Came to get my first shot today. It was kind of a cluster. In their defense seemed pretty busy in the pharmacy corner. The one lady helping me did not know how to put me in the system to get a shot so it took about 10 minutes to get me going. I just thought it would’ve been a little easier of an experience by now. FYI all total it took us 42 minutes from entering the store, filling out paperwork, and then getting our shots. Also note that being rude to the older gentleman that had misplaced his “card” was not very cool. After all you all behind the counter misplaced it, not him. Pharmacist was great, practical, and to the point. Store looked good, zoned, pretty well organized and stocked.
My experience with this is not very friendly and bathroom is not the best (clean).
Friendly staff, the really tall gentleman is the most helpful and cheerful. Always clean and in stock. Prices are a little high. But they also have alot of items that other stores in this town dont have
A +++++ HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This is the 3rd time I have stopped there and Once again was greeted and Helped by wonderful & very patient staff. I am on the big truck with my husband sometimes and never know what time we can stop through. I usually and unfortuanately am in their late and they have the best attitude and are so patient with me. The first time I was in their, Jim an older gentleman helped me and was so helpful and tonight I felt so bad because it took me longer than expected and I kept them after hours. But Jordon and Racheal was amazing. They were not only very well mannered but answered any questions I might have had and helped me understand alot about how Walgreens works. And another Plus is this paticular Walgreens is not only very clean, it is ver organized and Well stocked. I look forward to the next time I get to visit & Other Walgreens needs to take notes, Cause this ones customer satisfaction is #1.
Supposed to close at 10pm yet lights were off at 9:30pm and employees were leaving.
This is not my first issue with this pharmacy. My prescription did not automatically refill as I was told it would, so I called to have it filled same day at 9:30 a.m. My husband went on his lunch break to pick it up at 1:00, and waited in line 30 minutes only to find they didn’t even have it in the system to be refilled. I double checked I called the same location he went to; I did. Then, I called them back and spoke to the same person I did that morning. He told me he had no idea why it wasn’t filled. I then had to have him send the script to Fulton because my husband could not waste anymore of his break. Now I’ll have to load up the kids to go to the pharmacy closer to me.
My mother got the absolutely the best customer service i have ever witnessed. My mother need film developed she was wonderful with her from the beginning to the end of the transaction. Jenn you deserve a raise and a thank you from the bottom of my heart. Jenns boss is very lucky to her and should give her a big public pat on the back. Its hard to find kind service like that
Nice store, has almost everything i need.
Sometimes a long wait, most of the time its not so long. Love the text alerts that let you know when its time to fill a script and also when its ready for pick up. Very handy!
