Purchased a tea kettle. Found a Le Cruset in red. Perfect. Awesome friendly customer service.

I simply love this store they always have such unique items. The store smells so good when theyre doing their cooking classes. They have very unique oil and vinegar bottles as well as other unique products. I could spend an hour in this store just looking at everything they have from glassware to dishes to cooking utensils pots and pans pastas sauces recipes the list goes on and theyre always so friendly and helpful I love this store!

Unfortunately have had multiple issues with Williams Sonoma regarding our wedding registry. 1. We would register items and they would not appear on our registry on the website later 2. Every return generated a separate gift card which would come in the mail over a week later 3. For whatever reason we were told that the gift cards could not be consolidated into one gift card...4. We had put pieces of a china set on the registry, when we went to use some of gift cards to complete it we found out that it had been discontinued

Bad customer service. Have you on hold and do not answer back. They must think its funny. Called twice and lied about not knowing who the store representative is. Thats why people buy stuff from Amazon.

Had a horrible experience at this location a few days ago, I have been going to the Lakeside mall store for years. Late Sunday there was the most rude Williams Sonoma employee I have ever seen, in fact the only one I have ever encountered in my many years if being a customer there. I was looking at the coffee machines were they have samples to try so you can see how the various coffee makers work. The woman at the counter rudely told me that the coffee lady had left for the day and I could not use the machine, she did not offer any help and she did not inquire if I was interested in one of the several coffee makers on display. After I picked out some items to purchase I noticed that the coffee maker I was interested in was on, it had water and there were samples to try so I inserted a pod into the coffee maker, suddenly the same lady rushed over and in a loud voice she ordered me to stop, she yelled that this was the second time she warned me not to touch the coffee maker. I was really shocked, I proceeded to tell her off and left the store without buying anything. The other employee at the store just stood there staring, My family and I were about the only customers in the store, I think since it was the end of the day this lady did not want to do any work and just wanted to leave as soon as possible and cleaning the coffe maker was not in her agenda. I will be taking my business elsewere from now on, went straight to Trader Joes were I found many similar items and friendly employees..free coffee samples as well.

Always good quality and can always find hard to find utensils or bakware.

Worst, most rude customer service. Twice I have been in the store and both times the sales girls were extremely rude. Will not go back.
