A few weeks ago I encountered a unfortunate episode of miscommunication with the guys over at Auto Elite about a color on a powder coating job. After sharing my dissatisfaction online Scott the owner reached out to me personally the same day as my post. From the very beginning of Scott and I interaction I must say he definitely made sure the situation was rectified as quickly as possible, and I was up to date on any changes that were made. I wanted to make sure I posted the good experience Ive had because most times people love to only hear or share the negative ones. Auto Elite for sure has earned my business all over again; and Ill say this now so there is no misunderstanding the quality of the work was never in question simply the color.Thank you again Scott for making good on the situation I truly appreciate all your efforts to make the situation right.

The best service ever!! I called them to install rock lights and halos on my Jeep and I was able to bring it in that day and went to pick it up 2 or 3 hours later. They communicate with you and are willing to fix an issue. They are fast, reliable, hard working, and love what they do. They have done my Jeep and brothers truck multiple times and we are always so happy with the results. Only people I trust to work on my Jeep!!

I bought an alarm for my work van from Auto Elite after a friend highly recommended them. They did a fantastic job, I got a first class alarm, and the customer service has been first class. I highly recommend these guys!

Went in with a stereo problem, told him the problem I was having. $65 diagnosis fee. After one day I called to check on my truck. They told me the exact thing was wrong. I paid$75 for them to repeat to me the problem... $350 to rewire...Good luck . Also, when I called to check on my truck . I was told they didnt have a contact number for me. When I was paying the bill, I could see a book right on the counter with discription of my truck,my name and number ? Basically I paid$75 for them to tell me something was wrong with my stereo.

Stopped in on a Saturday without an appointment for a tinting and they got me in and out within an hour. Their garage was even tall enough for my Ram Promaster to pull inside. While most of the employees were generally terrified of my dog (and they had the right to be. Hes a trained Malinois) they were still cool with him hanging out inside while they did the work. Im happy with their work and would recommend them for tinting.

This was the second time I’ve had work done on my Toyota FJ Cruiser at Auto Elite, first job radio problems, second job rear bumper sensors, both jobs were done on time and at a very reasonable cost, these guys are incredible, very friendly and professional, I highly recommend them!

I went in to have a push button start alarm kit installed on my 06 MDX. The guys here are a BEAST! I went in & showed them what I had & they jumped on it immediately & before you know it, they were done. Everyone is real cool and laid back. Prices are good. I will definitely be back for some other things & I would highly recommend anyone who needs some work done to not waste your time & money with other places like I did, just stop by here first!

I went early on a Friday without an appointment and they saw me right away and got to work on my vehicle. I have an 04 so some back deck work had to be performed; However it Only took an hour and my only complaint is that they left some butt connectors on the passenger side other than that door guy

Ok - this has been one of the BEST shopping experiences of my life! Honestly these guys are incredible! They can fix anything and they will give you amazing value! I will take my car there for everything in the future. They Put the new 409 Alipine 9 inch screen in my jeep, took apart the entire dash, tinted the windows, placed power locks and alarm. They figured it all out superfast and it was this particular radio install was a new procedure for them, and my jeep works and looks great now. They did all this in less than a days time and im sure if it was a different radio / nav system would hve been faster. Also they have great value . I paid alot for the alpine yet their prices are very fair and they really work with you to make sure you are happy! They can customize your car however your like! They are not pushy and want you to be satisfied. I rarely write reviews this positive - actually this is the first time i have, its because the deserve it!
