Lately I have been trying to find ways to make myself feel and look more “alive”. I mean it when I say getting a lift and tint on my lashes was the best decision I have made! They are absolutely flawless and they have boosted my confidence! The facility was clean and comfortable. All of the staff members were friendly. Crystal was an absolute delight. She explained the whole process to me step by step. Overall it was a great experience, I cannot wait to go back. My lashes are beautiful and I feel like a new person!

The Lash Lounge in Metuchen was amazing experience, it was my first-time receiving lashes ever and I was super nervous. When I first arrived, I was greeted and filled out paperwork. Natalia was my lash technician, she was very personable and knowledgeable. Every question I had about the process she answered thoroughly and with confidence which made me feel great. The process was very relaxing! I will definitely be returning to see Natalia!

From start to finish everything was very professional. I felt safe and comfortable in the salon and my lash stylist Crystal was amazing, she explained everything to me as she was about to do it. I had a lash lift and a tint. I am beyond pleased with the results, being a natural blonde is great for your hair color but not your lashes. Normally if I dont have mascara on I look like I dont have any lashes but I woke up this morning, looked in the mirror and WOW!!! Totally happy and Crystal has a customer for life!!!

I’m a low maintenance gal so I opted for a lash lift to enhance my short and straight lashes. It was my 1st time getting a lift and I was nervous and excited at the same time. The result came out exactly like how I would crimp my lashes but with a lift, it stays lifted for 6-8 weeks. OMG, My eyes are so pretty!! I love love it!!

They do great work, professional/experienced staff that knows what they are doing. the stylists here take the time to walk you through every step of what theyre doing, and go through care as well as other recommendations. you can tell they are care about their work and take pride in what they do. my set has looked the same regardless of who i work with. the salon is very clean and they have a strict covid protocol, which i appreciate - i feel safe going to this location. thank you!

I love this place. Mica is so amazing and such a wonderful person every time I’m there everyone is so friendly and always so welcoming. I have had my lashes done by two other people but no one compares to Mica her technique is unique and beautiful. She always has me feeling so beautiful when I leave.

Everything was really great (staff was extremely courteous, helpful and knowledgeable, and the place is just so lovely). I got my lashes done for the very first time, so I had a full set. My helper (lovely lady by the name of Kyla) did a consultation with me and discussed what looks Id like to go for. She then meticulously worked 2 hours to bring that vision into life. I think when it comes to lashes, you must always listen to your client. I’ve been getting lashes on and off for a year now and no stylist has ever listened to what I wanted my lashes to look like except Mica!! My lashes are fluffy and cat like but still very natural looking which is exactly what I always wanted! Very sweet girl and does exceptional work! Definitely recommend

Sadly, I cannot give this 0 stars. I paid $80 for a lash lift. The rude technician left my lashes crooked and did not even curl the lashes on my outer corner, which is what mainly needed to be curled. It has been about 2 months since I got this and my lashes are still not back to normal, still crooked. My mom got a lash lift the same day and ended up with half of her lashes being burned off. Truly a nightmare, how do you mess up a lash lift? The manager did not do anything to recompense for our losses. $80 to have your eyelashes ruined? Do not waste your time.Update: they said the new salon manager would reach out to me, but no one did.

He greeted me with a smile and was very professional! Angelique did my lashes and they came out perfect. Everyone I came across with loved them including myself!

Natalia did a fantastic job with my stubby natural lashes. I had my lashes done at 3 other places over the years and always had to remove them as they were too heavy and were pulling out my natural lashes. Not to mention, when the technicians were finishes, my eyes were glued shut and I had to have the glue picked off so I could open my eyes. I thought this was the norm. Ive had none of these issues with my lashes this time. Light and beautiful lashes (I have the hybrids), eyes not glued shut, no loss of lashes. Natalia is the best!

I absolutely love my lashes! I love the length and how dramatic they look. The retention is much better than extensions I’ve had in the past. Angelique is my stylist and she’s fabulous. Everyone is friendly and it’s been a great experience.

My first time receiving lash extensions and I installed a Full volume set and they were beautiful. The process took about 3 hours. Unfortunately, 95 percent of my lashes were gone the next day. Lucky thing I bought strips with me on my vacation. My technician was wonderful, very gentle and sweet and the shop itself is very nice. Who knows, perhaps my eyelids are just sweaty or lashes are just not for me.

Just got my lashes done for the first time ever with Angelique today. She was absolutely fantastic and they look incredible. I wanted dramatic lashes but not over the top...Angelique nailed it perfectly. I have dry eyes that are sensitive to everything and originally I was hesitant in getting lashes because of this. She handled everything flawlessly and made me comfortable during the entire 2 hour process. They have soft blankets and super comfortable tables which is a nice bonus :) 5 star all around!!!!

I started going to the lash lounge when they first opened looking for models. My lashes were done by Mica and they looked amazing. I got so many compliments and loved that it had cut down on my make up time in the morning especially having to wake up at 4am is brutal enough but can’t go into work without a fresh face! Mica also makes the two hours fly by- she’s makes you feel comfortable and she’s so gentle on the eyes. She’s funny, sweet and and all around nice person!

This is by far the best experience I’ve ever hadWith lash extensions. Mica is the absolute best. I have had no problems or issues and at the end of my two weeks they still look great. The Metuchen location is beautifully maintained and you are always greeted with a smile. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had a great experience here. Got a lash lift and lash extensions and everything was absolutely great. From the moment I walked in the setting was very welcoming and professional. The stylist made sure to customize my extensions to my eye and face shape which I LOVED.

I had my lashes done 2 weeks ago for a wedding. I never had lashes before so i loved how Maria explained everything and all my options. They came out great! I went for my fill in today but decided to try the volume fill and they are now perfect. Maria is amazing and i am very satisfied with my lashes and all her knowledge. She walked me through the entire process and put me at ease, she was very professional, attentive and highly skilled ! Great atmosphere, professional staff and my lashes look amazing! The consultation was tailored to my eyes, and the stylist was very knowledgable in the products/lash application and took the time to answer all of my questions. I wanted a natural look that wouldnt overpower my face, and my lash extensions are *exactly* what I wanted. They also provide after care instructions for you to take home as well as a product line thats geared towards maintaining your lash extensions. I have been getting lash extensions for a few months. I began to the Lash Lounge in Metuchen recently when the spa I was going to closed suddenly. I was disappointed that I had to switch salons for many reasons but mostly because I was going on a trip out of the country for almost a month and had to try someone new at the last minute, not knowing how they were. I went to Angelique for the extensions and explained my situation. I was worried that the Lash extensions wouldnt last for such an extended period of time and that they would end up falling out halfway through the trip and looking really awkward. Long story short, the last extensions lasted the whole entire time. I am now home over a month later and still have them. They look absolutely beautiful. Her work is impeccable. I was so worried about switching salons and it actually turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I would recommend Angelique to anyone who is considering eyelash extensions. Back in February Mica performed a lash lift on my eye lashes and the results were amazing. Prior to the lash lift, I rarely wore mascara due to sensitivity, afterwards, my lashes were so long and curled that mascara wasn’t even necessary. Mica did a beautiful job!

Ive decided to go back to lash extensions after a 2 year hiatus. After researching for a place close to me (spot I used to go to was closer to my old job) I decided to try the Lash Lounge in Metuchen and Im so glad I did. The place is clean, comfortable and super cute. Maria Palermo is my lash fairy, gifter of 💣 lashes. I know Im particular about my lashes and she always gives me the look I want.

I wanted a full lash, that sexy cat-eye shape and she delivers every time in less than 90 minutes; most places take forever to achieve this full look. I’m certainly no girly girl: I workout daily, I take hot yoga regularly and little bit crunchy granola. But the lashes kept my presentation feminine and best of all, easy to maintain for the care-free get up and go mornings I love.LOCATION: The ladies at the front desk are always professional: courteous, gracious and accommodating. I can’t say enough about Lash lounge Metuchen; I couldn’t wait for them to open finally since they were only 10 minutes from work. Extremely unhappy! I told my stylish that she did not apply the lashes evenly and she proceeded to argue with me and tell me that I was wrong! Shame on you Mika! Its very clear to see that both eyes are not even and one is longer and fuller than the other than the other. Instead of telling me that I was wrong, she should have fixed the problem right then and there! Never again! I stopped in to see my regular stylist and she was appalled with the work Mika did. She agreed they were extremely uneven and not applied properly. They should not have been falling out the next day! She fixed them at no charge. Thats a true professional that cares about customer satisfaction. Then I got a call from Gina, their nasty manager and told me that I could come in for a free consultation but if the lashes needed to be fixed I would have to pay for them! Are you kidding me! I proceeded to give them a well deserved one star review and Gina called me again and informed me that I was not welcome in their shop because of my review! Gina and Mika... You both should be fired and obviously not the only person that feels that way! These two are the most unprofessional individuals Ive ever dealt with. Neither of them deserve to have a job!
