This store is just okay for me. During this visit it was pretty neat compared to previous visits. There were no sales associates who offered assistance until I was leaving but at that point I was done with them.

I always have a good experience at F21! Cant beat the prices !!

Cheap products and bad customer service

Cheap clothes for low prices. Employees are very focused on pretty people and shiny objects. Great place to pick up pieces needed for a quick trip.

Trendy clothes decent prices

Quick customer service for checking out, but the store was very very trashed. Tons of damaged garments. Racks overflowing making it impossible to browse. Shelves looked as if they had been looted and then used for random returned stock.

When i called the store to ask if they had overall dresses in stock they immediately put me on hold (but that’s not the problem) when the lady picked up i asked my question like any normal person would. without checking anything she immediately said yes we have them with a rude tone and before i could say thank you so much she hung up the phone. i’ve been to the store and this mall more times than i can count, and to get this response surprised me!😬

Only gave the store one star because I’m pretty sure you have to at least do that. But this was the worst customer service I have ever had. Instead of going to another employee or manager, the cashier didn’t answer any of my questions about prices on items. The store is a mess. Cashiers were just talking to each other and not recognizing any customers. I waited in line for a few minutes before a cashier recognized me. I have a forever 21 credit card but I’m seriously considering never shopping there again. Seriously the worst customer service ever (from every employee that works there). Even the lady who gave me a fitting room did not say hi how are you doing or anything. Sorry I have such high demands for this store, but every other New Orleans store I walk in to I’m welcomed with a hello and smile. Thanks again for the service Metairie forever 21; I guess you guys are doing your best.

Just like any other F21 store. The cashiers were very nice. I usually shop here when Im visiting NOLA.

The workers were diligent, there were lots of sales and discounts (in the back near the changing rooms), and almost everything was organized well. however, they were understaffed and only had 1 register open at the time.

After working in retail for 15 years im confused about how this store is still open. I have never had a positive experience in this store. And typically of you ask others they will say the same. Staff Never helps. You have to ask if you need assistance but you will ne wasting your breath because the response will be one of two options; I dont know or over there with a finger pointing in a general direction. Staff are typically recovering, or putting out merchandise. There is always a secirity guard, which many may look at as a good thing. But if you provide adequate customer service and your customers know that you are alert and vigiliant....you would not need consistent coverage.The store is also jam packed. And they usually have lots of cute things in the sale section. Again, this is probably due to lack of coveragr and adequate service. Cute things would sell if people knew where to find them or if staff were selling and upselling.All this being said I go to the store on the westbank, baton rouge, or Ill shop online. I will only go to this location if im just killing time or looking at accessories.

Great Retailer- Customers of F21 are very messy and disrespectful which make it hard on employees to properly provide the best customer service. Despite those conditions, the retailer strives to provide the topnotch service at Lakeside Shopping Center.
