All of the staff there are professional, especially the ladys who work up front. They did a great job repairing my issue and communicated with me on a daily basis while vehicle was being worked on. Will definitely do business with again. You wont be disappointed.

If and only if you want excellent customer service, go to V & F auto body shop. They fixed my 2016 Kia Sedona like new after a heartbreaking accident. I appreciate all of their hard work from the front office to the mechanics. Oh yeah and they detailed my van before returning it back into my possession. 5 stars all around.

Support was Awesome car was done perfectly and on time less than 10 miles used on car which means they barely drove it unlike a previous person who swore they took the card for joy rides. Great body shop! Really nice people. I went there because my door wouldn’t open and these guys said it would take two seconds to fix and didn’t even charge me for the fix! I tried to pay them and they still denied! Class act auto body shop. I would definitely recommend them due to their customer service alone!

My car was totalled so they didnt actually do any automotive work on it. However, everyone who I spoke with in the office and the yard was nice. People were genuinely pleasant, seemed caring and kind. I would not hesitate to have body work done by them because they did everything they could to make a difficult situation a bit more easy for me.

V&F AUTOBODY has become my families prefered body shop over the past decade. They always get our cars in right away and repair them car to like new quality every time. They stay in communication through out the entire process and usually complet the jobs in the specified time frame given if not a few days early.

Definitely recommend! I’ve had a few random issues come up with our vehicles. We had an suv that needed a new guard cover thing under the engine and separately my side mirror was taken off by a distracted driver. Both occasions V&F fit me into their schedule. The parts took about two days to come in and I waited about an hour for the repairs! This was faster than the oil change I get at a dealership! Lol they’re awesome!

Unfortunately Ive had to bring a few vehicles here to be repaired. Fortunately, V&F is terrific! Very friendly, they keep you fully informed throughout the entire process and they do exceptional work. If you are ever in the unenviable position of needing body work and live in the Edison area, dont even consider another shop.

Stay away, use Westfield Auto Body or Ultimate CollisionThey have the car back for the 3rd time now for 1 job...after the 2nd time didnt last 12 hours before problem happened again..7.5 weeks to complete repairs, had to bring the car back after it was returned due to repairs not being completed correctly. Damaged vehicle claimed it wasnt them after charging thousands more than original qoute..

Estimate was double compared to three other shops.

The work cost three times the estimate, took significantly longer to complete than promised, wasnt done properly the first time I was told that the car was ready, left the interior of the car looking like a crime scene that had been dusted for fingerprints, and their employees copped an attitude with me when I pointed out the problem with their work. I would never again entertain the idea of employing this company to practice their slipshod excuse for service.
