We made Polo Shirts and embroider our logo for our staff uniform with Royal printing and it came out perfect. I went in person to the factory received excellent customer service and Guy was very helpful throughout the process picking the shirts and optimizing the logo. Customer service was horrible, would hardly respond back to emails. They never reached out to me to tell me my order was done, I had to reach out to them to see what was going on. The logos on some of my t shirts were off and they would not reprint them for me or give me discount for the mistake created on their end.

Quality of work is wonderful. The owner is very helpful and will guide you through your order and even help with the designs. Also very quick turnaround from when you order to when its ready.

I had a few ideas and they gave me a number of creative options to choose from. I recently made a run up to there production facility. Literally the best experience! I called one place before them (terrible) and didn’t call anyone after I spoke with Guy. He was super professional, gave me all the details I needed right away. I sent him my drawing for our company logo and his graphic designer made it look exactly as it should! (It’s on our IG @Bbtheating_cooling if you would like to see how amazing they did, Tshirts and all) I didn’t need to go back-and-forth with him at all to fix anything it was perfection! Our shirts are beautiful they came very fast and anytime I need anything done they are going to be the first people that I call!
