Very satisfied with my kitchen purchase at Alba Kitchen. Jenny Santiago did a great design for a kitchen with a difficult layout. I also was happy that with all the COVID related delays my cabinets got delivered in two weeks.

Jenny Santiago was my designer, overall it was a great experience! everything went smoothly. I was hesitant of making such a big purchase but I have to be honest I do not regret it. My kitchen looks amazing! At the showroom Jenny was very thorough and helpful, she listened to my wants and needs and always had helpful input. My kitchen looks stunning and ready to host for the holidays thanks to Jenny and Alba Kitchen & Bath

Jenny was so amazing to work with! She is always so patient and smiling. She really represents the company well and goes above and beyond for your customers. We got quotes from a few places but honestly, we came back to Alba because of Jenny!. We also had a great experience with Rama! He communicated with us every step of the way and really made the whole Alba experience come together. What started with Jenny and ended with the installation of our countertops with Rama was an overall 5 star experience. The prices are reasonable and the quality is great. We will definitely be using Alba Kitchen again thanks to Jenny, and her team!

Worked with Jenny and purchased cabinets at this showroom. Jenny was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous . She was very generous and patient in offering design suggestions and recommendations on product selections. After ordering the cabinets, the supplier came back saying some of them were not in stock and Jenny went above and beyond to redesign the layout which came out perfect at end of the day. She was very friendly and had so much patience with our indecision! She really did make this whole process fun.

Worked with Jenny, who is super enthusiastic to design a functioning kitchen for us and had a positive opinion. Pricing for countertops were straight forward, pricing for cabinets was fairly clear as well. Clean store, appointment based so little to no wait time, and professionalism. I arrived at Alba kitchen after speaking with Christine Longette on the phone. First impressions were good. Christine took time to understand what I was looking for and catered to the needs of my small kitchen. Any kitchen project is stressful, but Christine was always there a phone call away. The pandemic did put a dent in the delivery of my cabinets but they all came undamaged and in good condition. I am enjoying my new kitchen, thanks to Christine and her team. Five stars all the way❤️

This was our biggest project, our kitchen. The staff was very knowledgeable in placement of cabinets. They came out beautiful. How can you not beat a deal with cabinets, handles and kitchen sink. Everyone loves our kitchen. Thank uou Christina

Well, I think your designer makes the difference. We were privileged to have the Designer-Jenny. Shes just super patient and super knowledgeable. For me, customer service is more important than the price because I want a team that knows what theyre doing and who genuinely cares about the project were working on. I would definitely recommend using Alba and we plan on using them on the next project to upgrade our 3-rental apartment kitchens. :- )

I dont normally post reviews but felt it necessary to do for Alba Kitchens. Mike over at the Metuchen location is amazing. Great to work with, responsive, honest and professional. If you think it, he finds a way to make it happen. Same goes with is team. I ordered 34 cabinets with him and all were delivered, handled with care and not one piece missing. Hard to find that service today without someone charging you a fortune for it. He worked within my budget and made it happen. This is a one stop shop. He handles it all. Highly recommended.

I have been to 3 other kitchen places. Alba was the place that gave me great prices and great selection and great service. Jenny Santiago was my designer and she was incredibly patient with me as I kept changing my mind about colors and style and manufacturer. Alba also saved me from future problems - I had wanted a particular color from a particular manufacturer- it turned out this manufacturer had a lot of problems due to Covid. They warned me of their problems so Jenny made another suggestion from a more reliable manufacturer- it turned out to be a better choice - less expensive too! I also thought I would look for countertop, hardware and backsplash from other places but I found what I wanted from them too - made my life easier. After a 3 month search, I finally found what I wanted from Alba.

I used Alba kitchens and baths and loved my experience . Thankful for Christine Longette for helping me to design my dream kitchen . She was patient with me, even though I changed my mind a million times . She was very creative and willing to help me with all of my questions .
