I have not been that into hot topic until recently when their new products caught my interest again. i used to love the store in high school but soon fell out of it when I grew up-- however hot topic has been releasing a variety of things that I can get into again. It caters to all kinds of new styles. The staff there is very friendly and try their best. In a way, its opening up to different types of people and thats a good thing. Its exciting to go visit once again. Hopefully for many years to come itll be the reliable Hot Topic at the mall for people to stop and look at the crazy new fun things at HT. Ive seen anyone from any age go to that store and leave with a smile and thinking about what stuff they saw in there. I guess thats the point, just think about different possibilities and styles for a change.

Other than it being a bit small and really busy I enjoyed my visit. They had all sorts of fun and interesting shirts and outfits!

This is literally my favorite place so far they always greet me with a warm welcome they also help you find the things you want or need the people there are so nice i cant think anything bad about this store

Hot Topic is a nice store for weird, alternative gifts and gags. They have a variety of items, from clothing to jewelry to home decor. This store is conveniently located inside the Lakeside Mall. It is kind of small but that is most Hot Topic stores. It was very organized and neat. I would recommend a visit to this location if youre a fan of Hot Topic.

Faiza was so rude to not only me but multiple customers. she was not welcoming and made me feel rushed. she had an attitude the entire time and even yelled at me and another customer.

Staff was great. Pretty much like most hot topics great stuff to browse and buy.

Took my 3 daughters with me, the line to get in would only allow 2 people to go in at a time. When I explained that I had to wait for 4 people, they said the line had to move. I called the store manager and he said that they have an option and that as a parent I have none. So I realize that protecting 6 year old children and having them shop alone without parents is the goal. No thank you, go steal someone elses children!!!!

Good store. Neat needs more small and xsmall

I like the merchandise. This particular store, however, is way too small. Its annoying to shop when everyone is in the way of everyone else. Its bad!

I like most of the employees here. Excluding 1 employee and shopping experience I usually leave with a smile and tons of hot cash

There was so many sales going on. My favorite one was buy one shirt get one 50% off. There were so many that I loved. The store was clean. The service was decent, not the best Hot Topic Ive been to though. Due to the pandemic everyone wore masks and only a certain amount of people were allowed inside at once. Though social distancing in their store was very difficult due to the lack of walking space.

Even though we are in a covid area, I still love the way they treat everyone. I do wanna give a employee her dues are was very kind and very helpful to me on my receipt says Lizzy I hope that is her. She went above and beyond to help me find a pop that I was needing to finish my collection that has taken me almost 10 years to complete. She was very knowledgeable about everything I was looking for. THANK YOU LIZZY!!!

They always have something new each time I go. Also the employees are very nice and will definitely help you if needed.

In the store was great but the way they did their line wasnt right. I didnt mind standing in a line. When you only have you and a small child and they only let one person in at a time what did they expect you to do. 4 people went in one by one behind me. Dont understand why he couldnt wait for two people to come out and Im finally let us 2 in.

I love Hot Topic but everytime I shop here theres a man,possibly manager who is sarcastic and rude...and we feel like we are being stalked by the employees all the time.We wanna go in but debate everytime cause the customer service is just plain awful compared to Hot Topics everywhere else.

Didnt feel very welcomed here. Wouldnt go back.

I always find exactly what I need and they really have all type of anime merch and bt21 merch and they have tinytan shirts and all size I recently bought a bts photobook so I love hot topic else in lakeside mall

There were a lot of merchandise there and well behave workers there, but some of the prices were a little high

I used to shop there all the time when my daughter was a teenager. My daughter & I were shopping & she just wanted to pop her head in just to take a look. Always had nice, helpful staff.

I like hot topic but there clothing sizes are always off. Sometimes a large is really the size of a 2x and a womans 2x is a large. There sizes need to be more accurate so I dont have to constantly try on every shirt I want to buy.

The place was a decent size and you actually had room to move around.

Helpful because I asked for help. Could be more attentive to others who arent frequent customers. But ultimately helped me get exactly what I was looking for and more. Very nice and explained anything I needed, made suggestions and answered all my questions.

Much less crowded than the Lakeside one in regards to racks being claustrophobically close to one another. However, the payoff is that there is significantly less merchandise. Although, the location is much smaller as well so its to be expected. The lady there was very wonderful.

Theres such a huge variety to choose from! Their makeup brand, Blackheart is completely vegan! The service is amazing! The only qualm is that its too small.

They usually ignore me when I attempt to shop there.

I use to go there, but not anymore .I had a return with the receipt that my friend had paid for. He bought me a t-shirt and a wallet .As i tell the cashier that i want store credit because i have my daughter with me i didnt have time for an exchange, she tells me that she has to call the manager bc the wallet is damaged bc it was missing a latch, i told her that was the reason why i wanted to return the wallet and tshirt bc they had better designs .The manager then comes and acts like the wallet is damage bc of me and i told him it was missing since he bought it.Then he tells me that its going to have to go back to my fiends credit card which i dont have thats why he gave me the receipt,So tell me how is someone suppose to return something from a gift even with receipt?
