It hasnt changed much since the last time. Thousands of items packed in. The aisles are narrow.The whole setup is not very appetizing but because our low. It is in a stripper right off some major roads with plenty of free parking. The people who work there are very Nice but not too many people either customers or customer service.The area that the store is located is ugly they make no efforts to make the place pleasant and appetizing both inside and outside. I understand that theyre trying to lower the prices but this is ridiculous. And if you look at my pictures youll see how and appetizing the store is.But if you dont care about anything else its the place to go to for discounted items

Awesome place, great electronics and discounts, very low prices for the location and when I needed to return any items it was quick and easy.

Went with my 5yr nephew and he found toys that he loved.

We called ahead to see if they had an item and they quickly informed us that they did have it in stock. We drove right over and the woman that checked us out turned out to be the one we talked to on the phone. I believe her name was Marta? She was just as friendly in person as on the phone. Shes a great employee and even better person.

Although the pricing is decent, the store is like ridiculously dirty. Id give it at least another star if it were clean, because i really do not dislike this store. Its probably the best place one can find clothes hangers.

Big Lots has great couches . I recently bought a couch from here and I have to say its AMAZING . The price is better than other local stores. I was looking for an affordable couch around Methuen and I couldnt find a place that would beat the price.

Honestly, the aestetic of the store needs work. Its cluttered and quite unorganized. In regards to customer service, they were all delightful! Our trip there was made to be limited stress and we left very happy .The furniture associate Carlos was awesome!
