Great experience. Made a 9hr trip from Florida to pick up our new Xpress. Our sales rep David was great. We were using a out of state bank for our loan and David was able to get all of the documentation over extremely fast and very responsive. I purchased an Everglades 243 and did the purchase over the phone from Mike Paschal. I live 2 hours away and didn’t have time to come in to even look at the boat. I knew what I wanted that’s why I didn’t care about seeing the boat. When my wife and I went to pick it up Mike went over the entire boat for about an hour then we took it out on the water after I bought.Not only did he sell us the boat but the service after the sell was more than I excepted. Mike offered to even drive to my home 2 hours away to pick the boat up for service but I declined and met me half way at my request. I will be buying again from Mike and Bent Marine. I had called every Xpress dealership in the state of LA looking for a new Xpress H22Bay. I live in the northeast part of the state. Bent Marine had the only one at time and it had just been delivered to them. I talked to salesman Josh Clement on the phone Tuesday evening and got a price. I called Josh back Wednesday morning and told him I wanted the boat but wanted some accessories added to the boat. He said no problem, so I made a deposit over the phone and filled out the credit app on their website. Josh called back about an hour later and said I could pick the boat up Saturday morning. Met Josh Saturday morning for the first time. He’s a great guy and was very helpful. Boat was rigged out and ready to roll. Easiest major purchase I’ve ever made. Thanks Josh and Bent Marine. Let me start by saying the hospitality here in La is much different then Texas. We drove all the way here to purchase this boat from Houston, Tx. Our sales guy Andy really was nice and informative. And same for David in finance, that was very smooth. As for the Management of this place i do not have a positive thing to say. After spending 145K on a boat we had to come out of pocket $140 at their store for some motor stops so we can ensure the protection of our motor on the haul back to Houston. I was so surprised they made us pay for that when they come with the motors in Tx. We have always bought boats that came with a spare tire for the trailer. Make note NOT to expect that here. The sales guy had to come out of his OWN POCKET so we could leave with a coast guard kit. Just not a great overall experience here at Bent Marine in Metaire LA guys

They have nice boats here, but they are mostly bigger boats and not what I was looking for.

I just left this place, walk the entire show room floor crawling in and out of boats taking pictures as Im shopping for a new boat and not a single sales person approach to assist me. I appreciate the free brochures I had to go into the office & ask for but after 40min with no help I will not be purchasing my new SeaHunt from them. Pay better attention to your customers and floor area.

Bruce in the service dept is one of the best in the business. He has been servicing my boat and keeping it safe since 2013. The work is always top notch and fairly priced. Thanks for all that you guys do.

I have had the worse experience of my life just recently with a salesman at Bent Marines. During a discussion in making a deal on a boat, the salesman began raising his voice and demanding to know when I would call him back. I dont think he treats all people like that?? I will never buy a boat from Bent Marines again. I spent 61 thousand dollars cash 9 years ago at Bent Marines on a boat and I will NEVER do it again!!! I expect a call from one of the Bent owners. Your Sales Manager has all my contact information.

They said they could fix my boat I waited 3 weeks and then I went down and I said my boat was too old did they could not fix it pretty crazy

I sent an email to the service dept to call me to discuss some warranty repairs and other issues on my boat, I called and every time I call it goes to voicemail I guess they have so much business they do not need any more.

Extremely Unknowledgeable. I have bought a boat from them in the past with little uses. I have bought an used boat from an individual and when to by parts from them and they had all specs on my Yamaha motor. I asked only ONE question about the torque specs on the oil drain plug and they said that they dont know it but they would happy change the oil for me. Why would i let them change my oil if they dont know the torque specs on the the drains plug. I have spent a lot of money over the years with bent marine but never again. There are not the Yamaha dealers around this area. BENT MARINE IS NOTHING BUT CROOKS! I will sure try my best to stear my friends and family away from BENT MARINE!

The absolute worst service department on the face of the earth, that would be the nicest thing I could say, they absolutely screwed me over. Please take my advice and stay away from the service department at bent marine!!! Terrible terrible mechanics and thats to say the least !!!

Sales rep was informative but preoccupied. Boats in stock being available for viewing online is a big plus.

I brung my boat back due to some cracked welds, sent to Arkansas got it back not fixed. This was in October. They got it back, its now January and they havent even sent it back to Arkansas yet. Says they dont send them back until they get a delivery of new boats.

OMG. horrible. The owner of this dealership should plant someone to make like they want to purchase an Xpress Boat. Terrible. Most boats have been sitting on the lot since 2014, with seats dry rotting. I can see why. Salesman and the Manager looks scared to death when asked to go into the outside lot where there is no A/C. No drive to sell a boat. They tell you a price and thats it. you want it or you dont. No wonder these boats sit on the lot 3 years. Unreal to say the least. If I owned this place I would fire everyone of these clowns. Seems unless you are looking for one of the rich boats in the cool showroom. you are wasting your time at Bents.If sales are that bad all I can say is God Bless if someone wants service. I seriously have no idea how any boats get sold at this dealership.
