I decided to use my extra time at home to do some projects around the house. I emailed the Metuchen store my specs, completed the order over the phone, and picked up my order curbside. The process was as easy as could be expected. I prefer to shop local and this staff is always courteous.

Pretty positive experience overall! Very helpful and friendly staff! Need more lighting options for different home lighting conditions (soft, white, natural, etc)... Also many color options are just slightly different so be sure to step outside to look at different samples as well!

Very helpful staff, wish they offered more than one lighting option. Currently you only can view paints under fluorescent light, but it would be helpful to be able to see how the paint colors appearance changes under different light. Overall pretty positive experience!

The customer service was poor. The sales person did everything to talk us into not buying the paint. Which is fine once I looked at the prices... $26 for a quart of paint and $5 for a small roller replacement? Get out of town.

Besides the paint quality that is top notch, the people in the store are knowledgeable and very willing to share what they know.

I had a big mess. Cap came off paint as i was removing container from my car trunk. Lots and lots of work to clean paint, and still not fully clean.
