Great experience! The mechanics are knowledgeable and the administration (service calls, billing, etc) are easy to work with. They came and diagnosed the issue we had with our golf car, ordered parts, and had the golf car running in no time! Our issue was a battery/power issue because the inherited golf car had been sitting uncharged for several weeks/months(?) and the mechanic worked hard to save us money by not having to buy brand new batteries. Ultimately we did have to buy new batteries but it was great customer service to try to save us some money.

They pick up our golf cart at the end of the season, store it in a safe space throughout the winter, service it in the spring, and return it to us at our desired time. My apartment community got our golf carts serviced by NEGC and the process if very easy and they take care of everything! They come and pick the cart up and do the repairs (very quickly) and deliver it right back to you! Highly recommend!

John from methuen service was a Godsend. Bought a rear seat for our Yamaha cart, directions did not match the parts/pieces included. Via several FaceTime calls, john walked me through the installation. Shame on parts manufacturer for not updating the installation instructions, but major kudos to john!

We use New England Golf Cars every few years to tune up our golf cart. This time, after the winter, the cart would not start. They came quickly, just a few days after I called. AJ quickly diagnosed the issue. He had the necessary parts in his van. In under an hour we were driving the cart again. Great work.

New England Gold Cart Rental (Sandy in particular) came to my rescue! When an internal error was discovered the evening before my 400 person event, I called Sandy and explained that I thought the golf carts had been ordered months before but in fact, they had not. (I had just started in my new role so not having golf carts would not been a good first impression). Sandy called me back first time the next morning and fixed the situation. Miraculously the carts arrived before noon and no one even knew there was an issue. Sandy was kind, professional and a joy to work with. The carts were in wonderful condition and ran well. I look forward to working with her again next year.
