The sales associates that I asked questions to were very helpful and the cashier was courteous and kind. All of them made you feel like they wanted you in the store and wanted to help anyone who needed/wanted help.

Well organized and had plenty of registers open. Had a slight smell inside but I assume it was from them cleaning which is a good thing.

Iv been to a lot of targets from all around the states... and Iv liked them all! But I have to say this target is the worst place I have ever been to... some of the employees are rude and always giving off a spoil attitude the manger obviously doesn’t care much for the store... and it shows ... they have try to sell products that are Already spoiled or open and damaged.... really bad customer service as well... and very slow paced place... almost looks like a broken down ghost town. I wouldn’t even give this store a star.

It is usually very easy to get in find your items and be out very fast.

This is exactly what you would expect from a Target store. Its layout is identical to the Wilmington location. Bathrooms are clean and stock is maintained. Plenty of red shirts around if you need assistance.

By far worst target I have ever been to. Customer service is terrible whether you are face to face or trying to get a hold of any department over the phone. Not only that have done a few drive up pick up orders and something always seems to be missing. Since they don’t pick up any phone calls there has been time I’ve had to call corporate just to get my money refunded. Sad because this is my local Target but I just rather take the drive and go else where. The store is clearly missing a leader who can properly manage this location.

I have attempted to call the store multiple times over the past hour to check up on my order and have had no employee answer the phone. This is ridiculous.

They had a smooth process of checking the location of product I wanted and due to the pandemic I anticipated a long line to checkout, but the cashiers were moving right along. I like that they call the next in line to their register. All other stores just have lines stacking up closer. I appreciate that.

I found the public bathroom to be in poor conditions. The toilet seats need to be replaced, some look terribly worn out and peeling plastic from the seat. Not to mention the hygiene of the place is poor. The bathroom was just so dirty and smelly. I judge a place by how clean they keep the bathrooms and this place gave me the impression that they dont care.

The entire process of buying and getting at the store (drive through) was so easy and fast! Great Job!

Spanish-speaking employee (his English was excellent) at check out who went out of his way to ensure check out went above and beyond fine. He was extremely polite and helpful with loading my cart after bagging the items and called the manager over to price check an item that had been misrepresented with signage in store. That manager was rude and all over the place (rude to me and to the employee), just not a nice person. The employee at register ensured that I was sent off with a smile and a good day, despite the rude manager. It has been a long while since I have encountered such a nice clerk as this young man at the register and I am sure he will soon enough move up the ranks, as he should.

In the beginning of the virus, Target employees treated me like I had the plague. A month later they were great and have remained so.

I was being helped out by an associate in electronics and trying to make small talk because I saw that he was stressed out and I was trying to get him out of his mind when the SD (Store director) came up to the both of us and started talking to me and him in a disrespectful way... I went in to buy a computer and wanted to know some of the specs but instead she kicked me out for “preventing him from doing his job” would definitely not come back.

A lovely person answered the phone at Target today and gave me above and beyond help! i want to be this persons friend.. they were that awesome! Took the feelings I had about target right away! I recently walked an hour to an interview with my 4 year old in a stroller to have an interview and they turned me away. Not a great thing to bring your child to an interview, I realize, but I wish I had at least been given an opportunity to say that to someone. That is all! Thank you, Alex!! Youre great!!!!

The customer service is the most important reason. The pharmacist, Sri, that helped me today was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I was given the correct medication. She spoke with me when I went to pick up my metformin and explained the prescription was different from when I picked it up the last time. I was so happy she caught the change made by my doctors office. She stated that she would call on Monday to straighten it out with my doctor. She was informative, kind, and caring. I have watched as the pharmacists and techs at the CVS in Target work diligently and with such care and concern for all their customers during this incredible difficult time. Thank you to all them!!!

It took like 20 minutes for them to locate my item. Customer rep looked one spot couldn’t find then instructed another associate to go out back to locate and told if couldn’t find then to just get off floor. Another associate came back looked right up front where first associate looked and found it. I could have got it right off floor quicker

Managers very immature especially the manager ty I went too electronics too buy some headphones customers are allowed to check out at the register in electronics so when I went their she recognized me from a seasonal position I had and lets say while I was sales associate their she had a vendetta against me for no reason so when I go and check out she tells the electronics employee too not charge me out that I had too go in front of the store but the lady behind me was charged out and so was the man behind her that was very unnecessary and unprofessional never going back again how can you trust a store that has immature people in charge

This Target is clean, well stocked and you can usually find what you are looking for without help. For some reason, the store seems a lot bigger than it should be, and has somewhat of a creepy vibe. It doesnt help that the store is close to empty whenever I have shopped there. Also, they have like 20 cash registers, but there are only 2-3 cashiers on at a time.

This is a bag of coffee that expired in Aug 2017 that was found in Jan 2018.

Remembered at the last hour that my 4yrs old daughter needed an outfit for school. Called the stores and CS transfered me to the right department and a gentleman whom I forgot his name unfortunately answered the phone very professional and found me the item I was desperately looking for. Quick run to target at late night hours was a success because of his help.

I really like this Target. Has plenty of parking and wide isles. The staff and pricing needs help . Found items priced wrong and could use more staff. But over all good store.

Went to the store last night to purchase a Google Home Mini. After quickly finding it and buying it, the woman at the register tried to remove the security device off the box. After she was unable to do so, a guy tried. He was unable to do so and brought it to the customer service area and had a 3rd person try. After this and many minutes later, I told the woman I needed to get going and would need to return it if she cant figure it out. She ignored me and gave it a 4th employee. I explained again that I needed to go and that if she cant get the security device off in 30 seconds I will need to return it. Once again, I was ignored. After a minute went by, I told her to just return it, but was once again ignored. I had to raise my voice and tell them to stop and to just return it and give me back my money.Please teach your employees how to remove those security devices off your merchandise.

Always has everything I need and friendly staff.

Target is one of my favorite stores. I rarely leave the store without getting something. Items from their clearance racks make up a large portion of my clothing, houseware and even food items. They have an in store pharmacy, CVS, which makes the store a one stop destination.

Target has many products that I use, and for reasonable prices. Since Market Basket has discontinued Dannon Fat Free Plain Yogurt, Ive had to rely on Target for this product.

OH MY GOD, I love this place !!! They have the best clothes for kids and adults. (Plus they usually have a specials on the back ). In my option target has great deals for clothes.

I like shopping at Target however this particular store in Methuen is completely OFF my list to shop at moving forward. The last few times I have been to this location, the service has been horrible. Very poor customer service desk experience one time and this last time double charged for items.

Went it to do some audits for work . The Lady in electronics. Was cussing up a storm in from of guests . Saying the N word and fuc* like ever 2 seconds . Im a professional at work and I expect the same from target employees. The lady was very rude and not helpful . She mentioned its her first TV she sold so she must be newer . Target please have a convo with this employee.

Needed 4 rolls of quarters. Banks were closed due to holiday. Called Walmart and Stop & Shop across the street. They said no. Shayna (sp?) at Target said yes. The overall culture is much more friendly and community oriented at Target.Go Target!

Rude and incompetent Hispanic pregnant women who jerked me around after waiting on me.Right after asking me what my purpose was she left me and waited on another customer who was returning numerouse baby clothes.2 other employees were just standing around doing nothing so I asked if one of them could help me and they said no because she started to wait on me and they didnt want to butt in.After taking care of the returns the clerk left the counter area and was gone for a minute or so before coming back to me and retrieving my online order.I will not use yourservice or your store going forward.

Update: EVERYONE CHECK EXPIRATION DATES. Seriously Target, the only way you must be getting away with this is probably because people are too distracted by Chipotle across the street. The last 3 times I was there ALL of BOTH brands of organic eggs had expired over 3 weeks before. One pack was so damaged it had leaked and cemented the one below to the rack. Half of the cheeses are still expired (mostly Sargento). I really dont get how this is going on even since the expired food comes out with dates earlier than the unexpired ones I bought weeks before. Seriously, PLEASE fix this. Lawrence and Methuen have the lowest average household incomes in this part of the state. Stop & Shop across the street is a rip off and barely any better quality. Low to medium income people have relied on your business. Its not fair to sell them food they may not notice is expired until they get home.OK for most shopping and some decent deals. The only complaint is about the food section which often has expired food both in the refrigerated sections and the non-perishable sections. Advice: in most departments, especially beauty, health, and cleaning supplies you can find some pretty good deals especially if you check out the Cartwheel App. For food, check ALL expiration dates even things you normally wouldnt think to. For example for 6 months or so the fig newtons and tazo chai tea lattes stayed on shelves despite being expired and the sargento cheezes were also expired for several months. They all even disappeared from shelves for several weeks and then reappeared with expired products again until finally getting new products.
