Highly recommend iSupply. They were very friendly, professional, and competent. My camera was not working on my iphone 6s+. I called ahead, they said they had the part in stock, and could fix it in an hour for an affordable price. When I went to pick up the phone they asked me to test it for satisfaction, but it wasn’t focusing at a distance. They immediately spotted a spec of dust in the lens, asked to clean it again (which took ten minutes), and it is now working like brand new. Will return if something else happens.

Had an awesome experience today at iSupply! My iPhone XS screen was fixed within 30 minutes of arriving to the store. I never got the name of the man who helped me, but he was friendly, knowledgeable, and even made sure I got todays sale price added to my order. He also ran diagnostics on my phone to help me with issues beyond my broken screen. Pricing was great--about 1/2 the cost of what Apple was going to charge me. Highly recommend!

Brought my phone in for a screen repair, not even 14 days after getting it replaced the LCD went out. When I brought it back into iSupply the rude man at the counter sarcastically told me sweetie screens dont break on their own when I know I never dropped it. They purposely do not securely re connect your LCD so you have to bring it back and they make another $200 off of you. Not to mention my phone was still under their 14 day warranty that didnt cover anything. This is not my first time dealing with isupply but its definitely my last. BEWARE!!!!!!***UPDATE***I brought my phone to a different shop for repair and all the man could do was shake his head at the fact that iSupply uses cheap screens to keep their customers coming back for repairs. AVOID iSUPPLY BY ALL MEANS!!

I would give ZERO stars if i could. this place is absolutely terrible. READ through the reviews there are many people going through what i am currently going through. had the screen replaced maybe 2 months ago and havent dropped the phone or anything and the screen randomly started blinking and went completely out yesterday. i called and they said there is only a 15 day warranty which is bullsh**. DO NOT GO HERE. spend your money somewhere else. they do not try to help at all. it should hold a much longer warranty if they were doing QUALITY work.

I cracked the back camera screen on my Galaxy S20. I thought my screen was the only thing broken on my phone, but it wasnt. My camera was broken, as well. They fixed everything in a reasonable amount of time. Nick showed great customer service. He was very courteous and professional. I will definitely go back ; if I have any more phone issues!

I had my phone screen on a XS Max replaced 3 months ago. Never dropped the phone but parts of the screen no longer work. They told me it would be full price to replace again. Do not recommend!

I got my sisters phone screen fixed on the 17th, the phone has not been dropped or thrown. When she got it back the screen clicks like u can hear its not in properly I told her maybe its just because its their screen, WRONG now the whole LED screen is out! On their paper they give u they say if the phone is not dropped or misused they will replace it before a 15 day period is up! They dont fix it though he tells you you dropped it like he will sitting there and you dropped it infront of him and he will argue with you about it as well. Instead of inforcing his warrant he just doesnt care hes not fixing it!! Do NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

I walked into the store with questions about the best way to fix my broken phone, and every question I had was thoroughly answered. Mr. Nick, who helped me, was nothing but polite, respectful, helpful, efficient, and effective. My phone was fixed in an astonishingly short time period, and the repair is of excellent quality. Overall, my experience was positive, and I will most definitely return to this store with any iPhone problems in the future.

Went in on New Year’s Eve got a screen replacement on my iPhone XR . The Same day I picked it up I noticed my screen started to glitch whenever I would type. So for the first day I thought it would be a good idea to just wait it out and see what happens throughout the weekend during the weekend it just got worse day by day To the point where I couldn’t even answer calls mind you I Uber for a living so I go in Monday morning with my receipt which came with a 14 day warranty as soon as I explained what’s Wrong the owner begins to make every reason why it would be my fault he even said It’s my case that causes the screen to not work not taking responsibility for his product At all so then He begins to write a referral like he did when I first brought my phone in and said that I would have to pay for labor when His warranty states that I had up to 14 days to come in and report the problem and they would fix it free of charge . At that point I Insisted to have my phone back and I didn’t want him to do anything with it he began to curse me out and told me I don’t know what I was talking about and that 99% of his customers wouldn’t tell him the truth about what happened to the phone in the first place so there was no reasoning with him at that point so now I’m stuck With phone that Does not work. My advice go somewhere else it’s not worth Hard earned money.

I went to get my iPhone 6 plus screen fixed because it cracked years ago and, one day, my battery died on me only for the phone to lock me out after restarting since the touch screen wont work anymore. I am a full-time student so I have a lot of my notes and lectures on there so my main priority was to keep the contents safe. Went into the store, and Nemo told me it could be fixed in an hour. I was all ready to wait days for it. My phone also had water damage so they also cleaned the earpiece to get the speaker working again. Nemo and everyone from the store are the best!! This was during Mardi Gras week too so everywhere was either closed early or the whole day. I am very happy with the result!

They were able to diagnose a blown speaker on my iPhone 8, and fix it within an hour. All parts needed for the job were already in stock. Terrific experience, reasonably priced, fast, and friendly.

Everything this store does is top notch. They really do care for their customers, they are very time efficient, very personable, and go above and beyond. I have seen them stay late, well after closing time, in order to make sure their customers needs are met no matter what. We have been in at least 7 different times and every experience was 5 star.

These folks want to charge $230 to replace the screen on a Galaxy S9+? Thats ridiculous! I can get a replacement Galaxy for 100 dollars. Thats why you pay for the insurance on your phone. Dont let them rip you off. Screens are probably not even worth 50 dollars, drop your price to 100 and people will just pay you for broken screens.

Nemo was my repair person. From first entry, he was very welcoming and friendly. He helped me with everything I needed plus more. I was able to relax on the couch with my laptop while my phone battery was changed. I was out within 45 minutes after giving him my phone.

After leaving best buy mistreated as usual i drove 3 blocks down veterans and found this wonderful place. i was looking for a case for my iPhone 5. best buy said they no longer stock it. thats pretty much the same answer i get every time i go there.well as i entered i supply i immediately pleasantly greeted by a young man name Mitch. he showed me a wide assortment of cases that would accommodate my phone. i picked a pretty navy blue model at which point Mitch gave me a full demonstration on how to use it. i paid a good price and i am very happy with Mitch and the company. i highly recommend this location. Had to get my iPhone XS screen fixed twice and it still doesn’t work correctly. But since they have a 14 day warranty I can’t be helped. Gave me a screen that touches randomly and disables itself in my pocket. Would never go here again.

My phone screen was absolutely shattered when I came in. Parts hadnt been released yet by the manufacturer to repair it, but the store kept in touch with me about when the hardware was to be released. After biweekly contact for four months, I got the good news.They called me in, took my phone, and had it ready 4 days later - even though there were manufacturer defects in the first part that was shipped to them.The team here was open about all the issues they had experienced or that I could expect, and allowed me to test my phone thoroughly before accepting my final payment.Fantastic service, excellent quality, and confident workmanship are to be expected when taking your tech to this location. Phone came out good as new! 10/10, would recommend!

Terrible service, I brought my iphone 5S in a few years back for a broken screen and when I got it back and went home my phone was still having issues with the touchscreen acting up, I went back to ask for a refund since they were unable to fix my phone, they put the original broken screen back and they tell me they cant give me a refund because they cant find the receipt. 4 hours later after sitting around and waiting for them to find the receipt and listening to the man talk to his boss on the phone in arabic about how to scam me out of my money and get me to leave, they decided it was bad for business to have me sitting around and complaining about their scam store so the guy pulls a receipt out of the drawer right in front of him and he finally gives me a refund.TL;DR dont trust these people, theyre very dishonest and absolute scammers.

Due to a freak accident, my iPhone X ended up in the middle is Airline and run over at least once. AT&T was unable to help me since I could not unlock the phone. The screen and camera were both destroyed. I brought it to iSupply and they were able to recover every scrap of my data! When I brought them my new phone they set it up from the backup and made my day!!! Super helpful and awesome staff!

The battery on my iPhone 6S was no longer holding much of a charge. The owner showed me how to check the health of the battery. After seeing how bad off it was, he offered to replace the battery for me at a low cost. I left my phone with him, and in about an hour, my wife received a call from them saying that it was ready! The employee behind the counter gave me the phone and showed me that it was working properly. I haven’t had any more battery problems since then. The service was great! The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I am recommending iSupply to all of my friends and family.

5 Star Smartphone Repair. My earphones werent getting a good connection on my S9+. Stopped by and they cleaned it out with spray can electronics air cleaner. Tried it and it was like new again. Didnt charge me a dime.
