If your gonna mandate masks then you need to get a better ventilation system put in. Or update to match the new LMP Plant Im dumbfounded by the way this company continuously operates its a joke. You need to ask yourself how you expect workers to stay 6 feet apart on a diecast cell and how a diecaster should wear a mask when its 90 outside because its gonna be closer to 120 in the plant. Theirs no way someones gonna be able to work in them kind of conditions while wearing a mask. Also this will post as Autumn its not its her husband Brandon best thing I ever did was leave that place.

What a joke of a company i do not highly recommend working here. I got called for a interview drove 3 hours to interview said i was the perfect candidate offered me the job i accepted in the process of getting the offer letter they claimed i applied for the job 7 years ago and that i was a no show... never have i heard of this company until i applied. They laughed at me hyphenating my last name since i was in process of adopting ny oldest... recruiter forwarded me the convo between him and the hiring hr professional.... she was highly unprofessional, insulting, and completely disrespectful i can attach photo of their communications if youd like to see it for yourself. Worse company ever dont waste your time.
