Metairie off track stinks to high heaven with cigarettes and cigar smoke the air conditioning is turned down so low, I was sweating bullets the ventilation is unbearable I had to leave even with the mask on is reeking of cigarettes this was my 1st and my last time visiting that stinky place and the sad thing about it is that I smoke but that was some stale old smoke this place is not being sanitized at all sorry not for me
