We walked in wearing more 5.11 gear than the shop associates and were watched like criminalsIt was disappointing that we were told that we couldnt return online purchases in the shop. We wanted to exchange a pair of tactical pants because they were too big, but they said that they couldnt.

As a veteran this is the Victoria Secret for men it has great tactical clothes and other stuff for that manly man.

Awesome experience. All the sales guys are extremely knowledgeable and they have an awesome stock of different tactical wear. I love their rip stop pants and I cant wait to go back and buy more!

Staff was nice enough. But be advised, this is not a corporate 5.11 store as they put it. Its a private franchise that sells only some 5.11 products amongst other names. They cant help you with online exchanges of 5.11 merch. They did help me exchange a mis-sized purchase from an actual 5.11 store though which made no sense since I could have said the online purchase was from a retail store as well....

Very nice products and store, unfortunately they are receiving 3 stars because they never have my size of pants in stock. But im told they can ship it to me within 14 days. If i wanted to wait for shipping then i wouldnt have come to the store. They have good employees, but need way better inventory management before i go back.

This is a great place to get all the 511 bags, clothing and accessories you want. The staff is friendly and they have a BRCC store located in side. Great new addition to NOLA.

Probably the only place in Metairie for tactical wear and 5.11 apparel. Also a dealer for Cobratec knives.
