I love Michael’s, I always find all the art and craft supplies I need here. This location is interesting because The first floor is little and the second floor is huge with all the basics.Very convenient to have a location in South Beach, personal is nice and crafts very organized.

Amazing store. All that you can imagine and more

This location is presently in the process of closing shops. All items are 70% off you have until Jan 20th 21 to gets some good bargain. 3 items i was going to purchase last week rang up to $56.39. Ended up not getting it cause i forgot my wallet. Went back today those 3 item plus an extra jar of chalk paint and 2 large color mans tee shirts total of $15.79. now that is a bargain

This store will be missed but they picked a horrible location for it. Cindy Vega was an awesome manager and very helpful during these big sales! I hope she transfers close!

The worse customer service ever!I ordered a few items online and paid for same day delivery. On the next day one of the items in my order was missing and I requested to bring it to me ASAP. The company “promised” to do so the next day which also wasn’t good enough for me because I needed to complete my project. I spend on phone with customer service 2 days in a row. The missing item was never delivered. Representatives offered me to pay again $9 if I want the missing item to be delivered or drive there myself and get it which Is ridiculous because I paid $9 for the delivery and it’s not my fault that someone forgot to put my item in a bag!

The entrance to the store is on the street level. The parking is on the 3rd. You must take the elevator down to the street level to enter the store. To get to the 2nd floor of the store you must take an internal elevator or the escalator. Confusing at first! 😁

Quick pickup achieved but they need to start accepting contactless paying methods. Also if you go with a motorcycle good luck finding parking. The garage building wont let you out after you get in since theres no motorcycles allowed

Absolutely loved this location. It’s two-stories, but it was super easy to find everything I needed. The customer service was much better than other locations. Plus there’s a Starbucks on the first floor!!!!

Great selection of art and craft supplies. Lots of sale items and frequent great sales on custom framing. 40% - 50% off many times.

Always find everything for my crafts and my sons. Love that Michael’s in south beach has an Aaron’s brothers which I usually go to frame art work.

What a great location! I live in Miami Beach and I am big in crafting and will take me half a day the driving to a Michaels location. Finally Michaels is in Miami Beach! The store is on 2 stories and is very well organized and provisioned.

The service at this store is great and they have a great selection of products. My complaint with this specific store is the way that its been constructed. It doesnt make sense to have the only entrance and exit on the first floor, while the registers are on the second. Its such a pain to maneuver your way around here, plus everything is so compact that it feels a bit claustrophobic...I get very stressed when I come to this store. I would suggest going to another location if youre able to.

Im happy they are in town but there were hardly any employees around and I just paid $6 for 37minutes that I was at the store . They should advertise that validation is offered as I just read so in the comments. I want my $6 back! Please have staff available in each floor.Have signage saying store in on the first floor as there are 5 floors in the elevator.

Very well stocked. The staff was helpful but the building makes no sense. Entering from first floor (either from the street or parking elevator) but the cashiers are on the second floor. So up and down. The mechanical escalator is helpful but if you have things in the cart you have to go to another elevator on back of the store. Accesing the parking is terrifyingly steep. They are validating the first 2 hours of parking (for now) and $3.00 an hour after. The parking validation booth is in the second floor, so theres a chance you have to go back to the rear elevator with your purchase, to second floor, to validate the parking ticket, back to the first floor to access the parking elevator that is at the front of the first floor 🤔

Not giving the 5th star only because almost everything is ridiculously overpriced (for most of their inventory made in China)... you can buy a lot of this stuff much cheaper online and/or Dollar stores...same exact products (I checked a lot of them with Amazon app scanner...much cheaper). Aside from that, nice place and nice sales associates...very friendly and helpful.

Great store for DIY people. I needed a sign and looks like this is the only store you can buy wooden letters at. Lots of thing for holidays. Halloween is almost here so I’m coming back soon!

The Michaels store had two floors and is amazing. They have a lot of sample products which you can actually try. They have a lot of cheap products along with their regular higher quality brands. In total, the trip to Michaels was fun and interesting to see all the different ways someone can be creative and artistic.

A two story store. This is the most excellent crafts store. Fully stocked on everything. Clean and neat, this store has everything you need.

Clean, nice looking store. However, the staff did not seem very knowledgeable about crafts or the store’s merchandise. I had to ask three different sales associates before someone finally found the product I was looking for.

Marissa employee on the first floor. Always has a problem with helping out customers. Not a good look when you trying to spend over $200 im Canvas.She sent me upstairs to pay for the 48x48 heavy canvas but took care of Customers and allowed them to pay downstairs.Not a good look once again.

I just recently moved to Miami and been trying to find a good Michaels. This location has to be the nicest, biggest and cleanest one I have ever been to. And they had a great selection and sales.

I came to this Michaels because its new to the beach. I was very excited until I entered the building. I would first like to say the fact that every employee made eye contact with me and didnt acknowledge me was rude, the fact that all the employees dodged me made me feel unwanted, and the fact that I had to search to find what I was looking for when the 10 employees that were working could of helped made me not want to buy anything out of the store when I finally found what I was looking for. I love to crochet and Ive never been so turned off by a crafting store until I walked into this one. I will not be back and if youre not dressed fancy or look like you have money dont go.

Isnt this Michaels supposed to be a flagship store??! They NEVER have merchandise fully stocked at this location. I was so excited about Michaels coming to South Beach only for my excitement to be quickly diminished. Its a shame that I have to travel 12+ miles to another Micheals just to get the supplies I need when I can literally walk to the South Beach Michaels. The employees seem to know NOTHING and were not helpful at all. Whats going on Michaels? GET IT TOGETHER!

They do not have cash register on the lower floor so if you buy something on the lower floor you still need to go upstairs to pay. They have something similar to a cash register on the lower floor close to the entrance. I thought it was the cash register but when I asked if I could pay, the employee looked at me like if I was asking someting out of this world and with a very annoyed actitude told me that I had to go upstairs. Finally they lost a sale, not so much for having the cash registers on a different floor but for the employee actitude. I will buy the product online from a different vendor. Everyone talks (and store owners complains) about online sales taking over on retail sales, but if the employees do not make the difference on the sale experience there Is no hope for this kind of retailers.

Other than the supermarket this is a place where I enjoy ...everything and anything to feed the creator inside ...paint ..carving supply.bead work ..seasonal goods and did I mention paint and art related accessories abound...love it

Terrible customer service. One associate was rude when I asked for help finding a clipboard and she turned away and passed me along to another associate who also didn’t know where to find anything. Staff seems to not want to be bothered to help customers.

Rudest Customer Service Ever!!!! The parking lot elevator didn’t work and we asked a staff member and she said there aren’t any stairs to go up to the parking lot and said to go up the ramp. I have a 9 month old baby with me and she made go up a 20 foot ramp. when i got up there i saw stairs going to the store.
