Methuen Home Depot is definitely my favorite, not just because the staff are always helpful and nice to converse with, but because literally every other aisle has a price check scanner, just makes things go smoother. You know the price exactly, no issues when checking out and no back ups from it. And yes that photo of my receipt definitely bdays .01 for a 300 watt digital transformer.... Which roughly go for $300+

The rental section young female Associate that assisted me throughout my 1 week truck rental gave OUTSTANDING Customer Service!!! She has an upbeat personality, clearly cared about making this rental experience with Home Depot as stress free as possible!!! The ONLY drawbacks was their Computer System put a different family members name on my reservation,in which I had to tell 800# to correct (credit card under my name!)...Then at checkout the computer system put my Drivers name on my Credit Card# (!?!?!!) in which the crdt. card was declined (that was illegal& fraudulent!!!!) The poor girl didnt know what to do because the system did NOT allow her to fix it!!! I was the Payee & being a Senior with bad eyes,needed a friend to do the driving while I moved...the system put him as the account & credit card holder!!! I was rather upset & mad...I had to manually reenter card# to fix issue (glad & relieved I brought it!!!) I called the 800# to report the computer system issue...but felt that it wasnt taken as seriously as it should HV been!!! Oh well ...

Spent 30 minutes getting transferred around seems like no one cares about the customers until Kevin from lumber answered when out of his way to find the product I needed fast and efficiently. Seems to be the only good employee you have. I would compensate him accordingly and keep him around.

Duty Manager Jewell helped us purchase and pickup a table saw. We live in Maine and the nearest Maine store with the table saw we wanted was 3 hours away. I remembered going to curbside pickup at Methuen multiple times with my daughter for her 1855 house. Jewell let us do a phone order with the military discount (both my husband and I are veterans). We drove from the Brunswick, Maine to Methuen and were able to complete our project of interior trim around doors and windows in our new home.

Great service today. Multiple employees offered help for several things I needed. Thank You to all of the employees who offered help today (at least7)! It has not always been the case but it was a definite improvement and truly appreciated today.

Employee named AJ in tool rental was a jerk! I do not recommend this store. Simply went to inquire about a rental.

Excellent customer service. I asked for help finding an item and the employee quickly directed me to exactly what I needed. Checkout lines were well organized, including self check out. The long line dwindled down very quickly as a result.

I visited here on Saturday to return a Cuisinart microwave that I bought online. They were very good at accepting the return after having it for 3 months. The turntable started making a rattling sound. They gave me a credit and I purchased another online. Very good customer service and would gladly do business with them again.

I am disgusted with my purchase of a Samsung washing machine!! Home Depot does not honor anything they sell!! I understand there are no refunds on washer dryers but if they dont work!! I mean cmon We bought a brand new Samsung washing machine!! From day one it never dispensed the bleach!! It took us 4 days just to get in touch with Samsung customer service!!! Then 10 days later we get an appointment!!! Finally shows up today!! In 3 mins.. tells us its our water pressure!! The house is 5 yrs.. old never had any issue with water pressure!! I will never buy a thing as long as I live from Home Depot or Samsung again!! Watch out ppl... they are dispicable companies!!! Now im stuck with a washing machine that I cant wash white clothes!!! Scumbags!!!

This Home Depot has the BEST customer service. We ordered all new kitchen appliances. Had a few minor issues called them up. Barbara the customer order specialist is AMAZING!!! She needs a promotion. She really cares about customers and it shows. She was so helpful throughout the whole process. Im writing this review just to rave about her! This is what customer service is all about. Barbara is the sweetest. She is amazing at her job. I have never had customer service like her. I will forever be a customer because of Barbara. So thank you again! She deserves an award!

Great they had what I needed after I could not find at three other places

Today was not a good visit. I purchased a front door and storm door in April. Within a two weeks I recieved confirmation that the door has been received. The contractor also confirmed and scheduled the installation date. Well today was that day. No door. Extremely disappointed. Why was the confirmation sent. We lost time and money. BTW everything was prepaid. Very sad.Since I made the post, I had the door installed. The installation was very professional 👏. The doors were the ones ordered and my main entry way looks great.Home Depot fix your notification software and I give you 5 stars. Otherwise buyers be aware of the notification system and check physically if the parts are really in.Thank You.

Needed a part that online said there were 31 in store stock. The part was in the overhead overstock location.They were uninterested and unwilling to go get it even though it was 3:30 and practically no customers in the store. They said it would take all day to get it. Finally after about 15 minutes they went and got the equipment to lower the pallet. Then after a few minutes later they got the part for me. They made a BIG DEAL over nothing. They just didnt want to do a little work to help a customer.This is the second time that this has happened. Earlier I needed another item that they gave me a hard time about getting from the overstock area.

What is there to say its a Home Depot. I went on Easter Sunday for flowers to plant at the cemetery. Decent prices and their wasnt very many people at that time

Local Methuen Loop Home Depot is 8-10m from Andover-No Andover for quick home needs. Has rental dept and great for paint, parts, electric, garden, yard, paint, or lumber. Special order colored fine hole lattice to keep skunks and rabbits out from under shed, or wood for new ramp.

The lead flashing here is priced accurately, though the items arent listed by weight, the cubic inches of lead in the 12 x 20 roll and the 10 x 24 roll are equal in volume, if the sheeting is gauged #50. How is the thickness properly gauged? Im inquiring with the manufacturer, but its likely that a very thin sheet of lead will have a gauged thickness by a micrometer measurement, but to actually get a #50 gauge sheet, the thickness would need to be between 30 and 31 microns, which might explain why the sheeting weighs much more than a true #50 or 50 gauge sheet. The label of #50 is perhaps not the sheet gauge after all... Ill measure it myself and get back to this post with the results, if possible to edit this form...

They have everything u need for home repairs and everyday things as well. Most employees seem to know where things are and if they dont they can tell u quickly no guessing what aisle your item is in prices they are so,so,..good on some and others can be more! But good place and pretty clean too!!!

This store has a good variety of things like tools, plants/flowers and paint. It is smart if you have items in your app so you can easily ask someone for help if needed. Store is always clean and the employees are nice and helpful.

Good luck returning items for store credit. Got the card the same day, scanned my items at self checkout and tried using the card then the screen said *customer assistance needed* Had to argue with a young employee who was out of line but i remained humble considering I also didn’t have time for it. He literally thought I stole it before even looking up the name on the card and then realized it was mine. Next time I might not be as humble. 2 stars because I was atleast able to check out even after all that

5 Stars - and 5 more if I could give them- for John Mele in Plumbing at HD Methuen. To say that John is helpful is an understatement. John goes above and beyond, thinking of things you didnt think of yourself, the extension piece, the extra bolt thingy you might need for that particular job - to save you a trip back. He knows the widths, distances, sizes, an expert, a consummate professional. Capable, able, knowledgeable on all of it, with phenomenal customer service skills, superb customer relations. if every company had a John Mele on staff, customers would be singing going in and leaving. Anyone in sales would learn a thing or 1000 from spending time with John, see how he interacts, engages with his customer and fellow employees. John is one in a million or trillion perhaps. Decent and helpful as the day is long. Home Depot give this man a raise:) Truly he deserves to be in management (in fact I bet management would learn a lot from spending time with John about how to treat your fellow man/woman). Johns abilities and expertise are innate, part of his good nature and helpfulness. Im sure they must utilize his exceptional skills in training incoming sales people etc. A real force of light to have in any organization. Search him out, just to say hi. Youll be glad you met him, a treasure truly :) Way to go John :)I have travelled the world and John is oceans ahead of many a person I have encountered in customer service. Place a pickup order Saturday morning for a product listed in stock, Wednesday they still dont have it ready. Ive checked in twice now.. First person said itd be 2-3 days, second one said 4-5 days. Ive no idea what to expect. Stop taking orders and figure out your process. Im going to Lowes.

No carts available anywhere- sort of a problem when you are buying a bunch of lumber. Aisles were blocked by merchandise and you couldnt get around the store. Also, shelves were blocked by lumber and other merchandise displays that I had to move to get to what I needed. No one was around to help with any of this either. What should have been a quick stop was like 45 min because the place was so poorly organized. Next time I will go to the one in Salem or to Lowes.

It was great, Diane at the check out was. Professional. And courteous, an asset for any company wanting somebody that goes beyond their job responsibilities to. Make the visit a great experience. Todays visit was great, Paul was very helpful and as always my interaction with many other associates was very pleasant, to name a few, Marlin at checkout, Nancy in plumbing, lady did at checkout and jewels.

The Home depot always has a great availability of products both in the store and online. You can pick up in the store,order online or even have products delivered to your home. Also the employees are always very helpful and accommodating.

This stores handling of the pandemic is shockingly poor. I put a pickup order in at 8 AM at noon it had not been filled so I cancelled it and went to the store. Waited in line for 30 minutes to get into the store before I had to leave due to time restrictions. Put in a second order at 1 PM and it still was not completed at 7:30. Went to the store and found a line to checkout all the way across the store. I left, and went to Lowes. Was in and out of the store in 10 minutes...Why is home depot so bad?

They had most of what I needed but their electrical department is kind of a mess things are not in a proper order to find them easily you sometimes have to search behind stuffed to get what you want

If you need help dont go to this place is the worst place. sometimes you need help and you need to wait for like a half hour because nobody want to help you. and sometimes the people who helped you they know less like you. I prefer go to the one in plaistow or Salem New.

I usually go to a different HD but this one had everything I needed in stock for a pick up. It took 5 days for my order to be ready, with no notification that it would take this long. Once my order was ready, they called to tell me some of it couldnt be fulfilled because now those items were out of stock. Frustrating. More frustrating that the next day when I went to pick up my order, the items they said were out were fully supplied. Now I had to pick up my order in one spot and go pay for the extra items in another. Even more frustrating was they couldnt find my order and had to re-pick the items. While doing so, they found my order. I did a pick up to spend less time in the store and ended up spending even more time than I would have if I had just gone inside and got my items on my own. I will not be using this HD again.

Young lady in the blinds dept is very friendly and curtious and knowledgeable with her dept. She waited on customer after customer with a smile and quickly waited on the next still smiling and making us all feel like we were important to her job!

Very upset with my experience with home Depot handling the covid-19 situation. This store in particular was very bad because we called to pick up our online order (which was placed three days prior to going to pick it up) and they made us wait in the parking lot for over an hour. I talked to several employees to check on the status, and no one did. They sent us an email saying that the order was complete and that we picked it up, which we did not. I finally gave up and went into the store to ask directly and it turns out that they misplaced the order. Misplaced it, and said that it was brought out to us in their system. This whole event took an hour and 20 minutes to pick up 3 small items. Definitely going to Lowes next time

Worst experience in a Home Depot in my life. I used to work for the company, Im ashamed to say that. bike rentals, dont go through contracts with you properly. Brushed you out the door. Then the manager comes and basically just tells you it is what it is. I will continue to write these reviews until somebody from this establishment that is professional and has some sense of good customer service gets back with me. Until then I will continue to tell all in the Merrimack valley or a crapping from depo this is

I need to pick up some Pellets for my grill.they only had 1 bag,but thats what I needed. Employees were very helpful. They have a wide selection of BBQ supplies. Very nice setup.

Was greeted in the isle by one of the many helpful employees. I choose this store as my favorite in the area. Just for the service. Worth the extra 2 minute drive from my house. I could go to the other guys but they dont even come close to the level of service you get here.

I often compare prices online before buying, and Home Depot is usually lower than Amazon and Walmart, and far lower than other hardware/home improvement stores. The staff are knowledgable about the items in their departments, but will admit if something isnt their area of expertise. I enjoy being able to get everything I need for my home projects in one place.

I had an emergency at home. (No heat) and i needed a part for my furnace. I drove to the store but they had already closed. I called the manager and explained my situation to him. He was so kind and took care of me. Thanks so much home Depot.!! Keep up the good work.

Always 100 people working but no one ever around to assist. Waited 20min for help after they paged multiple times and left. You lost out on a $7k sale and I will not be back. Go to the one in Salem NH, better customer service

If you plan on needing any specific cuts of wire, good luck. Their electrical department sales associate is never to be found even after being paged multiple times.
