I was skeptical dealing with a home business but I had no choice. I was amazed by the quality and speed James was able to complete my order. I called around the city Saturday needing something rushed for today(tuesday) and every shop was backed up or wanted to charge me a cow to get it done. So just when I thought I was out of luck my husband told me to call the shop with no address listed just to see if it was a mistake. I usually go to monogram express and there work is great, but the experience I got Monday from James was amazing. From him knowing exactly what I needed to the attention to detail he took when taking my order. You can really tell that he knows what he is doing and I cant wait until his shop is open I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you Mr. James the city needs more business owners like you.
