Yanet and Alex delivered everything they promised and more! The best part was getting quality products and services for an affordable price. My kitchen is modern, stylish and elegant. Yanet has an excellent eye for design, she found creative ways to accommodate all my needs. Alex is an amazing project manager delivering 99% of the work on time. He is also an excellent electrician and he was able to find the right solution for all electrical issues. Everything was made to perfection from the floor to the cabinets and new kitchen layout. At the end, no unexpected costs, the only surprise was the incredible additions they made to deliver a stunning kitchen! Thumbs up for anyone considering working with Yanet and Alex on a renovation project.

UPDATE:My renovation has been done for a couple of months and Im in love. Everyone says the kitchen is divine (and they are right). Yanet and team came back a couple of times for minor tweaks... her commitment to quality surpasses my expectations. Note, they have moved their showroom, so the 7107 location is now closed.========================================Im in the process of renovating an old condo on Miami Beach. As a Boston resident, remote coordination in an especially difficult area (complex permit processing, fly by the seat of your pants culture... even in business, difficult transportation/delivery location) ... it is your basic nightmare. I have struggled for 6 months to get this renovation started and my only regret is not finding Concept Haus Designs and the owner, Yanet, earlier in this process.Shes a small business owner with an exceptional eye for design and exceptionally affordable prices. I walked by her showroom over 10 times, peeked in the window and thought, I wish I had a high-end budget. I finally stopped in one day and realized - it only LOOKS expensive. Everything she offers is competitively priced.Furthermore, Yanet has a sense of urgency and commitment unparalleled by her competitors. We have run in to problem after problem on this renovation and although she is purely the designer and reseller of goods (e.g. vanities and tile), she has acted like a general contractor and has saved me from insanity on at least three occasions already.Im writing this review prematurely, as the renovation is not yet complete. However, I will update this review at the close of the project. Im 100% confident that Yanet will deliver. As a point of reference, she made a mistake, which everyone makes, but she owned it, followed through on the prompt resolution of it and delivered on her commitment. I surely do not expect perfection, but I always expect accountability and she has it in droves.Im also a big fan of using local, community businesses instead fo the big guys. As a remote renovator, its usually easier to use the big guys, but not in this case. I trust her to do the right thing and to keep my renovation in line because she genuinely cares about her clients, as well as the final design, which she will always stand behind.I have nothing to gain by this glowing review, other than the knowledge that she may grow her business, which she has most assuredly earned.
