Just but a Sierra 1500 form this dealer and it was the easiest and best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. All the staff were really friendly and Andrew uscilowski really knows his stuff. I highly recommend visiting the dealership if you’re interested in buying any GM vehicle. They even have more types of vehicles than just GM.!

I think it took a bit too long (2 hours) for an oil change without a tire rotation. After one hour I got a text asking if I wanted new wiper blades. I replied Yes, and it was another hour before my car was ready. I know you have done better than that in the past.

Definitely recommend this dealership more specifically their used car dept. Some of the most professional and kind people who are also very good at what they do. Ny car sales man was Mr. Alex A. He was ABSOLUTELY the best hands down! We went to a few places before Matt Bower’s and I wish we would have went straight there! He was very knowledgeable of the cars that he was trying to sell. He never once said “I’m not sure or I don’t know.” If we had a question and he was unsure he went above and beyond to find the answer for us! My numbers were not quite right when it came to signing papers but he tried to make the numbers work and made it happen. I will 100% recommend him to anyone looking for cars!!

On this visit, I didnt have an appointment. I dropped my vehicle off early and utilized the drop box. I was contacted with the suggestive services about one hour after business opened. My vehicle was ready for pick up before noon, in better condition than I left it in, lol. I utilized coupons and reward points on this visit. This is the best experience Ive ever had at any business. After a long day spent at many different dealerships (including other Chevy dealerships) we stopped at Matt Bowers to check out their stock. My wifes lease was nearly up and we were looking for a Traverse. Our Salesman Adonis was excellent and let us test drive and look at many different models before finally settling on the one we wanted for our family. He had an answer for every question we asked about the car and made sure we got a great deal. Matt Bowers also helped us get out of our lease a little early and comfortably. Carlos was very nice and efficient. He also opened the door for every woman that entered and exited.I’ve had many excellent experiences in the service department.I did not have it at your collision dept they get (1 star) and service gets (5 stars).They literally ruined my mats they did not remove or cover them during the repair. The mats that are on the side of the damage now stick up at the corners and they are embedded with dust and now look much older ( car was just past a year old). I was told that the heat will mold them so they would lay down again… but that was a lie and they very expensive to replace. Also they installed a different mirror then what was on the vehicle so now the door mirror are different one plastic and one metal. They were nice ppl but it took a long time and I was lied to so that I would just leave and they wouldn’t replace my mats. Lastly there was an air bubble in the paint job that warranted me to return.

This was my 1st time at Matt Bowers and I must say that I truly had a great experience. So much so that I shared my experience with others and encouraged them come here. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. The service advisor, Mr. Bobby was great. He assured me that my vehicle would be taken care of and gave me a time estimate for the service and the job was completed as he stated. Every employee that I encountered was very nice and greeted me with a smile. Mr. Ronald offered me a cold bottle of water, which I gladly accepted. The experience that I had on yesterday meant a lot to me. At the dealership that I used prior to coming to Matt Bowers I always felt like I was inconveniencing them even though I was paying for a service to be performed. We drove our Tahoe from Cleveland to New Orleans the day that we left to drive home our truck broke down. I was very disappointed with the quality of service customer reception as compared to my last visit. I noticed a lack of enthusiasm towards customers as compared to my prior visits. I was disappointed with lack of more itemization of charges. The charge to replace a lug stud and lug nut was very expensive when compared to area shops. This is the first time Ive seen this dealer disappoint me since I have been dealing with them.I drive a very long way to give them my business. I bypassed a dealership 4 miles from my residence. In closing, Im very disappointed and certainly hope that you all will work hard towards better service as you once had. There were several items that were addressed that required dealership attention. An unanticipated delay in a part delivery, but Bill Hodo was the absolute best at communicating, informing and keeping me up to date with my vehicles status while it was at Matt Bowers Chevrolet for a complete tire change, oil changes and computer updates. I even received a call from the service manager that delivered an update at one point. Its not always easy in any service department, but this one gets 5 stars.

Shady was above and beyond a good asset for my purchase. I am not an easy sale and walked out on a previous salesman at another dealership. Shady treated me and my father with respect and was honest. He gave us a great deal but did not push or nag my decision. Shady answered all of my questions and did not use aggravating sales strategy. He was upfront honest and direct. No B.S. The service technician Carlos after telling me that my vehicle would be ready the same day, I called to see if car was ready (1:30pm) after dropping car off after 9am that morning. was told he was on other line with customer, when called back after 3pm (he was still busy) and I asked to speak to someone else, thats when I was placed on hold and the line kept ringing (felt like I was being avoided). when I arrived after 4pm the vehicle was still outside never touched with the spare tire still on it. when I went inside there was no presents at the counter (including Carlos), when I spoke to someone and explain my issue he went to investigate into the matter and told me my tires were in and that they we getting ready to work on it NOW (after 7hrs), and still waited over an hour after the technician said it would only be 15-20mins for the inconvenience.

I went to get an oil change and for help in getting a rim fixed. Instead, after changuing my oil, they wanted to sell me $2,000.00 for a rim and three new tires, telling me that 2 out of 3 tires were dry rotted (but they all came with the truck when I bought it new).

I explained to her my situation with my being in the military and asked that she keep the car on hold for me. Luckily, she a military family member and understood the situation completely. I explained to her that I didnt agree with some of the fees that came with the vehicle and they took them off. Had a car accident which resulted in a busted fender bender and wheel alignment as the crash impacted my wheel. Did a great job repairing the fender bender and alignment. However took a long time to get parts and the time to repair everything. Got my car a month after the accident. i understand because of the insurance company but took a long time to get things done. otherwise, was very impressed with the work being done. They even cleaned my car which was a special treat.

This is the third time I make an appointment online and receive email and text confirmation about the appointment and when I get there Im told I dont have an appointment. I literally stand wasting time while someone searches. This time I also called ahead and still no appointment. Then I get home and my check oil light is on. Did they change my oil or was so busy offering me other services someone forgot to reset the button or however it works. Did I mention Im on bed rest for 6 weeks due to surgery. This is an inconvenience and embarrassment in front of other customers. I travel a bit to bring my car here because Im a loyal type of person. Regretting the drive everytime I go here!!!

My colorado could not be fixed. they told me there is a service buletin out saying the transmission when cold, could make a jump when shifting from 1st to 2nd. then work fine after that until motor is cold again. i wish i would have known this before i bought this vehicle. so if you know there is a problem why dont you change transmissions in these trucks. i would love to receive an answer from chevy. now i am stuck with this vehicle.

I purchased a car from them in 2015. Was brand new I was the only driver. I have brought my car to the dealership for the same problem for over 3 years. They would always claim to fix it and I would have the same problem. Now the warranty is expired and all of a sudden I need a new transmission. I recommend you go to the nearest mechanic. Dont think just because its the dealership it will be right.Chevrolet has no problem screwing there customers. I will not be going back even for a oil change. We have been in the xhevy family forever. I guess now its time for a Ford. Run they rip you off and keep your car.small claims court here I come

When we arrived, the service tech tried to quote us a fee to look at our electrical system. however online there is no fee associated with this service. they sent us a quote after they looked at it and it had items that we didnt ask to be performed nor are currently due for service. such as tires being to low on tread depth. these are tires less than a year old.the prices are outrageous on what you want to charge.we had the starter replaced and had an oil change. however, when we check the onstar app and the car, the oil life was never updated.we had to point this out to the service coordinator helping us, who didnt know that the app showed this information.

My truck was there the week before. They said they fixed my ac. Took it home and it worked for a day. Just to call and the Rep Derrick states, oh sorry to hear that but your condenser came in so we can fix it. So they lied to me about fixing it. Also told me it would be a little over $1000.00 to fix my radio. I told them not to fix it and they did anyway. But the total due was $43.00. Sounds like Chevy scamming their customers to me. Not please and will take this a step further.

Recently purchased a suburban 2021 LT from Matt Bowers .The only reason I went to Matt Bowers was because of Shadi Judeh this is my 4th car I have purchased from him, Shadi has always gone above and beyond and no Bull$**T. He is honest and transparent not only when trying to make the sale but afterwords and before even purchasing the vehicle. Mike was super awesome, and had a good time talking to him. He answered some general questions and was respective of my time and needs. I didnt give it a full 5 star because one of my questions he technically answered wrong. I asked if this truck (the 1500 Silverado) had the ability to turn cylinders on/off as it was in operation. He stated that it did, however, the window sticker had a line on it with the description stating Not Equipped with Dynamic Fuel Management. Having never owned a Chevy, I was uncertain what that meant. But after getting home and researching it. I learned that my truck does not have that ability and thats what that was. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, he may not have known what that meant either, and answered honestly (and incorrectly). OR he could have been telling me what I wanted to hear (that it had a feature that he knew it didnt have, but that I obviously wanted). So yea, I was a bit dissapointed getting home and learning that after I purchased the vehicle, but ultimately still pleased with the experience and purchase.

My wife and I was skipped over three times due to us waiting in our vehicle to get a oil change. We had to go inside after waiting almost 10 min just to get help. They had two reps who just walk clean pass by us didnt even ask did we need help or was anyone helping us. The rep Bobby Brumfield went all out his way to help us get both of our vehicles taken care of. He was awesome, he listen to us and he made sure we had everything we needed before leaving the dealership. We loved his attitude and he had a great personality. When I go back I would love to deal with him personal. The rest of the reps need to be more helpful and friendly and not just walk pass customers.

Our salesman Alvin Kost was great! He was very easy to deal with. its hard to find someone that cares about the customers needs these days,exceeded expectations.I highly recommend that you seek out Alvin if youre interested in buying a car, truck or suv. This place is amazing you won’t sit there for 6 hrs and leave with nothing.
