I bought some high end appliances from Seemore Appliance Center in Metuchen and my sales person was Rob. Could not be more happier with his service. He was there for me from beginning to end. My general contractor did not install my Bosch Refrigerator in the proper way and was not getting any drinking water. Rob made sure one of his installers came to my house and fixed the issue immediately.If you need any appliances Seemore is the place to go and Rob is your number one salesman
Seemore Appliance in Metuchen is an excellent store to deal with. My microwave broke so I decided to try Seemore. The gentleman was extremely nice-no pressure. I told him what I wanted. It was delivered and installed the next day. The gentleman who installed the microwave was mannerly and very polite. He wanted to clean up the few pieces of garbage off my floor. I told him don’t worry about it. He offered to put away the dishes I had in the cabinet above the microwave. So nice! If you have any reservations about Seemore’s, don’t. It is so much better dealing with neighborhood stores than the big chains! Prices are even comparable! Thank you, Seemore!
Gary was a true life savor. Our rep which we originally ordered our appliances from decided to tell us at the 11th hour that our stove is back ordered two days before it was supposed to be installed. We reached out to Gary and he found our range in stock and set up delivery the same week for us. Thankful for him!

Stay away from this unprofessional place!!! I would have given zero stars if it allowed.They don’t stick to their commitment to deliver but will happily collect full payment, and won’t even bother to call and inform the customer about delays.You follow up, someone else will attend the call and the actual sales guy will never return your call. It was ‘Rob’ who handled my request. I paid the full money.I was given assurance of my range, dishwasher and hood delivery, and planned my whole renovation based on his assurance. Delivery was suppose to be done on last Thursday, and no one showed up. Upon repeated calls and follow ups I was told it will be delivered on Monday. And on Monday I get a call that your partial order is ready.This time I went back to the store to have a face to face conversation with rob. They showed their true customer approach. His reply was I have 1700 people calling me, I can’t return calls - how rude! He suddenly behaved like he didn’t remember any details, and I had to remind him all the long sales conversation he had with me.I asked him about his repeated assurance of delivery of the Thermdor. Sorry, you can decide now it will take three weeks. After paying and planning all work based on his assurances. I felt frustrated, and cancelled up. I had to pay the contractors cancellation twice to return back twice. Thursday and Monday!Please feel free to check my other reviews. I don’t write reviews unless I have a real bad experience or a great experience. I do not want others to fall under their fake commitments just to lock in the customer.Stay away from this place!

Our refrigerator broke Wednesday night. I contacted Seemore first thing the next morning, convinced Id be waiting a while for a quality replacement. By 10 am Friday morning, they had installed a beautiful new GE refrigerator and hauled away the old piece of junk. Best price I could find by far and they got it delivered and installed in less than a day and a half, in the middle of a pandemic when home appliances are flying off the shelves. I couldnt be happier. Very highly recommended.

The buying experience at Seemore was great. Everything else has been a nightmare. The gasket on the GE Cafe fridge we bought from Seemore was bad. Technicians came out and suggested replacing the gasket almost a year ago. Each time we call, it’s like no one entered our information into the computer. It has now been so long that the refrigerator door is malfunctioning. Seemore shipped us a new door, but there is no gasket with the door. Our food is freezing and thawing and going bad. This simple problem, not addressed early, has evolved. All we get from Seemore is double-talk.Update: Seemore is “not a repair shop.” It’s a “mom and pop shop,” so apparently, one cannot expect them to make sure you receive a working product. I am attempting to get an appointment with the owner. So far the managers are useless.Update 2: emailed Rob. No response. I asked to speak to the owners. No response. Next step is suing them in small claims court for a new fridge. DO NOT GO HERE!

Ive routinely bought my appliances at Seemore. I try to support the local stores and in return I expect better service. My last purchase was a large refrigerator, which was challenging due to a tight fit. Our salesman Rob was a professional. He got us the unit that met our needs and would make it where it needed to go. The delivery crew was great. Lucky got the fridge into our home and made it look easy. They painstakingly installed the unit and made sure I was happy. They removed the old unit and all the packaging. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Great, friendly service and great prices. Ive bought a few appliances from Seemore in the past, most recently a washer. I checked it out at one of the big box stores, but they werent willing to do the full install(I needed an existing dryer thats on top of the washer moved, the new washer installed, and the old dryer put on top of the new washer).Seemore had a good price on the washer and was able to do the complete installation as needed.
Once again I needed an appliance, once again I went to Seemore and once again, they came through. They are the most courteous and helpful employees. Helped answer all my questions and made clear what I needed. Seemore is always my first and last stop when appliances are needed.

So I went there and the sales person was really nice. Explained all the details, printed product details and gave me the best prices and asked me come back on June 6th as the prices were going down during that week. He also said that he will talk to his manager and honor the quoted price even if it did not go down. Today when I went there, he completely changed his stance and declined to honor. This was the worst experience ever.

My Brother recommended this store to me when I was in need of a new dishwasher and I wound up purchasing a new microwave and refrigerator as well. I was able to do all my inquires by phone and email which made it so convenient . My initial contact was with Rob Marciano who provided me with the options and pricing for my specific space requirements. He provided me with his email address so I could communicate with him directly, even on his days off! He was so very responsive and informative about the type and brand of products I was considering. Being able to work with him made the purchasing process less stressful and not having to deal with Lowes, Home Depot, PC Richards or the other local appliance dealers saved me money! Was going to buy a gas range here for delivery and installation to Staten Island but found out when I called them to inquire about it that they’re not legally abiding by the new New York City law that requires a licensed master plumber to do the install and paperwork be submitted to the NYC buildings dept. Person who picked up the phone wasn’t even aware of the new law requirements. Wouldn’t recommend.
They have brands not carried by big-chains at prices that compete with online-only stores and quick delivery. I ordered a Speed Queen washer, a brand that big chains dont carry, and got it the next day with install and removal of old washer at a good price. If I bought it at an online-only store, it wouldve taken 2-3 weeks for delivery with no install and no removal.
If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. The service you receive from this place is so unacceptable I cant believe theyre still in business. We purchased 5 appliances in good faith. First after delivering the wrong dishwasher and removing the old one they neglected to plug the hose back in and we had a flood in our basement. We have had nothing but trouble with the stove from day one. The paint was chipped, the door didnt close right, the self cleaning part melted the paint. Then a circuit shorted out and the thing beeped constantly so we had to turn off the breaker and couldnt use the stove at all for a period of 2 months before it was fixed. Each time we complained we were told to call the warranty company. Never once did they offer to come and look at the stove or at the very least apologize for the trouble we were having. They literally brushed us. Mind you the stove was only a couple months old and because of the problems we had been having it was hardly used. Then one night less than 4 months later we were awoken by the sound of the fire alarm. The stove had shorted out again. the same part that had just been replaces had CAUGHT ON FIRE! Thank God we were home at the time or the house could have burned to the ground. Again no sorry to hear that, what can we do to help. Nope, just call the warranty company. Which we again did and were told fire was not covered! Keep in mind the warranty was sold to us by Seemore. After fighting with the warranty company for 6 weeks they finally agreed to give us a $365 settlement on a stove that sold for $765. When Seemore realized what the warranty company paid they offered to replace the stove for a model compatible to what we had and they would absorb the remaining cost as long as we paid the taxes, installation and delivery fees. We felt this was fair and agreed. Ok so imagine our disappointment when a stove was delivered over a week later on the wrong day, it was just luck that someone was home, and it was the wrong stove. The stove that was delivered was a much cheaper model and had half the features that the original had. Ok so this time they tell us that the model we want is not in stock and theyll call us when it comes in. And as a courtesy to us theyd take the old stove which had been sitting in our driveway for 8 weeks away. We later found from out that they would get credit from Frigidaire for returning the damaged product. Ok so another week goes by, no stove no phone call. So we call and are told the stove was delivered to them damaged. When asked why no one bothered to call and tell us this no one had an answer. By this time as you can imagine weve had it. So we call the warranty company to see if they can just issue us a check for the pay out of $365 and well just go elsewhere. So imagine our surprise when we were told that they had settled our claim with Seemore and cut them a check 2 weeks earlier for $700! They had reconsidered the claim and agreed to pay out more and since we agreed to get the stove from Seemore they sent the check to them. We WERE NEVER TOLD of the increase and Im sure Seemore thought wed never find out. When I confronted Mark about this I was told they (Seemore) fought hard to get more money for us. For us? Really then why were we never told about it? And if they got more money for us why were never offered a better stove? And why was a lesser model delivered?? Humm I wonder. So to end this story I demanded the $700 check from Mark which at first he said he would absolutely not do. When I told him I would call my lawyer he finally agreed, but told me it would take 2 days to get it ready. I told him it had better be ready when I got there and he assured me his word was as “good as gold” Sorry but I beg to differ. I would like to add that as I was reminded by Mark that Seemore has been in business for over 50 years, I though of how my own parents had gotten all our appliances from them. And Im so glad my mother is not alive to see whats become of them .

PURCHASED A EXPENSIVE WASHER WITHIN THE LAST 10 DAYS, WHEN DELIVERED I WAS GIVEN VERY POOR INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO OPERATE AND FILL MACHINE WITH DETERGENT. THIS CAUSED MY WHITE CLOTHES TO TURN BLUE FROM THE SOAP, ALSO THE NEXT DAY THE WASHER DID NOT TURN ON, WAS TOLD THE VERY NEXT DAY A REPAIRMAN WOULD BE THERE, NO BODY SHOWED UP AT ALL, I SUGGESTED RETURNING THE MACHINE AND WAS TOLD BY THE SALESMAN THAT THEY DONT TAKE BACK USED ITEMS A USED ITEM THAT DIDNT WORK, PICK ANOTHER STORE TO BUY FROM, E-MAIL ME FOR ADDITIONAL INFO ILL TALK BY PHONE IF NEED BE?
These guys have never let us down on price. They are local to our town so I thought I would have to sacrifice Pierce for service, but they managed to match the lowest prices I found on the internet. They are my go to place now.
I am giving them 4 stars because they helped replace a broken oven that Bosch could not fix after 4 trys. They extended the warranty as well. I would recommend them to others based on this fact.

The worst service ever. We had booked a fridge almost two weeks back. We were told told we were lucky aa they have the last piece in their warehouse and promised to get the delivery in three to four business days. Nobody called to deliver. Not only they didn’t call, when we call their customer service we found out that they don’t have in stock and again told us that they will deliver by the 5th of July for sure. Today its the 6th and no response yet. Very disappointed with them. Will not refer this place to anyone.

Gary and the guys at Seemores are simply the best! Weve been dealing with them for about ten years for all kinds of appliances for two simple reasons: service and price. We find that the folks know their stuff, and that includes the delivery staff. Just recently when we had problems with an AC unit that we had purchased a little over a year ago, Gary made sure we had a replacement unit as quickly as possible, once it was clear that the problem could not be easily resolved. No being run around here and there, he simply kept his word and got us a new unit in record time. He saved us all kinds of calls with the manufacturer. On top of all this, they somehow manage to keep great pricing! There is a good reason these guys are so well thought of well beyond Metuchen!!! They come through for their customers!
I frankly was very dissappointed with my experience. I first brought a stove that was damaged during insulation and it took over a month to receive the replacement part. Then after having a defective dishwasher instaled they never reconnected my hoses and I had a flood in my basement and had to tear up part of my kitchen floor. And as if that wasnt enough they redelivered the wrong dishwasher! No Im not a satisfied costumer. In all fainess Im writing on behalf of my sister shes too nice to write anything like this.
Bought house from previous owner who purchased the units and extended warranty from Seemore. Since the extended warranties wasnt properly transferred. Seemores best option was to tell me to lie to extended warranty company and use the name and number of previous owner.After getting annoyed at the Newleaf (extended warranty provider) and Seemore, I told them Im going to push for the original owner to cancel the warranties. Newleaf tells me no problem just contact the dealer.Call Seemore again to talk to Gary told me you cannot cancel the warranty after 90 days of purchase. While a few minutes back Alan(Manager) made no mention of this. This dealer likes to make rules on the fly.Go to a big box retailer youll get the same bad service and run around but at least youll save some money.

I purchased a Bosch microwave from an online company called Appliances of America that uses this same physical address. Seemore appliance is an authorized Bosch dealer but Appliances of America is not. These businesses seemed to be linked somehow. I had a very poor experience.

SO AS MUCH AS LIKE WHAT I BOUGHT AT SEEMORE IT IS NOT WORTH MY TIME PURE AGGRAVATION KNOWING FOR THE NEXT 3 MORE YEARS I HAVE TO DEAL WITH DEPENDABLE .MY WASHING MACHINE BROKE LAST TUESDAY STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT MY WASHING MACHINE. CALLED ON TUES TO MAKE APPT. WAS TOLD I WILL GET A CALL BACK IN 48 HOURS TO MAKE AN APPT. I GET A CALL BACK 24 HOURS LATER TELLING ME HOW IS FRIDAY . I SAID FRIDAY IS GOOD . WHAT TIME. I WAS TOLD THAT WOULD BE ANOTHER PHONE CALL IN 24 HOURS. THURS COMES AND ITS 2;30 PM NO PHONE CALL I CALL THEM THEY GIVE ME A TIME FRAME OF 2-6 FOR FRIDAY. . FRIDAY COMES 2,3,4,5,6,PM ROLL BY NOBODY CALLS OR SHOWS UP. I CALL THE PLACE THEY ARE NOW CLOSED. LEFT MESSAGE. THEY OPEN AT 9 AM MONDAY MORNING. MONDAY COMES AND ITS 10;30AM NO CALL I CALL THEM AND I AM TOLD MANAGER IS BUSY THEY TAKE MY NAME AND NUMBER . IT IS NOW 12;30 IN THE AFTER NOON NO CALL BACK YET. I CALL BACK FINALLY SPEAK WITH MANAGER. AND SHE GOES ON TO TELL ME THAT THE DRIVER CALLED PRIOR TO COMING AND I DIDNT ANSWER MY PHONE SO THEY DID NOT COME. I AM LIKE WELL NO ONE EVER SAID I WAS RECEIVING A PHONE CALL BEFORE THERE ARRIVAL. AND THE GUY NEVER LEFT A MESSAGE. NOT GIVING ME A CHANCE TO CALL BACK MAYBE I WAS IN THE BATHROOM OR SOMETHING.JUST NOT UNDERSTANDING HOW SOMEONE CAN CALL NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE AND LEAVE ME WAITING ALL DAY. I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND WHY SOMEONE WOULD CALL KNOWING I HAVE APPT. AND NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE AND DECIDE NOT TO COME ASSUMING I AM NOT HOME. I REARRANGE MY DAY TO BE HOME. SINCE I WAS WAITING FOR A TRUCK TO COME I WAS OUTSIDE DOING YARD WORK .WAITING FOR THE TRUCK TO ARRIVE NOT CHECKING MY PHONE. THE ATTITUDE YOU GET FROM THEM. AND ALL THE PHONE CALLS THEY MAKE ARE JUST CRAZY. JUST TO MAKE A SINGLE APPT.AND YET MY MACHINE IS STILL NOT FIXED. I LOOKED UP REVIEWS AND OF COURSE THERE ARE ALOT OF BAD REVIEWS FROM THIS COMPANY VERY SIMILIAR TO MY PROBLEM I AM HAVING WITH THEM. SO CUSTOMERS BEWARE. I SPOKE TO MANAGER AT SEEMORE INFORMING THEM ABOUT DEPENDABLE AND HE WAS NICE BUT ALSO SAID NOT MUCH HE CAN DO. BUT THERE IS SOMETHING YOU CAN DO . DONT HAVE YOUR BUSSINESS ASSOCIATE WITH DEPENDABLE. MAKES YOUR COMPANY LOOK BAD.I WAS IN A NEED OF A STOVE I WANTED TO GO BACK TO SEEMORE TO BUY A STOVE. BUT AFTER WHAT I WENT THRU AND HAVE TO GO THRU FOR THE NEXT 3 MORE YEARS IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG WITH MY MACHINE. I HAVE TO DEAL WITH DEPENDABLE. SO I WILL BE PURCHASING MY STOVE ELSEWHERE AND MAKE SURE WHEN YOU PURCHASE AN APPLAINCE AND GET AN EXTENDED WARRENTY MAKE SURE YOU ASK WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE COMPANY TO DO REPAIRS. SO HARD TO FOUND GOOD COMPANYS WITH QUALITY TRAINED WORKERS TODAY.
