We hired Hi-Tech for new window installation and vinyl siding. It was a big job. There were a few instances where I had to check on or remind the workers to make sure specific items were getting done and to make sure certain details were not missed but we were overall very happy with the end result. The windows look beautiful, siding looks great and the house got a much needed face lift. Nick was very responsive and professional. Eric was helpful and knowledgeable. We plan to use Hi-Tech for future projects.

We hired Hi-Tech to install vinyl siding on our raised ranch house, and I cant express enough how impressed we were with their service, from beginning to end.Jared (the project consultant) took time on three different occasions to come out to our house and answer our questions, and we never felt the least bit rushed in our conversations or to make decisions.It turned out that our order had some custom pieces, and Nick (production manager) kept us informed as to the status and delighted us with the news that the materials we were waiting 10-12 weeks on came in early, so the project started quite a bit earlier than we were expecting as well. Nick also responded quickly and thoroughly when we had questions during the installation itself.Luis (the installation lead) and his team are artists and perfectionists. Nick and his crew were very professional and courteous. We needed work done on the trim of our home and porch. They were here when they said they would, kept checking to make sure we were happy with everything, made sure they cleaned up each day and nothing was ever a mess. The house is over 100 years old so I’m sure it wasn’t as easy a job as it could have been on a newer home but they did an excellent job and we are very happy with the work. It took forever from start to finish to get our windows done. But they did a good job and the workers were very nice. Like 6 months ! Good work and fair price however. (Windows were sitting in our garage for 2 months so can’t blame it on product delays)

HiTech removed our old clapboard siding and replaced with vinyl siding. We could not be more pleased with the results. The crew worked long days and our entire house was resided in 4.5 days, including replacement of 30 sheets of rotten plywood at both gable ends of our house. I just had my roof replaced by HiTech Windows & Siding, and I could not be happier. Bill, the owner, was the sales rep- he came to the house and measured the roof and showed the options to me and my wife. He explained everything and gave us all the options. We decided on Certainteed Landmark Charcoal Black. The price was competitive- we had other prices and theirs was right in the middle. We were a bit afraid of the cheap guy.The crew was great. Saul and his guys were efficient, clean and skilled. They worked 8am to 5pm straight and it was fairly cold- they were ready for doing this in December. They draped the house with tarps so there was no damage to the siding. They clearly had a system for this. The whole thing was done in 2 1/2 days, and if you walked the yard right now, you couldnt tell they had ever been here. No mess at all...nothing.Im very happy with the job that was done by HiTech and would recommend them to anyone. Ive uploaded some photos to show the progress of the work and the end result.

Bill Chase, owner and president, and Bill Hayes, installation manager, are two first class professionals. They know the window business, they listen to what you want, and they review the job site and come up with a great solution. I chose to work with Hi Tech for three primary reasons: (a) they could provide the 8 foot wide simulated divided lite (SDL) window I needed when others offered lower quality and unsatisfactory solutions; (b) they earned my trust with their knowledge and professionalism; and (c) they were very cost competitive. We had a clean and rapid installation, and my living room is warmer and more comfortable as a result. Office staff is helpful, too. Be sure to talk with them and give them a chance to compete for your project!

This is actually my second review Im writing for Hi Tech. I ended up deleting the first review, which essentially said that I couldnt rate their service because they never contacted me back when I inquired about a quote. Because of that review, they ended up contacting me, so I deleted it. But this lack of communication becomes a common theme.We hired Hi Tech back in August to do several things on our new home which was in pretty rough shape externally when we bought it. We needed new siding, a new sliding door, new gutters, new window shades, and removing an external door and putting up a wall. All of these things they said they would do, and these services were included in the quote we got.They did the siding first, as expected, in September. This was before we moved in, but we were often at the house working on things. The workers were Brazilian, but so is my wife, and she made clear to them that if they had any questions, they could ask her. This was not done, and they made a lot of choices based on assumptions of what wed want. Were new home owners, so there were several things we werent yet acquainted with in the home, but they never asked for our input. So there were things they did that will need to be undone because we didnt know they were going to do it.The door they removed had a wall put up, externally. Half of the job was done because we werent at our house so they could not get inside to finish. However, there was no effort made to schedule with us a time to finish it. No concern was raised. The space is still this way. We were led to believe that the sheet rock and mudding would be done. When we talked to someone recently, they said they could only do one coat of mud and that we would have to do the rest ourselves. To us, that is an incomplete job.The siding and gutters were done in a timely fashion. Then we didnt hear anything. We paid them the second of three payment, with even a bit extra. So with only the siding and gutters done, we paid over 2/3 of what we owed.Then we heard nothing. They said they were waiting on the sliding door to arrive to do the rest of the stuff. I understand that things are very slow moving right now, but we waited over a month to even HEAR anything. The door was not installed until December 3rd. Apparently we were waiting on the shudders to arrive from the manufacturer, but that was not made clear. After the door was done, they wanted to charge us the rest of what we owed for all the work, even though all the work was not yet done. We refused and were able to negotiate that we will pay the quoted amount for the door. We still owe them some money, but they owe us a lot more work. We continue to hear nothing unless we call to complain, which we dont like to do.We had also asked for some repairs to the flashing on the chimney. Bill has told me now that they dont generally do work on chimneys. That makes sense, but my wife and I both remember that they would take care of it. We were not quoted for this, though, at least.I dont believe they are trying to scam us, but the amount of stuff that has slipped through the cracks and the lack of communication with us means I cant leave a good review. This review would be lower, but the work they have done is good. And they try to remedy their mistakes.

Hi Tech was one of 3 companies which gave estimates for our windows, roof and gutters. We highly recommend Hi Tech. First of all, we had a consultation and then project presentation with Jared. Options and pricing options explained to fit our budget. As this was our first project, signing the contract was a big step, however, the amount of information provided and detail of the work to be done, I was confident and trusting in Hi-Tech. Next phase was a visit for measurement and scope of work. Nick and Joe came out and I knew we made the right choice. Based on the their expertise, some of the work scope changed and was handled, professionally and fairly, Nick lead the crews, and his lead for the roof, Renam, did a great job, cleaning the area, securing the roof overnight, during one of the worst storms this fall. Roof complete, Nick and Manny had the job of window replacement on the coldest day in 100 years. No problem, the work professionally done, area cleaned, and everything buttoned up day one. All the crews were skilled, polite and efficient.Nick was there to answer questions, address any concerns and make sure we were happy 100% of the time. We found a window pane crack in one of the sashes a couple of days after the install. Nick immediately responded, and ordered a replacement. Confidence, in a company that will be here a long time, proficient and professional crews, quality work, excellent customer service. The quality of the windows is outstanding, as we live on a main road, the noise has decreased a good 50% and our heat is no longer running constantly. Roof and trim work look great and we look forward to the next project with Hi-Tech. Thank you Hi-Tech for a job well done.

Hi Tech is good enough if youre a house flipper or a slumlord doing siding on a tenement building.Bill Sr. is the best salesman Ive ever met. He led me to believe that an experienced, well trained crew would do the install.The sub-contracted crew Hi Tech sent out to do my siding project was just awful. They clearly didnt know how to properly install Tyvek, foam board insulation, and vinyl siding. The foam boards on the front of the house werent taped on the seams. By the time they reached the back of the house they found the tape and used it in a few areas.All the doors and windows were supposed to have a full wrap, according to the contract I signed. But my side door has J channel up to the wood brick-mold. Thats not what I paid for. Nick, the project manager blew off that concern.Ive had to call them back 3 times so far in the 4 months since they finished the install to fix siding that was falling off the building. Each time the workmanship of the repair was a sloppy kludge. My most recent attempts at contacting them have gone unanswered. Clearly, theyve moved on and no longer are interested in me as a customer.As the temperature rises, Im afraid more siding will fall off due to their poor workmanship.BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT HIRE Hi Tech for any siding project.

Mr. Chase wanted to meet on Saturday due to my husband having to work I explained to Mr Chase that if he could Email me the estimate that would be great. It is now Saturday and have heard nothing even after I sent a message still no reply. So, I will not be using this company for lack of response.

Hi Tech folks were great to work with. I personally worked with Jared D. and got estimates for two projects in southern NH. The estimates were very reasonable and detailed and Jared provided some worthy suggestions. Work was performed on my home when they said they would and they did what they said they were going to do. They were very careful as to not damage any shrubbery around the yard and thoroughly cleaned the area when completed. I am completely satisfied and no complaints to date....

The team was great. Polite, professional and went out of their way to be sure I was satisfied with everything. We hit a few snags, and they took care of each and every one of them. Nice to deal with responsible contractors. The job just completed today. Quite a bit of work...22 windows, three sliders, and three doors. Nice product. Ive noticed a 2 degree difference already! There was an issue with the manufacturer...they sent two wrong windows, and one wrong slider. Extra caution should be taken to avoid this type of issue.

Hi Tech is an extremely well run organization, top to bottom. From President Bill Chase, Nick Painten (Production Manager), Julie (front office operations), Bill McGurn (Operations Manager) and the Hi Tech crew, the entire team is outstanding. Bill Chase took the time up front to provide a rundown of the services, materials and an estimate. Hes very personable, competent and professional. As the work was in progress, Nick made several trips to check the overall project quality and asked if there were any questions or problems each time. And upon completion, Bill Chase followed up with a phone call to see if we were happy with the work. The Company is extremely responsive, always. The siding and window crew, the electrician and gutter teams are professional, courteous, detailed and very hard working. The home is a large, 1850s Mansard colonial with plenty of detail- 10 dormered windows and fancy trim. The men replicated the detail to perfection, replacing all rotted trim and crown molding with PVC, which looks exactly like wood, but is weather and rot proof. The crew worked from 7:30 AM to just shy of dark, and cleaned up meticulously at the end of each day. Got plenty of compliments from passers by even before the work was completed. My wife and I couldnt be happier.

My house was sided in 2009 during the winter months and done well with peak professionalism. Recently, Hi Tech Windows installed a front entry door in ONE day. We had all windows replaced in our home plus 2 doors. All in all the job was done efficiently and the windows/doors came out great. I would have given 5 stars but we were quoted a 1day job that turned into 3. Some of the molding put back on was cracked, but was made right in the end (I’m glad I spoke up or it would have been left that way) I would highly recommend this company. They worked really hard and in the worst weather conditions and got the job done!

We have used HI Tech on many occasions to have windows installed, and they also vinyl sided our (concrete & stucco) house and their products and workmanship is excellent. Bill Chase worked on personal proposal and gave us three options. We went with higher rated windows. Put in slider to replace French doors and new window configuration in kitchen. In all 16 windows and French doors replaced. Bill made great suggestions and we are very pleased with everything. They team came in and completed all work in one day. We are thrilled! My husband and I needed to do significant work on our home. We reviewed and interviewed 5 companies to perform the work.Our project was to-Replace the roof-Remove the wood siding and replace with Hardie Board-remove and replace gutter-replace windows and patio sliderWe choose Hi-Tech.Everyone we worked with were knowledgeable and professional.Jarod, our sales rep took significant time to walk us through the process and outline the optionsTim Wicks, the project manager was totally professional following through on every question on concern we had throughout the project. He encouraged me to email weekly my list of open issue to ensure we were both on the same page. I always had a way to get in touch with someone to discuss any concerns I may have.The project team we fabulous. Arrived 7AM every day and worked until 6:30PM every evening. The team cleaned up the site every night. I had another company that was doing some other work at the same time and the Hi-Tech team would clean up after team as well !When the work was finish my house looked fabulous ! Four years ago, Hi-Tech Windows and Siding replaced 12 bay windows on the back of our condo building. This was a job which other contractors were afraid of because it was somewhat technically difficult, but Hi-Tech stepped up confidently with a very reasonable estimate and a much simpler and more affordable approach to the job than the other contractors had come up with. This is evidence of many years of experience and lots of knowledge. They were extremely professional and completed the job in the estimated time and on budget. Four years later, we are still very satisfied with their work - everything looks great and there have been no issues.In fact, we hired them again a year and a half ago to replace all the siding on the building. Once again, they came up with the most comprehensive estimate and one of the most reasonable prices. Bill Chase also had very knowledgable suggestions about where we could save some money without sacrificing appearance and quality. This was very helpful since we are operating on a condo association budget. Also, after stripping the old siding from the building, they identified some rot in the sheathing in the back corner of the building from an old roof leak. Second time I used Hi-Tech, 1st was windows about six weeks ago, great job love the windows. Today I had a 9 foot patio door installed. It was heavy! The guys worked non- stop, took great care of my hardwood floors and deck area. They installed it, made sure doors all worked, cleaned the area and took away the debris. Very satisfied with this crew and their work ethic.

The crew Hi-Tech sent out to complete our siding was extremely professional. Edwin, Joe and Tim worked to complete our window and siding project in a timely fashion. The work that was complete was very high quality.

Very nice to deal with. Doors took a long time to be installed workmanship was poor and required several return trips to fix. They tried to resolve my concerns but never did. A lot of money not to be satisfied.

I recently had my roof replaced by HiTech Windows and Siding. I couldn’t be more pleased. From my initial meeting with Bill Chase through the completion of the installation, I can only say, it was a pleasure to work with this highly professional company. Each step of the installation was explained to me and all questionable had were explained to me in a professional, respectful manner. I was made to feel like a true member of the HiTech Team. On the scheduled day of the installation, the crew arrived “bright and early” working into the evening to complete the job. The installation team treated my wife and me courteously and with respect. When the job was completed my yard was completely cleaned. I cannot speak more highly of HiTech Windows and Siding. My wife and I agree, it was the best decision we made, having HiTech do this installation for us. In our opinion there is No company around that comes close to their professionalism and workmanship.

I overall feel like I paid too much for the quality of work that Hi-Tech provided. I had them do 2 projects at the same time at my house - replace 20 windows with new construction windows, and install hardie siding.During the install of the windows, the subcontracted crew removed the bottom nailing flange from all windows. I am not sure why, and did not realize until a hi-tech window installer came. He was not impressed that they were removed, and called the project manager. After that conversation, I was told to make sure I caulk around all the windows because the breeze will come right in - obviously not something you want to hear with brand new windows.For the siding piece, there were multiple issues, some of them resolved, and some of them becoming clear after having more time to inspect things. They replaced all of the drip edging, and it honestly looks poorly done - wavy and not very professional looking. The shingles where the old drip edge was removed, some have damage. A piece of drip edge was falling off and I had to go up and re-nail it. The flashing they installed in where the roof meets and exterior wall is overlapped with the bottom piece being over the top piece.For the amount of money spent on the project, I think I should have found a different company to do the project. it took over 6 months from the time we signed up until the finish, and the finishes were less than perfect, requiring me to resolve issues on my own.

Dont be fooled by other reviews,Im sure they were written by friends and family.maybe Im wrong maybe theyve had a few satisfied customers, its just hard to believe.These guys wanted to charge $1000 per window.as far as scope of work thats 2 hrs labor at most and the window.Just sad really,way too much for a 3 to 4 hundred dollar window......

We just had 15 double hung windows, a bay window, and a patio door installed. Couldnt be happier. The installers​ were fast, polite, and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Hi Tech for any replacement window project.

My father hired hi tech the summer he was leaving to move away. He hired hi tech in may, payed a good sized deposit at the same time. Hi tech didnt send one guy to his house until October after several angry phone calls reminding the contractor about a contract he signed to be there in spring. When they finally showed up they were supposed to receive trim windows and exterior trim and replace all the sophet vents. They retained only a couple of the windows they were supposed too and then challenged us saying we didnt pay for the others. Meanwhile there was still a substantial pile of trim left in the driveway to put up. And after the window argument they never touched our sophet vents. We have birds and bats in the attic coming through the vents. Hi tech took advantage of us and then when we challenged them the contractor ignored us for the last year and a half. Will not do work with him tech again, and will make sure no one I know does either.

HiTech installed vinyl siding for us 15 years ago, and it still looks new. We had one occasion when we had to replace several lengths of siding. HiTech came quickly, and replaced the siding, matching it perfectly. The company provides excellent service and high quality work. I highly recommend this company.

We used Hi Tech last year to replace aging siding on our meet purchased home. We initially chose them after seeing thier work elsewhere in the neighborhood. Everything from the initial sale to completion of the job went smoothly. We were able to see exactly how our home would look with Hardie Board (we used Evening Blue) which was also a nice touch! Tim, the foreman, was so easy to work with, very responsive and communicative when there were issues. He even came by a year later to check out some concerns I had!!! The job was done in the estimated timeframe thanks to the hard work of the crew. Our neighbors even complimented that the crew was very respectful, tidy, and quiet. Weall certainly invite them back to have another proposal for some more work!

I had to reschedule, so, instead of sending the owner, they sent a BOY to my house. As I started telling this BOY what I needed to have done, the BOY would question EVERY statement that I had made. Furthermore, he made comments that led me to ask him, Are you being a wise-ass? Looks to me that he knows more about MY HOUSE than I, given his ONE minute of being onsite...or perhaps, he thought that I (being a WOMAN homeowner) have no clue? Unprofessional, RUDE, DISrespectful, OFFENSIVE, etc. EVERY NEGATIVE adjective in the dictionary cannot express what I feel about my experience with this company.
