was easy to find an employee on the floor for help and she was able to point me to both immediately. Will definitely be back!

Heard that they had a great selection but until I got there I didnt believe it. The place is the size of Walmart with about everything that you need for drinks and cocktails!They even had my absolute favorite rum that I been looking for since I moved here two months ago and have not been able to find.The staff.. was amazing! Very large warehouse liquor store with lots of high quality and domestic quality liquors and beers and wine. They have plenty of things there. Such as a cigar cooler, a beer chiller that works within 5 minutes, and a classroom to learn about things.

It was just as I thought it would be. The atmosphere is similar to walking into the whole foods market. Store is large, squeaky clean, and very organized. Each section is meticulously put together in a way so as to help the guest find what theyre looking for. The setup makes their products look so premium and professional looking. The staff is also well dressed and courteous. Mr. Jerrin was especially helpful. He was the first person to offer me assistance and his product knowledge helped me to arrive at a purchase decision which cut down on the time needed to do research on what I wanted. Theres no doubt that I will return.
