The first stop you should make when planning a party - they have just about everything to set the vibe for your party. When I went, it wasnt packed but it did take a while to get served, especially since I was waiting to get balloons done.

Payed $100+ for two costumes and both costumes were missing crucial parts. Service was nice, but I only got one full set for one of the costumes when I returned.

I like the store and the franchise, i know they have the supplies i need because ive found them there before. the checkout is always chaotic and semi-disorganized, but they have the required supplies...balloon selection and patience are peddled here, just not a great environment always at every store, some are better than others...used to get costumes there for my kids, they were alright about that too...

We had a last minute event that needed balloons 🎈. They assisted us with picking the right colors and right balloons with proper helium to last for an event that was the next morning.

Really poor quality of the item I purchased ruined a lovely celebration but the refund process was relatively easy and I got a full refund.

The manager attitude is so beautiful and authentic. Unfortunately the store doesnt have a lot in stock but the employees try their best to help you.

The check-out situation is terrible. It needs to be reorganized. Cashiers can be pulled off registers to pump balloons by any customer. This can cause major delays for the rest of the shoppers in line. Everyone was helpful and nice, but the check-out situation was rough.

I rarely write reviews. I placed an order for a delivery for balloons and some other items for a surprise party for my son. They were supposed to arrive between 1-2pm. I planned to have my son out of the house starting at 12:30 as to not ruin the surprise in case they came a little early. The balloons arrived around 11:45 without the rest of the items. When I called the store they said that the rest of the order was still there and that they would check to see if they could get the renaming items delivered... I hesitantly explained that the balloons coming early ruined my son’s surprise party. I thought the feedback was important. They did not seem remotely concerned. I have had good experiences at this store, but this one was unfortunate. There was no notification of the early delivery. It did not seem like they were aware the rest of my order was missing until I called. I would not recommend using the same day delivery service if you are party planning and need a specific time window delivery.

The store is small and unorganized. There is a small selection and everything was very picked through. Balloons seemed to be the big seller at this store.

The service was great but, unfortunately the selection was horrible. I needed birthday candles and they were out of lots of the numbers. I know it sounds petty but thats what we go there for. Whole aisles were empty of inventory, Mardi Gras and St. Patricks day decorations were still up at the end of March. It looks like a bargain store going out of business. Its frustrating because I still like to go in and look at what Im purchasing. I dont want to have to buy everything online!

I went to party city for a few supplies for my neighbors special birthday. The store was loaded with anything I would need. The staff were friendly and quick. Not everyone has on masks and that is why I did not give 5 stars.

Honestly, not a fan. I found more party theme supplies at Wally world. You will only find less then 22% of theme like items. Dont think this is a one stop shop. The workers are not helpful at all, they are just their for the paycheck. No pride, and the atmosphere feels like Gretna lock up. (If you ever had to bail someone out, you know what I mean) the lighting makes it feel exactly like it. All in all, its more for adult party supply. You can find single color items or mix for a party if you trying to avoid theme types. But as a family man, this place is worse than a certain chef with a Pharaohs name, and what I mean is his language, and behavior. 🙄🤣

I got balloons for some bday pictures and Ill definitely go back in the future, it was a fun store, especially with Halloween coming up. Also with need for masks year round now why not a fun one?

They need a person on the register. They had 3 people all dealing with balloons.

Great store with plenty of inventory for you to color coordinate your entire party. Seriously, your party can be literally draped in whatever color you want. Be careful though, you might lose your pink plate on the pink napkin with the pink plastic ware on the pink table cloth, or whatever color you choose. Seriously. I would still do it.

There were two customers in the store and it took them 30+ min to check me out with less than 10 items. This was the third time I’ve been there with the same problem. There’s so many better options for party supplies, don’t waste your valuable time.

Definitely recommended. There is a large variety of numerous items for any occasion. The environment there is wonderful and all employees are terrific! Definitely recommended during Halloween time or any other holiday for extra decorations! Please go! It’s awesome!

Great balloons..

Party City is a great go-to store for party supplies. On Friday afternoon, there was a bit of a wait to check out, but both customers and cashiers remained patient and in a good mood. That attests to the fact that both staff and customers know they are important to each other.

They had a really good assortment of Halloween costumes. My costume only cost me $50 and I got compliments on it all night!! All of my friends costumes came from here as well and we all looked fantastic!! Make sure you dont go like the day before Halloween or theyll be out of costumes and there will be a ridiculous line

Party City has an amazing inventory that is unique and you will not find items at this price anywhere else. This is an incredible place.

It seems like a manager is missing from this store. They dont seem very business savvy. Sort of like they just doing their time until they get off. I was waiting in line behind just one person which took about 10 minutes because they were talking and the customer did have quite a few items. It appeared one employee was training another on the cash register and they did not once look up at me waiting next in line. After the transaction was complete, they just walked away from the cash register and still didnt look up to see if anyone was waiting in line. I had to catch the trainer and tell him I was ready to check out. They have told me numerous stories and rules from the time I been there. The balloon dept is worse. When you pay for hi float you have to run over to where they filling balloons and tell them you paid for it otherwise you may or may not get hi float. Numerous times I caught them starting to fill my balloons without the hi float. I guess it all goes back to how they were trained.

Very friendly and service was good, although slow. Im glad I went there on a Friday during the day to get balloons because they were definitely going to run out of helium for weekend orders. Call ahead and order balloons to save time. Balloons take a surprisingly long time to fill.

Store is a bit older and seems a little cramped. The staff here are awesome though, and go out of their way to see you are satisfied with your service. We go a couple times a year to get party supplies for the kids birthday parties, and have not been disappointed yet.

On our last visit, we walked in after 8pm to an employee telling us, rather aggressively, that they close at 8:30. We just turned around and left because we needed time to browse the selection.The place is rather pricey for what it is, but convenient if you dont have time to order from other places online. I do wish they carried more generic themes. They have two aisles of licensed supplies for childrens parties, bit if you want a (for example) pirate theme, or space, train, camping... youre better off looking online. Its odd because its a large store, full of merchandise, but they never have what Im looking for.

Got what I needed

I found everything I needed and the staff is helpful and friendly.

The laziest staff with zero enthusiasm or motivation. No manners either. One staff member rolled her eyes at my wife and I, when we had a simple question about buying birthday balloons for our newborn baby girl. The wait time for helium balloons seemed arbitrarily long, went in at 10am with no lines, and was told that they start taking walk-in requests at 2pm. Staff were not flexible and were not welcoming. One staff member was very accusatory, “but she said you wanted only 1 balloon!” Yes I know sir, but we actually need 3. “I know, but she said you only wanted 1.” Yes, I know, my bad, we need 3. “I know, but she said you only needed 1.”

Employees was very rude and frustrated did not provide customer service in a friendly way .I ask them to demonstrate a product and they did it as though they didnt want to do it and they talk poorly about the product. The employee Dashan refused to give us the mangers name.I will report this some way some how but I will spend my money else were.

Anytime that Halloween season is not a-go, the store is very well kept, clean, calm..Lines havent been a problem for me at this location. When they are busy, they normally keep it flowing.Say a prayer come Halloween though, expected chaos, but chaos nonetheless LOL 😂

I shouldnt even give them one star. My coworkers and I frequently walk to buy a drink at lunch and the employees are usually around just uninterested in working. I waited in line for 10 minutes while the lady in front of me at the register searched for coupons on her phone and the other workers didnt want to get on a register. The other cashier was helping another customer (2 grown men) carry balloons to their car. The cashier was literally only carrying 8 small balloons at a time and walking slower than I have ever seen anyone walk in my life and making multiple trips. I ended up just leaving and leaving my stuff on the counter.
