Been going here for my car maintenance for 5 years, since I moved to Methuen. Im 40 years old and Ive lived in a lot of places and owned a lot of cars. Ive never had a garage Im happier to go to than this one.This group is a family of mechanics, they talk straight, they price fair, and theyve always got a friendly face. I trust them. They tell you it going to be an hour wait for an inspection sticker. Yet there are people that came after me getting oil changed and inspection sticker getting it done faster, while I wait for two hours. Also, they seem shady always trying to upsell and thing need to be fixed on their customers. I left without an inspection sticker, and wont recommend this establishment to anyone.

Went for a oil change, in 15 minutes I was out good service.

I had to fix the starter on my car. Got it towed there around noon and they were done by the time they closed. Very convenient considering I had to work the next day. Coming here next time for sure.P.S. As a female I appreciate not having to be jipped for other services. I went to pay at the counter expecting to pay more but I was pleasantly surprised.

Came here in hope of trying to finally pass my inspection sticker. Came in because I was quoted over the phone almost $200 less than another shop for replacing my exhaust parts needed for my emissions light. Dropped it off in the morning and everything was done that day, and now I can drive with a good inspection sticker! Will definitely be back more often, and appreciate the great service!

Even better was the comfortable, clean, spacious waiting area with TV and coffee and water available (I had coffee with me but another customer said it was good coffee). Will use them whenever needed.

The thing that stood out to both my roommate and I on Google was actually the way that the owner responded to a very vocal negative review; they took the time to address the customer without condescension and show that they cared about that person. That same customer service carries over to in person interactions. Ive been through a few times now for oil changes and stickers. Everyone is always friendly, their lobby is squeaky clean, theyve got a fridge for customers to have free bottled water, and Im in and out quite fast. Their prices are affordable, and I really do believe they are earnest mechanics which is hard to find. If you can get yourself a tech who is honest, fair, and quality, they are worth their weight in gold. This place checks all of those boxes for me.

We really like this place weve gone here bunch of times since its opened its new location is much larger than the old one. the key for my wife is they are not constantly trying to upsell you for stuff that you dont really need. theyre honest in telling you what you need and if you can put it off a little longer.. as well as things you might want to consider fixing in the future... The lobby is clean and smells nice they offer coffee donuts and bottled water... Doesnt smell like a used oil pan.

Came here yesterday with grinding noise coming from my car. I was TERRIFIED because everytime I hit the brakes, it would make this terrible noise. The place was super busy, so I walked to the front desk. I met Jay, absolutely terrific guy. He was nice, welcoming, and so helpful. Even though it was wicked busy, he pulled my car right in, checked my brakes and told me what I needed. The price was great and he told me he would fixed it RIGHT AWAY. What shop does that?? Normally, anyshop Id go to, they would make me wait a week in advance, just for an oil change!! I cant stress enough how much these guys took care of me. Got me out of there with enough time to make it to my job. Never going to another repair shop again

My engine light had been on for a year with an expired inspection, I had brought the car to the toyota dealership so many times I was actually about to trade it in, somehow I stumbled across them looking for an inspection sticker where I met the owner Hamid he explained to me how the car wouldnt pass and that he felt very confident he could fix it, at first I was like yeah right! But it was my last bet I thought Id give them a go.
