This is the absolute BEST pharmacy!!! Mr. Kerry goes above & beyond for his customers. The staff is just as amazing. I highly recommend everyone to use Chateau. I almost don’t want to give a good review because I wouldn’t like them to get crowded for my own selfish reasons, but a place like this should be able to expand. I went to get my prescription filled here. The pharmacists looked at it and said we are not excepting any new patients! I had no idea this was a doctor? The business must be doing out of this world! The next time some one walks in with a script.......I think the comments about the gifts should sum up this drug store.

I really like this pharmacy; they’re really polite and efficient. They’re also one of the only pharmacies that have all of my prescriptions in stock. I’m glad my doctor recommended it. I think I will transfer all of my prescriptions here from CVS because some of the CVS employees are rude, and they aren’t always on the ball. They refused one of my medications three times in a row because they had called the wrong doctor every time to request a refill. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars to Chateau is because there was one Thursday that I arrived at 6:20 pm and they were inexplicably closed, with no sign posted stating they would be closing early, even though their posted hours on the door and online are 9 am till 7 pm. That’s not enough to deter me from filling my prescriptions here; I just thought it was weird. I’m glad I didn’t need that prescription right away!

If all health care were done the way Chateau does its business, wed all be healthier, wealthier, and happier. Great gift and accessories shop, too!

Good luck getting them to help you figure out a possible insurance error on their end at 6:01 pm even if you were in the store at 5:50 pm. I have Take Charge through Medicaid, meaning my birth control is supposed to be free. It rang up as $3.80 and I was trying to get them to help me figure out why. I received no feedback, concern or care, and the employees were all talking about it being time to go home. I’m on disability and I live off a very low income. So $3.80 might not mean much to them, but it’s nearly 5 percent of my monthly income and I would appreciate not being shoved aside and asked to return tomorrow just because it’s 6:01. I have worked in customer service. It’s rude, in fact unacceptable, to ask people to leave just because it’s one minute after closing, especially when they’re encountering a problem during a transaction that could be your doing. I’m not the type to complain about customer service because I took abuse from customers for years when I worked in CS, but that lady was terribly rude and made me feel completely unimportant and insignificant.

Ive known Kerry and been visiting Chateau for the past twenty years. They (the entire staff) are always professional, efficient and friendly. Every time I have asked questions in regards to medication, insurance or health - they always take the time and focus on my questions. This is service you would never receive at Walmart, CVS or any big chain store.I would like to say thank you all of the employees of Chateau Drugs and the service they provide, its worth every dollar we spend there.

I have been a customer for over 25 years and I would highly recommend this pharmacy because I never had a single problem in all those years.. After all these years being a customer not 1 time have I left this pharmacy feeling offended by the behaviour of the staff and I cannot say the same for the Big Guys like Walmart or WalGreens.. these mega corporation owned stores tend to treat those w/controlled substances like criminals no matter your age or condition .. these bigger pharmacies create the atmosphere for control issues among the weaker in integrity who usually end up working for these warehouse sized pharmacies and their lack of compassion or understanding for their own customers are apparent to all.. Chateau Drugs is a family owned and operated pharmacy employing the local people that they have known all their lives.. trust me when I say there is not a better pharmacy in this area hands down & ya cant go wrong with these guys..
