It was a wonderful experience from the designing to the execution! The designer was very professional. She offered several options for building a craft center. After taking measurements, she worked with my budget to find a plan that I could love yet afford. My dog sleeps on my feet under my desk, so she even measured my Gracie to be sure she would fit in the knee hole! Now I have plenty of room in which to craft, and to store all of my essentials. No more running around the house to grab things out of closets, and my room is beautiful. The workers who built it were professional and worked hard all day. When I requested a few adjustments after the fact, the company sent someone out to take a look, and then implemented them. My only wonder is, why did I wait so long??

We opened up two side by side reach in closets into one long open reach in. Kin from CA closets came to the house and worked with us to design a very space efficient closet system for my wife and I. A few weeks later the installer came and had everything put in in a day. The wood is very good quality, the drawers are all soft close, and the price was very reasonable for what we got.. We are very happy with Kim and the beautiful new closet system.

We had a great experience with Tommy, the installer for Cali Closets. Elise designed the perfect desk and drawers so a few weeks later Tommy came by to do the install. He was accommodating to my needs and kept the work area super clean. I am thrilled with my new built-in desk.

Our design expert was Natasha she was wonderful. She custom designed the perfect closet for our budget. Very professional, knowledgeable, and patience. She was awesome! She even scheduled to come back after the install is complete to make sure that everything was installed to their standards. We absolutely love the two custom closets from California closets that we have built. Product is so sturdy and worth every penny.

I worked with Natasha getting my four closets organized. I felt overwhelmed but she was great giving me ideas to better organize my closets and assisted me picking out the right color. They completed the 4 closets in 2 days and worked extremely hard to finish on time. Everything has been great moving forward. My closets have a new facelift!! Dead space that once took up my closet is now being used to the fullest extent.I look forward to working with them again for my laundry room. They also had a great summer deal that was applied. I definitely recommend California Closet. Natasha was a pleasure to work with!

Very pleased with the product, designer & installer. We had a coat closet under our stairwell designed & installed, a mudroom, bedroom closet and small entertainment area connected to the bedroom. The only reason I gave this product a 4 out of 5 stars is because of the install timing. I would not have had an issue with that either had I been prepared. I was told that this would be a 2 day install process. So with that info I assumed there would be about 3-4 people sent to install with all of those rooms that were needed too be done. That, however, was not the case. There was 1 installer and a trainee installer. The install took 3 days. Tuesday & Wednesday were expected but because both my husband & myself work and were only expecting a 2 day install we had to delay the 3rd install day to Saturday. Would not be an issue but I had the contents of 2 closets, a media room & mudroom spread out all over the house. This was a huge inconvenience to live like this for almost a week. Again, would not be an issue had I known the process would take this long. In addition to that I assumed that a company as prestigious as California Closets would have this down to a science. They have been doing this for so long and the product is not cheap. Dont get me wrong It is worth it but for the price we paid I expected everything to be pretty close to perfect. Do I recommend CC? Yes! However, be sure to question the timing on install before having expectations of a on time & seamless install.

I had a fantastic experience with California Closets. I worked closely with Natasha to design two closets for myself and for my husband. They are perfect! She did a fantastic job of maximizing the space the had available. I cannot recommend her enough. We did all of the planning via Zoom due to COVID and it was incredibly easy. The wait to install was not long, which was very exciting! Bernie and Tommy came to install and were incredibly professional and courteous. Given that were all living in a socially distanced world they were very aware and took it seriously. They kept their masks on the entire time they were in my house, which made me and my family feel very safe and at ease. We had just completed a bathroom renovation where several people were in and out and mask use wasnt consistent, so it was a breath of fresh air to welcome Bernie and Tommy into my home. They completed what we thought be a two day installation in a day! I cannot thank Natasha, Bernie, and Tommy enough for helping me plan my space and install it in the safest way possible during these crazy times. I highly recommend them.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with another local company, so I reached out to California Closets for our master bedroom walk-in closet and laundry area in our garage. Erin was incredible! She was able to come out a couple of days after I called, was able to work around weird imperfections with pipes and tub access areas to create the perfect design, and had amazing follow through. The installation for both areas was fast and turned out beautifully! When I noticed that there was a space between our laundry counter and the wall, Erin arranged for installers to come out the very next week to find a solution and fill in the space. I will definitely use them again when we are ready to install organizers in our other closets.

California Closets was great! Regan was great with customizing our pantry space. Between the consultation and the installation, everything was on time and went very smoothly. I would choose them for any custom project of mine!

I had an awkward space that I needed to turn into a functional space. I call it a mudroom closet. It has some angled walls and ceilings and I didnt know what to do with it. We threw bags, shoes, jackets, etc. on the ground it stressed me out every time I opened the door. I decided to get a consultation with California Closets to see what they could come up with. It was great. My consultant was creative and had great ideas and she was open to my suggestions. She was able to show me a 3-D image during the consultation and give me a quote. We even discussed ways I can cut the cost if needed. I wanted to see the hardware and wood in person, so I went to the showroom to check it out. It was all great quality and I felt confident that this would be a great decision that I would not regret. The install was quick and efficient and I am amazed at the end results. The finishes are excellent quality and looks very professional. I show it off to everyone who comes in my house. I often open the mudroom closet door to gaze at my new favorite room in the house. It is completely functional with cubbies for all of our shoes, a bench, hooks for bags, jackets, and even hats. Nothing is on the floor! I would highly recommend California Closets.

My Master Bedroom Closet is just as I designed it. My Designer produced my vision to fruition. She, as well as, the Installer was professional, patient and respectful. Im completely satisfied!

I understand why people DIY closet and bathroom cabinet systems: cost. But I installed California Closet cabinets in my bathroom and my main home closet more than 24 years ago.Ive had to replace a shelf or two and today I had to call for a drawer replacement. THATs been IT in a quarter century. I believe I paid $1600 for the two-room installation, shelves and drawers.When a replacement of anything was needed, someone CAME TO MY HOUSE to see what needed to be replaced, ordered it and CAME BACK with the replacement. Talk about CURB SERVICE.And I remember the installation too. The guy came in and lickety-split put in everything in a few hours.I grew up with a carpenter dad, so I know quality work when I see it. I also DIY a few things myself, but know when I shouldnt.California Closets are worth every penny: especially with their lifetime warranty! And they offer a lifetime warranty because their product and its installation are primo.

I love California Closets-- from the design consultant to the installer, these folks are knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Though the closets are expensive, you do get what you pay for-- the materials are top quality and the finished product is lovely. I am also impressed that they are warrantied for life. A special thanks to Barbie who saw me through the process and was ever so patient as I made modifications to my original design, and kept touch from the beginning until after the closet was installed.
