Our sales representative Patrick Christopher was the best! His knowledge of the product coupled with his practical advice helped us tremendously with our purchase. He was courteous and did everything possible to make the sale quite a positive experience!There was a problem with scheduling the first appointment made by a different sales representative and supposedly the installer couldn’t pick the product up the day before. He told us he had been overbooked.When another installer showed up for the second appointment he claimed he couldn’t install the blinds because the brackets were too close to the molding that we would have to have the molding removed and left. A friend removed the brackets in less than five minutes without removing the molding. Just a long narrow screwdriver was needed. The installer returned later that afternoon and completed the job.We are pleased with the product and would recommend Blinds to Go to all our friends and family especially Patrick!Carl & Judy Psota

My experience with blinds to go wasnt what I expected. Delays in my order began from the start cause I wasnt told I had to come back in the store to confirm after I paid half of the entire bill up front, including measurements and installation. This delayed everything a week. Pure lack of communication. Secondly, it took longer to make them. I also wasnt informed the blinds were made to rest on the window sill. As far as I was informed, they were to fit nicely in the window opening. This presents a sloppy look and a professional product to appear unprofessional in a consumers home. Simple communication couldve solved this. When you have people who dont care working in an environment where you are selecting a product to accent your home, the end result can be disastrous. I will say the quality of the product is nice, but for everything else, its a lost cause. BTG associates did say they would fix the problem, however with additional costs and severe delays...at least 6+ weeks. A company like this should be much more professional than this. Im disgusted with the way the blinds sit in my windows. And lastly, the installers, while on time, they werent much better. Made several holes into new and expensive moulding due to lack of communication. These people didnt seem to care either. They also treat your home like trash. Case in point, when they are finished, thats exactly what they do. They had to drive past several dumpsters on their way out but left the trash. True and professional companies dont do this. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Easy to order in store. Technician came to my home to measure. Factory made custom blinds. Same technician came to install. Install for 16 windows was fast, he answered all questions, and everything looks great. You can get less expensive blinds, I’m sure, but why not get the best for your home, professionally installed?
Went to purchase blinds for all my new windows 8 total. Our salesman Anjoe was a great help in assisting us with the purchase. We were told 5-7 business days for delivery. Well they were done and ready for pickup in 3 days. Dealing with Anjoe was a breeze, he helped me with an issue with a previous vertical blind purchase. He replaced them with a higher quality blind at no charge! Unfortunately when I rehung the veins I discovered that the side track for holding the valance was missing and it popped out. When the installer came he taped it down rather than replacing the track. I will be going back to Anjoe for his excellent service for help with this.

I originally purchased my blinds in October 2020. There was a problem with the bottom part of the blind which I informed Blinds To Go about they promptly told me to come in fix the problem and everything was fine. The shades that I ordered also are exactly the way I wanted them and are very nice and a perfect fit thanks to the measuring that was done by there staff Chris. They are a bit pricey but they do look good.
In home designer was awesome and super helpful/knowledgeable. We knew we would have to wait a while due to pandemic. Blinds arrived, installer installed all except one for our bay window that came out of the box broken. Annoying yes, but easy enough to order a new and wait (again) for him to come back to install. WEEKS we waited, finally scheduled an appt for him to install. Keep in mind, the brackets were already installed. He even told us it would be a 30second appointment to pop the blinds in. He was a NO SHOW. I called, they just tried to reschedule us for 3 weeks from then! Long story short, it’s ridiculous that we have to wait. The customer service reps I’ve spoken too have been nothing but kind and helpful. They’ve gone above and beyond to get me a much sooner date. The installers though, I think is where the problem is. First guy no showed, second guy, had to cancel the day before because his car broke down. Now I’ve been playing phone tag with the installer for 4 days. BEYOND frustrated. I’m about to go pick up my blinds and pop them in my self.Ordered blinds in October. Today, March 29, still are waiting for our last blind to be installed. Like I said, we were ready to wait due to the pandemic. But our “new” unbroken blinds have now been sitting in the store for another few weeks. Ridiculous.Horrible. Will not be using again. I don’t recommend.

Edision nj great staff, 1st time got blinds from there, they know there jobs pretty well, got living room blinds center opening gave all measurements and got as expected just little issue in the left side where there is no thread or chain, the blinds [vertical] shows gap but we ignored it apart from that over all will give 4.5 out of 5. Ordered blinds for four windows over six weeks ago. I got the initial text that everything went to production two weeks into this. I haven’t heard back for a month, no text message no phone calls nothing. We found out that the blinds are ready and waiting at the store only because we called in. Cheap not worth the money!!!!!

Shopped for blinds at several different places and found blinds to go was by far the best option - other companies wouldn’t offer the lifetime warranty and take weeks/months to deliver and install. Blinds to go offered us a lifetime of warranty, delivered and installed our custom blinds in a week and a half! Best bang for your buck by far! And Douglas was great, very professional and courteous throughout the whole process! Will be back!

It was extremely hard to get the order installed and or processed from them. Granted that covid times are unprecedented but again that is no excuse to be unprofessional. We had to wait 3 months to get blinds after we placed the order and the scheduling for installation was another pain. Every time we had to call to follow up and they never called back.
All of the consultants with whom I worked were patient, knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. I was able to purchase replacement slats and valance inserts for my 30-year-old vertical blinds very easily at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this store.

We went to the store with a specific type of blind in mind. The sales person was very knowledgeable about the product and also helped us pick a great color along with saving us money. This was our third time there and we will be back if we need any other window coverings.
We purchased 3 Living Room Roller Shades, Foliage, Almond at The 3155 Howard Avenue, Windsor Ontario Store. The reception we received from the staff was very pleasing and helpful. The sales person was great in offering advice on the best Shades for our use. We were able to make a decision and made our purchase. Within three days, we received a call informing us our Shades were ready for pickup. We attended the store and were met by the Manager. She completed our check out and, as I walk with a cane, insisted that she carry the Shades to our car.Thee Shades have been installed in our Front Living Room Window and are what we anticipated with exception of one thing. The Shades are Almond colour but the bar across the bottom, looking in from the outside is White. It takes away from the beauty of the Shade from the outside. We intend to stop into the store on our next trip into the City and ask for an explanation. All in all, we are happy we shopped at Blinds to Go.
Not only was the staff very friendly and knowledgeable about all of there products, they were also very helpful in pulling all the patterns and colors we were considering and letting us take samples home to choose. Placed order on Saturday and picked up blinds Tuesday. Actually looking forward to going back to do Living Room real soon.

We wouldnt recommend Blinds to Go. Poor quality. We bought their most expensive 1 horizontal aluminum blind (thicker slat and upgraded mechanism). Blinds to Go doesnt attach the bottom slat to the bottom bar of the blind. Bar is left open to show the end strings of the blind. The end strings at the top of the head rail sometimes comes out and has to be pushed back with tweezers. The upgraded wand mechanism squeaks loudly on opening and closing. The metal brackets that come with the upgraded blind dont function properly, making it difficult to remove the blind from the window (the plastic piece doesnt move back and forth easily--sticks). The unpainted metal brackets can also be seen from the inside and outside of the house. One blind had to be returned as it didnt close properly. Blind was repaired and sent back to us with mechanism still squeaking and top slat slightly bent! The three blinds cost $318 (didnt include installation). We will shop elsewhere for blinds for the rest of our house.
Have been getting all my window blinds at Blinds to go for over 15 years. The sales people are knowledgeable and helpful in my selections. The orders come in very quickly.
The gentleman who assisted us with our selections was very knowledgeable and very accommodating. He took his time with us and didnt try to push any merchandise. The process was quick and easy and the measuring team came when they were supposed to and were as accurate as they were quick.
The service and design support at BTG was outstanding!! Great help in selecting materials and confirming specifications. I was also quite impressed with all follow up support with order pick up and all other details.I love that this is an American business.One minor issue is the valence is difficult to put together with the new trim element. The black trim pops out of the track too easily. Otherwise, everything else was great!

Im a Realtor and have done business with Blinds To Go several times before. Got my condo blinds installed yesterday and they look great. The materials were back ordered but Kyle Varga at the Brampton location was able to source the materials and expedite it much faster than expected. When we purchased the blinds we were required to initial that the measurements were correct as they would not be responsible if the blinds did not fit. The store should also have to initial the measurements, since the blinds were too long with one being two inches longer than the other. The stores solution was to bring the blinds in and leave them for three days, then come back and pick them up. We told them that we live an hour away,and that two trips would be a four hour return plus tolls. We were told tough luck in a nice way. This was the first two windows of a large renovation,however the rest of the blinds will be from another retailer.

We bought standard white faux wood blinds from Blinds to Go and were happy with how they turned out. We had a rep come to our house and show us our options. He was very helpful and friendly.
Unbelievable ordered Sunday afternoon and was delivered to store Tuesday, Plus blinds are made in America. Quality was better then the quality at those big mega home improvement stores. Plus people in store we very nice and quick.
The sales person was knowledgable and took a lot of time with me to explain and demonstrate options for my application. The shades fit perfectly and were easy to install. I had my shades within three days. VERY SATISFIED with the product and the service.
We purchased honeycomb blinds for our large sliding glass doors. The measurements were right however the salesman inverted the width and length. This mistake cost me an additional $50 (MAKE SURE THE MEASUREMENTS ARE CORRECT). After I picked up the 2nd order, the valance insert was broke. I am disappointed with Blinds to go. I do understand their policy. However, I have purchased blinds for 8 windows within the last year. I really think they need to value their customers and consider waiving their fees. Not sure if I will use them again. I still have half my house to purchase blinds for.
We ordered three blinds - darkening blinds with aluminum backs. They came quickly. One was cut imperfectly. We returned it to the store and received a replacement within two days. We are happy with the appearance and the service.
Finally the blinds are all up! If only we were as on the ball as Blinds To Go, they would have been up within 3 days of placing the order. Great sales staff, great quality products, easy installation and good prices, too! Will definately return to Blinds to Go!

Was not a good location or experience with Blinds To Go! They were out of multiple options & things we were interested in. Apparently there was problems with warehousing or factory, or some sort of issues that was making everything very difficult, & was shutting down multiple options that we were interested in. Still prices were extravagant.When we received our order the entire order was botched! (BOTH ROOMS). THere was a factory defect on the track on one, & the other was just entirely messed up. It didnt get fixed in the 1st time around either. The 1 track did, however, it took twice for them to figure out the problem & fix the issue with the other set of blinds. Then bc well over month 1/2 of trying to rectify this, the installer they sent out left boxes all over my house brought an extra track that we didnt need & wouldnt take it back with him, knocked over an oil burner with essential oil in it & didnt tell me or pick it up & ruined the finish of my brand new night table.So overall not a good experience.
We were helped right away by the store manager. He showed how to install the blinds but instructions were also included. What confused me was that he sold a blind that connected to the inside top of the window and I expected a wall mounted one. So my measurement was wrong which I phoned in after we got home. They took this information down and the manager called me again at night to confirm this change. In two days we received an email that it was ready for pickup. Thanks for the fast delivery, the good product and the reasonable price.
Takes forever to get a measurement appointment. The installation was professional and excellent but the hassle to get the appointment isn’t worth it. It took close to two months to get the measurements done, blinds order completed in the factory and the delivery. Was a complete headache

I dealt with the one on queens Blv. Forest Hills N, Y the sales person Gabriel was very helpful i purchased no valance, and i provided the measurements, everything came good they gave me 3 extra ribs for if any damaged but all was good, i did the installation myself because i know they finish all in a harry and go then after i have to fix them, the only thing i didnt like was the brackets, my sizes was 3-34x70 2-70x70 all verticals, the small was ok but the large ones was too heavy when i pull the string the track was coming off the bracket so i had to fix them all so they went on tighter . i am sort of happy with the deal those carpet guys gave me an estimate for same exact things installed $1850.00 i got away with $685.89

My experience at the Springfield location at Blinds to go was very pleasant my sales agent, Khadija Osman Nur was very professional and helpful in explaining to me the different types of blinds, the costs, the type of temperatures each blind would leave in my living room. There were things I didnt know about the different blinds and I know about them know. At present my blinds were installed and I am so pleased with the look of them - even the installed Mohamed was professional and on time to install my blinds. because I was on a budget I was not able to get blinds for my whole house but you can believe that when I am ready to get blinds for the rest of the rooms - I will be going back to Blinds to Go in Springfield, Virginia
