WAS NOT AS GOOD AS THE ONE ON THE NORTHSHORE THE PLACE WAS DIRTY WITH FLIES THEY WERE OUT OF ALOT OF THINGS THE COOKIES WERE FROZEN THIS PLACE WAS TERRIBLE BUT TRY THE HONEY BAKED HAM IN MANDEVILLE OR COVINGTON AMAZING THIS ONE IN METAIRIE NOT GREAT AT ALL !

OMG! The great company I work for gave us extra money for an associate luncheon. I know they are honey baked ham, but Bay Bay the chicken salad sandwiches were off the chain good. Everyone enjoyed them and the turkey sandwiches and of course the honey ham sandwiches boxed lunches. The cookies were awesome too. And they delivered to Slidell. If your work is having lunch or dinner, give them a call and. Great food and great service!

Very friendly staff, mobile order was prepared fresh, didnt wait very long at all, food was very well prepared, and was very good!

For the 1st time, I was disappointed. My ham was over done and too dry. Ive enjoyed Honey Baked hams since I was a little girl. Hopefully, this was just a one off occurrence.

For Wednesday Thanksgiving preorder pickup, they had doors open, marked distancing spots, and dividers between check out lines. They gave prearranged times to pick up order to cut down on crowding. Only people with preorders were allowed inside and they had hired a security guard for crowd control. Masks were required and all employees were wearing masks. Pickup took less than 10 minutes, if that long. I hope they do the same as needed in future. Food was great. Would definitely order again.

Didnt know they served lunch. Good place to run in and get a fast sandwich. Ham awesome as usual. One can also run in and get an entire meal including bread and dessert. Service very informative and helpful.

First time hammer here! went on Christmas Eve no less. Waited in line out the door, but wasnt horrible. No point in pre-ordering though, about 90% Dont and everyone waits in the same line

I do like the honey baked ham company. They do have a deli inside where you can order a meal, or get something to go. Inside is neat and clean.

I went on Christmas Eve, I saw the line and thought I was going to be there all day as the line was outside the building. To my surprise it went extremely fast, I just wanted the roasted turkey breast. If you havent tried it, you should, it was soo delicious. Its a little sweet and very juicy, I highly recommend it as its addicting!

Still, the best spiral sliced ham, nationwide, consistent flavor, ever patient and acccomodating staff, try the sides and desserts, glazes and sauces, not yours but...(time catches up to us all, and the turkey breast. oh yeah...), sandwiches daily too

I go for the ham bones to make beans. They are great for that and usually have enough ham for a few sandwiches.

My go to spot for small holiday parties. Much easier then cooking a full dinner and the ham and turkey pre sliced makes it so convenient.And on occasion I will just get a ham to throw in the fridge for sandwiches and snacking pricier then cold cuts but worth every penny

This location is not the easiest to get to. I usually go during the holidays, and it is PACKED! However, the competent staff keeps things moving along, well. Nice assortment of extras such as spices, soup mixes, etc.

I ordered a catering tray and they had everything ready and freshly prepared. All of the folks at the luncheon were impressed the flavor and variety of the sandwiches on the tray!

Friendly employees, great products. A little pricey. But we splurge every once in awhile. They make great sandwiches to go too.

The place is dirty. The manager walked out of the back to make my sandwich and did not wash her hands before putting on gloves. Then, she touched unclean things like the phone, the counter, and her clothes while wearing the gloves. I told her never mind and thank you before she started making the sandwich. I hope someone will come in and teach hand washing techniques to the employees and clean the place up because I really wanted a sandwich.
