Not as good and varied as I recall from visiting years ago. It seems like they have taken the path of mass production over quality production and it shows in the flavor, texture and prices. I wish they could turn back time and get back to the great customer service, amazing pies and atmosphere of that long forgotten roadside family farm stand.

I usually like Mann’s, but for the past several years I have purchased peaches which I presume have been stored in the refrigerator after picking which made them mealy and disgusting. They looked beautiful on the outside but as soon as you cut them or bite them it is nasty. So I guess I will stick with apples from Mann’s until they stop storing their fresh peaches in the fridge and ruining them. :(

My grandchildren love it when I bring them unicorn (colored) bagels from Mann Orchard. While I’m there I always add several other items to my basket. I just stopped there to get some but there were none out. I asked at the bakery and a young girl informed me there were none defrosted. I said I would be glad to take them like that. Then she told me they were much too busy to bag them. Really? How long does it take to put 4 bagels in a plastic bag? Needless to say I did not purchase the other items I had. Seeing as their prices are quite high, I would think they would go out of their way to help their customers.

Excellent pies here. Absolutely love their banana cream pie. Tried it once and keep coming back for more. Even though we are 4 1/2 hours away!

Produce was pricey. We bought baked goods, produce and coleslaw.The staff were all very friendly, except the bakery person who was irritable and did not use gloves/ utensils . She grabbed our Bakery items with her bare hands and seems put off having to assist customers.The produce was excellent, but the coleslaw was fair. This is a nice place for atmosphere, but what you bring home, is mediocre in my opinion.

I usually love their produce - apples, tomatoes, plums, peaches, beans, corn, and the marinated meats, but the peaches this year and last year were mealy, pithy, and with no flavor. I have thrown out more peaches than eaten.

Lunches are great, ice cream shop is great. I love this place! Baked goods, gift baskets and gluten free baked goods.

The pies are PHENOMENAL!!!!! Some of the staff could be friendlier. Especially during the holiday hustle and bustle. Ive oftened encountered some staff that could use a course in public relations. Again I say some of the staff. Some are as sweet as apple pie. Which I highly recommend by the way. Traditional favorites as well. All around exceptional quality market.

Shop here on a weekly basis. Their pies are the best anywhere. We go there specifically to purchase Nashoba Brook 🍞. Everything you decide to purchase here is a Win-Win! Produce is always crisp and fresh. Highly recommend!

Mann Apple Orchard is a Methuen staple. The prices are reasonable, the prepared food is great and they have a nice variety of produce. They grow all their own apples too! One word of caution, however, the women who work behind the pastry/kitchen counter are extremely testy, mean and cold. That wont prevent me from going here but dont order something and expect to be treated with kindness or friendliness. Overall, I still love this place as I have been going since I was a child.

Their pies are delicious, and they have a lot of flavors to choose from. Manns has a pretty large produce section, but I think some of their prices are a bit high. They also have a medium selection of prepared food, such as salads and noodles, as well as pouches of uncooked marinated beef and chicken. On average, their help is pleasant and helpful, even during the holiday pie rush.In the past few years, theyve added a small external stand with ice cream, etc. Ive never tried it, so I cant recommend/not recommend it. I doubt its made on site, though. A lot of small ice cream stands around here get their frozen treats from Richardsons, but I dont know if Manns does.Manns also has a small cafe, which has daily soup and sandwich specials, among other foods.Handicapped accessible.

Bought lunch there for the first time, had the Friday special, a wrap sandwich filled with haddock and lettuce, it was great !!!

Food is great... too bad I can’t say the same for the staff. I’ve been here three times and never had a positive experience at the bakery... the women working there seem so miserable. I have tried three times because I love their baked goods and each time my experience is worse than the last... why are they so angry?? No greeting. Dirty looks... today I wasn’t even done ordering before she packs my stuff and hands it to me to walk away and I’m there like “ can I add something else or are you too busy?” Three strikes you’re out... I won’t be back 😞

The pies are so good! Ive had the blueberry and burgundy. Looking forward to trying the cherry and strawberry rhubarb next time. The chocolate chip cookies are also delicious.

I didnt realise how well stocked this little farm stand is. They had plenty of fresh veggies fresh made pies, and delicious homemade peanut butter. Surprisingly they also sell wine, beer, and spirits. The scones we got were delicious and they even have some ready for the oven flat bread pizzas. Great place and family run will definitely go back for more pies.

A local favorite. Where else can you get 25 lbs of garden tomatoes for $16 at seasons end??Their specialty is an apple cream pie! An apple pie with the center portion of the top crust removed and a huge dollop of cream applied and the crust top put back on. Yummy!!

Not many country style markets in the area and this is by far the best.

Mann Orchard offers a variety of fresh made and ready to prepare options all with the freshest ingredients. Service was fast and the associates were friendly and helpful. I purchased some cookies, a pie, and a chicken pot pie and my family enjoyed every item we brought home. There are many of options for fresh fruit and veggies too. Great prices and superior quality.

Mann Orchards products are always excellent. The check-out peeps are always cheery & pleasant. One, bakery gal is like sour grapes; when you work with the public & rely on their $$ one must bring their A-game.

This place has a good selection of veggies, marinated meats, chicken pot pie, pies, bread, ice cream, jam, wine and alcohol. Dont forget all the goodies at the bakery and they are reasonably priced as well.

Absolutely love their pastries, pies etc. However, I do feel the lady in the bakery is rude(with glasses). I have visited their store a few times and her attitude has not changed once. She rudely takes your order, rudely places the order on the counter, and says here you go in a nasty tone.Henceforth, the reason why I am giving this place three stars. I hope management takes these complaints serious. I have noticed while reading reviews, this is not the first one.I have been in Customer Service(professional) for 20 plus years and her displayed behavior is totally unacceptable.
